A construction method for hoisting, guiding and positioning prefabricated concrete structure walls and columns, which comprises the device for hoisting, guiding and positioning prefabricated concrete structure walls and columns as claimed in claim 6, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) prefabricating a prefabricated concrete structure wall and column hoisting guide positioning device;
2) preparing a prefabricated lower column, a prefabricated upper column and a prefabricated beam connected to the upper end of the prefabricated lower column, wherein the connection between the beam end of the prefabricated beam and the upper end column head of the prefabricated lower column is a cast-in-place concrete node core area, beam stirrups are arranged on the upper portion of the prefabricated beam and bound with beam longitudinal reinforcements, cast-in-place concrete is formed in a cast-in-place concrete superposed position, prefabricated column vertical reinforcements and transverse beam reinforcements penetrating out of the beam end of the prefabricated beam are arranged on the upper end column head of the prefabricated lower column at intervals, and a connecting sleeve for sleeve grouting connection is pre-buried in the lower end column head of the prefabricated upper column;
3) hoisting the prefabricated lower column and the prefabricated beam connected to the column cap at the upper end of the prefabricated lower column, and correcting the overhanging steel bars at the upper end of the prefabricated lower column and the end of the prefabricated beam;
4) concrete at the core area of the node and the superposed part of the superposed beam slab is cast in situ, so that the casting plane reaches the plane required by construction;
5) when concrete is poured and before the concrete is solidified, preliminarily positioning the embedded assembly according to the position of the exposed steel bar of the prefabricated lower column, simultaneously inserting the vertical steel bar of the embedded assembly into the concrete, and exposing the horizontal steel bar ring out of the concrete pouring surface;
6) after the concrete is hardened, a fixing plate of the supporting assembly is placed on the horizontal reinforcing ring, and the approximate relative position of the fixing plate and the exposed reinforcing steel bar of the prefabricated lower column is rechecked; one side of the fixing plate is approximately parallel to the whole row of one side of the exposed steel bar of the prefabricated lower column, and the distance is 3-5 cm; connecting the fixing plate of the supporting component with the horizontal reinforcing steel bar ring by spot welding;
7) the position and the vertical degree of the positioning guide rod are adjusted by adjusting the actual supporting length of the upper supporting adjusting rod and the lower supporting adjusting rod of the two guiding and positioning devices on the same side respectively, so that the positioning guide rods of the two guiding and positioning devices form a first plane which is tightly attached to the edge of the prefabricated column and is vertical to the horizontal plane;
8) step 7) in the same manner, adjusting the other two guiding and positioning devices of the adjacent column edges to enable the positioning guide rods of the two guiding and positioning devices to form a second plane, wherein the second plane is tightly attached to the prefabricated column edge and is vertical to the horizontal ground and the first plane;
9) hoisting the prefabricated column, and pushing the prefabricated column to be tightly attached to the first plane and the second plane by workers in a matching way to finish the positioning of the prefabricated part;
10) rechecking and adjusting the verticality of the prefabricated column, and installing a temporary support of the prefabricated part;
11) disassembling the guiding and positioning device;
12) the lifting hook is loosened;
13) and finishing the joint of the prefabricated column and the grouting of the sleeve connection.
