The cartridges filled with the cosmetics are transferred to a conveying groove 705 of the boxing machine 7 through the fourth conveying mechanism 502, the second transmission arm 702 can horizontally move relative to the first transmission arm 701, the third transmission arm 703 can vertically move relative to the second transmission arm 702, the third transmission arm 703 can realize a rotating function, a plurality of cartridges in the conveying groove 705 are sucked up through a suction cup 706 on the third transmission arm 703 and are placed at a preset working position of the first multi-joint manipulator 707, and the cartridges at the preset position are grabbed and placed in a packaging box by the first multi-joint manipulator 707. The packing box is automatically opened by the box unpacking machine 6, the bottom cover plate is sealed by glue and is conveyed to the working position of the box packing machine 7, the packing box is conveyed to the box packing machine 8 after being filled with the glue, the top cover plate of the packing box is sealed by the box packing machine 8, the packing box after being sealed by the glue is conveyed to the position of the stacking device 9, the packing box is sucked up by the adsorption disc 907 at the end part of the second multi-joint manipulator 905 of the stacking device 9 and is stacked at the corresponding position according to the preset setting of a program.
According to the automatic production line, the production is automatically completed in the whole processes of feeding, filling and capping of the production line, boxing, sealing and stacking, so that the labor amount of workers is greatly reduced, the production efficiency is continuously improved along with the implementation of full-automatic production, the production line is automatically produced, the production progress can be accurately controlled, the stable and efficient production is realized, and the product quality is ensured.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. An automatic cosmetic canning production line is characterized by comprising a clean area and a general production area, wherein the clean area and the general production area are provided with partition walls; the clean area is provided with a filling unit, and the general production area is provided with a box taking and opening device, a box packing mechanism, a box sealing mechanism, a box opening machine, a box filling machine, a box sealing machine and a stacking device;
the filling unit is used for producing bottled cosmetics and is connected with the boxing mechanism through the first conveying mechanism;
the box taking and opening device is used for opening a material box containing bottled cosmetics;
the boxing mechanism is used for feeding bottled cosmetics into the material box;
the box sealing mechanism is used for sealing a material box containing bottled cosmetics;
the case unpacking machine is used for opening the packaging carton and sealing glue on the bottom cover of the packaging carton;
the boxing machine is used for placing a material box for containing bottled cosmetics into the opened packaging paper box;
the carton sealing machine is used for sealing the top cover of the packaging carton;
the stacking device is used for stacking and storing the packaging cartons.

The automatic cosmetic canning production line according to claim 1, wherein the filling unit comprises an automatic bottle supplying device, a turnover dust blowing device, a paste supplying device, a filling head assembly, an automatic inner plug supplying device, an automatic cover supplying device, a cover screwing device and a discharging device, the automatic bottle supplying device automatically conveys cosmetic bottles to a second conveying mechanism, and the second conveying mechanism sequentially conveys the cosmetic bottles to positions corresponding to the turnover dust blowing device, the filling head assembly, the automatic inner plug supplying device, the cover screwing device and the discharging device;
the overturning dust blowing device is used for blowing and adsorbing dust adhered to the cosmetic bottle;
the filling head assembly is used for filling cosmetic paste into the cosmetic bottle, and the paste feeding device automatically feeds materials to the filling head assembly;
the automatic inner plug feeding device is used for providing the inner plug corresponding to the cosmetic bottle and accurately placing the inner plug on each cosmetic bottle passing through;
the automatic cap supply device is used for placing a cap on the bottle mouth of the cosmetic bottle;
the cap screwing device is used for screwing the bottle cap;
the discharging device is used for conveying the cosmetic bottles on the second conveying mechanism to the first conveying mechanism.

The automatic cosmetic canning production line according to claim 1, wherein the boxing mechanism comprises a third conveying mechanism and a push rod mechanism, the third conveying mechanism is connected with the first conveying mechanism, a U-shaped groove for placing the cosmetic bottles is formed in the third conveying mechanism, and the push rod mechanism is located at the tail end of the third conveying mechanism and used for pushing the cosmetic bottles in the U-shaped groove of the third conveying mechanism into the material box.

The automatic cosmetic canning production line according to claim 3, wherein the box taking and opening device comprises a box supplying rack and a rotary table, three connecting rods with an included angle of 120 degrees are vertically arranged on the rotary table, a suction head is arranged on each connecting rod, a fourth conveying mechanism is arranged below the rotary table, a plurality of clamping blocks are arranged on the fourth conveying mechanism, and sealing mechanisms for sealing the boxes are arranged on two sides of the fourth conveying mechanism.
