the pumpkin seeds which are screened are conveyed into a sorting groove 9 by the vibration of a vibrating screen 8, the pumpkin seeds fall along the sorting groove 9, the smaller pumpkin seeds firstly fall from the smaller sorting groove 9 in the falling process, then the pumpkin seeds gradually fall into different subareas, the sorting grooves 9 in the subareas are gradually increased in sales, until all the pumpkin seeds fall from the sorting groove 9, the pumpkin seeds which fall behind enter a receiving groove, fall into narrow slits through the narrow slits in a vertical posture by the guidance of the receiving groove, then penetrate out from the narrow slits to the receiving plate 14, air is blown to the falling pumpkin seeds through a wind screening pipe 15, and impurity and dust in the pumpkin seeds can be further removed;
the bearing plate 14 bears a plurality of pumpkin seeds falling from the partitions through a plurality of bearing cavities separated from the inner part and correspondingly conveys the pumpkin seeds into a plurality of cleaning tanks, and the pumpkin seeds are cleaned and further screened through diving in the cleaning tanks; the material pushing cylinder 21 is started to push the material pushing frame 20 and the material pushing plates 19 to move in a reciprocating mode, pumpkin seeds are pushed and concentrated towards the direction of the lifting plate 23, the pumpkin seeds floating on the water surface are blocked by the fishing net, when the pumpkin seeds are pushed to the position of the lifting plate 23, the lifting cylinder 24 is started to drive the lifting plate 23 to move in a reciprocating mode, pumpkin seeds at the bottom of the cleaning tank are lifted out of the water surface by the aid of the inclined surface of the top of the lifting plate 23, the pumpkin seeds fall into the drying box 25 under the action of gravity, redundant moisture on the pumpkin seeds is drained through the draining plate 26, the pumpkin seeds fall into the grid box 27, hot air output by the air heater 28 and irradiation and heating of the drying lamp are used for drying the pumpkin seeds, and the dried pumpkin seeds are sent out through the screening discharge port.
