Abstract

一种釉里彩翡翠釉陶瓷工艺品，是在透明底釉上间或出现点状、片状红、绿和褐黄色釉，其边缘熔在底釉中，犹如翡翠、玛瑙、琥珀镶嵌其中。其制法是在透明高温底釉上涂以熔化温度低于底釉5～20℃的绿、褐黄和红色的高温色釉，于1300～1330℃下烧制而成。

本发明属于陶瓷工艺品及其制法。特别是釉里彩翡翠釉陶瓷工艺品及其制法。
彩陶工艺品发展至今，其花色、品种之多不胜枚举，作为上程作品且具有工艺价值的当属粉绘彩(釉上、釉下等)、古彩，以及近代发展起来的珐琅彩等类型中的佳作，一些精品和传世之作为世界各国博物馆所收藏。彩绘陶瓷的绘画和着色多用低温釉，烧制时不产生窑变；釉上彩和釉下彩也多用透明釉，然而由于这些彩绘和烧制技术所限，其色彩和花样显得呆板，即使是釉里彩制品，如有釉里红和釉里绿，只是在透明釉里显示出红色和绿色的原色，而没有经过窑变出特殊天然色彩。
本发明用调制高温釉，用高温窑变的工艺，烧制成具有天然翡翠色釉的工艺陶瓷。
本发明的方法是：以透明高温釉做底釉，涂厚0.5～1.0mm，稍干在底釉的局部涂上红色、褐黄色和绿色的高温釉，其形状或点或片、这种色釉的熔化温度要低于底釉5～20℃，然后入窑升温，在1300℃下烧制而成。由于色釉熔化温度稍低，所以高温下其边缘熔化在底釉中。根据坯的厚薄，在20～24h后降温，出窑的陶瓷品可看出在浅色底釉上间或出现或点、或片的具有天然宝石色釉，其边缘熔于底釉中，表面平整光滑，如翡翠、琥珀、玛瑙镶嵌其中，十分美观。
本发明的特点是将高温色釉的溶化温度调低于透明底釉，使得在高温烧制时产生窑变。这一工艺方法能烧制出具有天然色泽，光彩和花纹的翡翠釉。
                   实例
陶土塑一瓶形坯，厚5～7mm，稍干，表面涂一层厚度为0.5～1.0mm透明高温釉，稍干，用笔和刷在其表面涂上或点上些许如指甲大小的片和点的红色、褐黄色和绿色高温釉，底釉熔化温度为1300℃，色釉为1280～1290℃。入窑升温，1300℃下烧4h，降温，出窑，瓷瓶表面间或出现闪现天然翡翠、琥珀和玛瑙的色彩、花纹和亮度的片和点。

1、一种彩釉陶瓷工艺品，其特征为彩釉为釉里彩——翡翠釉，是在透明的底釉上间或出现点状、片状的红色、绿色和褐黄色釉，其边缘熔于底釉中，且表面平整、光滑、犹如玛瑙、翡翠、琥珀镶嵌其中。
2、如权利要求1所述彩釉陶瓷工艺品的制造方法，其特征为在陶坯上涂以透明高温釉，厚度为0.5～1.0mm，稍干后在其表面间或涂上红色、绿色和褐黄色高温釉，或点、或片、而后置入窑内烧制，掌握烧制温度要使色釉边缘熔于底釉中，窑变出釉里彩的效果。
3、如权利要求2的彩釉陶瓷工艺品的制造方法，其特征为色釉的熔化温度低于透明底釉熔化温度5～20℃。
