本发明涉及一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料,该橡胶材料的组分和各个组分占比如下:按生胶100质量份计算,NANCAR1043A为70份,NANCAR1965为30份,氧化锌为5~8份,促进剂D为0.1~0.2份,促进剂DM为0.4~0.6,硬脂酸为1~3份,防老剂NAPM为2~4份,炭黑N339为25~35份,炭黑N660为25~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为10~13份,防龟裂B10为1~2份,硫磺为0.05份,促进剂TMTD*为1~3份。本发明增加橡胶制品机械性能和提高橡胶制品的使用性能,解决了腐蚀老化的技术问题,满足现代坦克性能要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料。
背景技术
装甲车辆应其使用性能要求,其一部分橡胶零部件性能要求需符合标准,标准规定的性能指标基本能够满足当时装甲车辆部分专用橡胶制品的使用要求。
随着现代坦克性能要求的提高,整车密封性能要求越来越高,而且要求适应恶劣的环境,符合现有标准的橡胶零件,在使用过程中受到热、氧、水蒸气、紫外线等腐蚀老化,出现严重的老化现象,需要定期更换,不仅影响战斗力的持续保持,也给装备维护带来了不便,增加了维护频次及经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料,增加橡胶制品机械性能和提高橡胶制品的使用性能,解决了腐蚀老化的技术问题,满足现代坦克性能要求。
本发明的技术方案是,一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料的组分和各个组分占比如下:按生胶100质量份计算,NANCAR1043A为70份,NANCAR1965为30份,氧化锌为5~8份,促进剂D为0.1~0.2份,促进剂DM为0.4~0.6,硬脂酸为1~3份,防老剂NAPM为2~4份,炭黑N339为25~35份,炭黑N660为25~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为10~13份,防龟裂B10为1~2份,硫磺为0.05份,促进剂TMTD*为1~3份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明采用了防老剂NAPM以及主体橡胶材料的并用,及硫化体系、防护体系、补强填充体系、工艺操作体系之间的配合;橡胶材料的扯断强力、扯断伸长率等物理性能以及老化性能得到显著提高,实现了防老剂NAPM在装甲车辆橡胶零部件配方中的应用,提高了橡胶制品机械性能的影响。

下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细描述。
本发明一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料的组分和各个组分占比如下:按生胶100质量份计算,NANCAR1043A为70份,NANCAR1965为30份,氧化锌为5~8份,促进剂D为0.1~0.2份,促进剂DM为0.4~0.6,硬脂酸为1~3份,防老剂NAPM为2~4份,炭黑N339为25~35份,炭黑N660为25~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为10~13份,防龟裂B10为1~2份,硫磺为0.05份,促进剂TMTD*为1~3份。
本发明一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料的制备流程依次为,准备材料,配生胶,配碳黑,配小药,密炼机机混炼,开炼机混炼,下片和物理性能检测。
所述密炼机混炼和开炼机混炼流程中加药顺序如表1所示,

本发明生产的橡胶材料用于硬度为61-75的装甲车辆减震制品,通过装车反馈具有良好的机械性能,减少了更换频次,增加了产品的使用寿命,整车的质量问题性增强。性能如下表。

1.一种装甲车减震制品用橡胶材料,其特征是:所述橡胶材料的组分和各个组分占比如下:按生胶100质量份计算,NANCAR1043A为70份,NANCAR1965为30份,氧化锌为5~8份,促进剂D为0.1~0.2份,促进剂DM为0.4~0.6,硬脂酸为1~3份,防老剂NAPM为2~4份,炭黑N339为25~35份,炭黑N660为25~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为10~13份,防龟裂B10为1~2份,硫磺为0.05份,促进剂TMTD*为1~3份。
