One end of each of the plurality of cleaning grooves is connected with a lifting plate 23 in a sliding manner; the tops of the lifting plates 23 are obliquely arranged, the lower ends of the lifting plates face the direction of the drying mechanism, water permeable openings 33 are formed in the top surfaces of the lifting plates 23 and on one side of the lifting plates 23, and the inner walls of the water permeable openings 33 are fixedly connected with a water permeable net; the bottoms of the lifting plates 23 are fixedly connected with pushing plates, and lifting cylinders 24 are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the pushing plates; the lifting air cylinder 24 drives the lifting plate 23 to reciprocate, and the pumpkin seeds at the bottom of the cleaning groove are lifted out of the water surface by utilizing the inclined plane at the top of the lifting plate 23, so that the pumpkin seeds fall into the drying box 25 under the action of gravity, and the pumpkin seeds are discharged.
One end of the cleaning pool 18 is fixedly connected with a drying mechanism, the drying mechanism comprises a drying box 25 and a Gao Xiang box, one side of the drying box facing the cleaning pool 18 is provided with a plurality of material receiving openings, the material receiving openings are respectively aligned with one sides of a plurality of lifting plates 23, and when the lifting plates 23 are subjected to the action of a lifting cylinder 24 and are subjected to the review to the highest position, the top surface of each lifting plate 23 is higher than the bottom of the inner wall of each material receiving opening so as to ensure the stable bearing of the pumpkin seeds by the material receiving openings;
one side of the inner wall of the drying box 25 is fixedly connected with a draining board 26, the top of the draining board 26 is inclined and provided with a draining port 32, the inner wall of the draining port 32 is fixedly connected with a draining separation net, a plurality of partition boards are correspondingly arranged above the draining board 26 to prevent pumpkin seeds on the draining board 26 from being mixed with each other, one side of the draining board 26 is fixedly connected with a grid box 27, and the bottom of the inner wall of the drying box 25 is fixedly provided with a hot air blower 28; the air-out direction of air heater 28 is vertical upwards, and the top fixedly connected with upper cover plate 29 of net case 27, the bottom fixed mounting of upper cover plate 29 has a plurality of stoving lamp, and the export has been seted up to one side of net case 27, and a plurality of screening discharge gate 30 has been seted up to one side of stoving case, and the equal fixedly connected with guide plate of one side of a plurality of screening discharge gate 30, one side of a plurality of screening discharge gate 30 is aligned with one side of a plurality of export respectively and is set up.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, pumpkin seeds to be screened are fed in from a material receiving port, and after the pumpkin seeds are fed in, a sealing plate 2 seals the material feeding port under the action of a torsion spring, so that the pumpkin seeds or dust, sundries and the like are prevented from being sprayed out from the material feeding port in the screening process; then the vibrating screen 8 starts to work to screen out dust impurities and the like mixed with small volumes in the pumpkin seeds; meanwhile, the overturning motor is started to drive the overturning piece to integrally rotate, and the pumpkin seeds are overturned by utilizing the rotation of the overturning rod 7; the external air pump is used for introducing air into the outer sleeve 5 through the air inlet pipe to the central air pipe 4, then blowing out the air through the air blowing port formed in the outer sleeve 5, blowing and guiding dust impurities mixed in pumpkin seeds to the direction of the air suction pipe, starting external dust collection equipment, and sucking and discharging the dust impurities floating in the screening box 1 through air suction of the air suction pipe;
the pumpkin seeds subjected to screening are sent into the sorting groove 9 through vibration of the vibration screen 8, the pumpkin seeds fall along the sorting groove 9, in the falling process, the smaller pumpkin seeds firstly fall into the smaller sorting groove 9, then the pumpkin seeds gradually fall into different subareas, the generation pins of the sorting groove 9 in the subareas are gradually increased until all the pumpkin seeds fall from the sorting groove 9, the fallen pumpkin seeds enter the receiving groove, fall into the narrow slit through the guide of the receiving groove in a vertical posture, then pass through the narrow slit and fall to the receiving plate 14, and the fallen pumpkin seeds are blown through the wind power screening pipe 15, so that impurity dust in the pumpkin seeds is further removed;
the bearing plate 14 bears the pumpkin seeds falling in a plurality of subareas through a plurality of bearing cavities which are internally separated, and correspondingly conveys the pumpkin seeds into a plurality of cleaning tanks, and the pumpkin seeds are cleaned and further screened through diving in the cleaning tanks; the pushing cylinder 21 starts to push the pushing frame 20 and the pushing plates 19 to reciprocate, the pumpkin seeds are pushed and concentrated in the direction where the lifting plates 23 are located, the pumpkin seeds floating on the water surface are blocked by the fishing net, when the pumpkin seeds are pushed to the positions where the lifting plates 23 are located, the lifting cylinder 24 starts to drive the lifting plates 23 to reciprocate, the pumpkin seeds at the bottom of the cleaning groove are lifted out of the water surface by utilizing the inclined plane at the top of the lifting plates 23, the pumpkin seeds fall into the drying box 25 under the action of gravity, redundant water on the pumpkin seeds is drained through the draining plate 26, the pumpkin seeds fall into the grid box 27, the pumpkin seeds are dried by the hot air output by the hot air blower 28 and the irradiation of the drying lamp, and the dried pumpkin seeds are sent out by the screening discharge port.
