Cleaning and blowing equipment of communication equipment radiator casing, its characterized in that: the device comprises a conveying roller mechanism for conveying a radiator shell of communication equipment, wherein a first water spray cleaning mechanism, a second water spray cleaning mechanism, a first blowing mechanism, a second blowing mechanism and a third blowing mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying roller mechanism; the first water spray cleaning mechanism is used for water spray cleaning of the left end and the right end of the communication equipment radiator shell, the second water spray cleaning mechanism is used for water spray cleaning of the upper end and the lower end of the communication equipment radiator shell, the first air blowing mechanism is used for blowing air of the left end and the right end of the communication equipment radiator shell, the second air blowing mechanism is used for blowing air of the upper end and the lower end of the communication equipment radiator shell, and the third air blowing mechanism is used for blowing air of the communication equipment radiator shell towards the rear lower direction;
the cleaning and blowing method based on the cleaning and blowing equipment of the radiator shell of the communication equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a communication equipment radiator shell on a conveying roller mechanism, wherein the inner cavity part of the communication equipment radiator shell faces downwards, and the radiator fin part of the communication equipment radiator shell faces upwards;
s2, enabling the communication equipment radiator shell to reach the working position of a first water spray cleaning mechanism along the conveying roller mechanism, and enabling the first water spray cleaning mechanism to perform water spray cleaning on the left end and the right end of the communication equipment radiator shell;
s3, enabling the communication equipment radiator shell to reach the working position of a second water spraying cleaning mechanism along the conveying roller mechanism, and enabling the second water spraying cleaning mechanism to perform water spraying cleaning on the upper end and the lower end of the communication equipment radiator shell;
s4, enabling the communication equipment radiator shell to reach the working position of a first blowing mechanism along the conveying roller mechanism, and blowing air to the left end and the right end of the communication equipment radiator shell by the first blowing mechanism to remove residual aluminum scraps on the surface or in gaps or holes;
s5, enabling the communication equipment radiator shell to reach the working position of a second blowing mechanism along the conveying roller mechanism, and blowing air to the upper end and the lower end of the communication equipment radiator shell by the second blowing mechanism to remove residual aluminum scraps on the surface or in gaps or holes;
s6, the radiator shell of the communication equipment reaches the working position of a third blowing mechanism along the conveying roller mechanism, the third blowing mechanism blows air to the radiator shell of the communication equipment in the backward and downward direction, and residual water drops on the radiator shell of the communication equipment are blown back to the cleaning and blowing equipment.

The cleaning and blowing apparatus for a communication device radiator housing of claim 1 wherein: the first water spray cleaning mechanism comprises two first square vertical pipes and a first square horizontal pipe, one end of the first square horizontal pipe is communicated with the upper end of one first square vertical pipe, the other end of the first square horizontal pipe is communicated with the upper end of the other first square vertical pipe, the middle part of the first square horizontal pipe is connected with a water inlet pipe, 2 rows of water spray holes are respectively formed in the inner side walls of the two first square vertical pipes, which are opposite in position, the number of the water spray holes in each row is 5-8, and the lower ends of the two first square vertical pipes are closed.
