The third sliding device inside the third sliding groove 14 is provided with a third sliding block 15, the third sliding block 15 is sleeved on a bidirectional threaded rod 17 in a threaded mode, and a pushing arm 16 is connected between the third sliding block 15 and the back supporting plate 2 in a rotating mode.
When the bidirectional threaded rod 17 is adopted for driving, the third sliding block 15 and the first sliding block 9 can be driven to slide towards the direction close to each other, and the back supporting plate 2 and the thigh supporting plate 3 can be pushed to synchronously rotate by utilizing the support of the pushing arm 16 and the hydraulic push rod 10, so that the synchronous bending training of the waist and the lower limbs is realized, and the linkage property of the lower limbs and the upper body is enhanced.
