本发明公开了高耐热老化橡胶,其组成原料的重量份为:天然橡胶60-80、氯丁胶CR12120-40、氧化镁0.3-0.6、硬脂酸0.5-3、防老剂RD2-8、防老剂40203-10、防老剂RDA2-8、莱茵蜡3-10、防老剂MB0.5-1.5、防老剂H0.5-1.5、中超高耐磨炭黑N33910-20、N660炭黑5-15、菜籽油3-8、二辛酯4-12、氧化钙2-8、活性氧化锌3-10、防焦剂0.1-0.5硫磺0.3-1、硫化剂PDM0.4-0.6、促进剂NOBS0.5-1.5、促进剂TMTD0.1-0.2、促进剂DTDM0.5-1.5。制备时,按要求部分配方原料先经胶料塑炼后、再加入其它配方材料进行胶料混炼、最后添加硫化体系薄通5-7遍即可。此橡胶配方生产出的橡胶减震产品具有良好的耐热老化、耐撕裂、抗动态疲劳性能优异,适合生产对耐热老化性能要求高汽车橡胶减震产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶硫化领域,具体涉及一种高耐热老化橡胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
高耐热老化橡胶配方的加工过程中各工序工艺要求,材料选用的要求都应严谨,正常天然橡胶老化要求是(70℃×96h)老化系数是0.98,抗拉强度-13%,扯断率-14%,硬度+5sh.A;本发明通过调正配方,用此配方生产出的橡胶品,各项性能都有较大提高,其中老化条件提升到(100℃×70h)抗拉强度为-15%,扯断率为-16%,硬度为+3sh.A。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高耐热老化橡胶及其制备方法,此橡胶配方生产出的橡胶减震产品具有良好的综合性能,耐热老化、耐撕裂、抗动态疲劳性能优异,与金属粘结性好。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高耐热老化橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然橡胶60-80、氯丁胶CR121 20-40、氧化镁0.3-0.6、硬脂酸0.5-3、防老剂RD 2-8、防老剂4020 3-10、防老剂RDA 2-8、莱茵蜡3-10、防老剂MB 0.5-1.5、防老剂H 0.5-1.5、炭黑N339 10-20、N660炭黑5-15、菜籽油3-8、二辛酯4-12、氧化钙2-8、活性氧化锌3-10、防焦剂0.1-0.5、硫磺0.3-1、硫化剂PDM0.4-0.6、促进剂NOBS0.5-1.5、促进剂TMTD 0.1-0.2、促进剂DTDM0.5-1.5。
所述的高耐热老化橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然橡胶70、氯丁胶CR121 30、氧化镁0.4、硬脂酸2、防老剂RD 5、防老剂4020 5、防老剂RDA 3、莱茵蜡8、防老剂MB 0.8、防老剂H 0.9、炭黑N339 15、炭黑N6608、菜籽油5、二辛酯8、氧化钙7、活性氧化锌6、防焦剂CTP0.3、硫磺0.9、硫化剂PDM0.5、促进剂NOBS 1.5、促进剂TMTD 0.1、促进剂DTDM 1.1。
所述的高耐热老化橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)塑炼:启动密炼机,将天然橡胶和氯丁胶投入密炼机中进行塑炼,15-25分钟后,至两种胶充分融合,当温度达到115-125℃,开始排料,排料后停放冷却23-25小时;
(2)混炼:将上述冷却后的塑炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入硬脂酸、防老剂类、莱茵蜡,混炼3-4分钟后,加入氧化钙、氧化镁继续混炼2-3分钟后,再将炭黑分两次加入其中混炼,先加入2/3炭黑混炼2-3分钟,再加剩余1/3炭黑,翻炼2-3分钟,再加菜籽油、二辛酯充分混炼3-4分钟后,当温度达到85-90℃时,开始排料,排料后停放冷却23-25小时;
(3)硫化体系添加:将上述混炼料投入开炼机中,先加入活性氧化锌、再将硫化剂类、促进剂类、防焦剂类加入混炼胶中,薄通5-7遍即可得到橡胶胶料,开炼机的加工温度≤60℃;
本发明的有益效果:
配方中炭黑和硫化体系选用中超炭黑N339和通用炉黑N660,和常规硫化体系相结合,改善了硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳和动态疲劳性能。
本发明的混炼胶可以替代要求45度(邵氏)天然橡胶的减震块产品;在类似产品同行使用的胶料老化性能能超高30~150%。具体优点为:
1、深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,合格率高;
2、具有良好的综合性能,与金属粘结性强;力学性能、疲劳性能、耐老化等性能都较高,适合生产天然橡胶耐热氧老化要求高的汽车橡胶减震产品。
具体实施方式
实施例中所用的份,均为重量份。
实施例一:
1、原材料准备:
称取天然橡胶70份、氯丁胶CR121 30份、氧化镁0.4份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂RD 5份、防老剂4020 5份、防老剂RDA 3份、莱茵蜡8份、防老剂MB 0.8份、防老剂H 0.9份、炭黑N339 15份、N660炭黑8份、菜籽油5份、二辛酯8份、氧化钙7份、活性氧化锌6份、防焦剂CTP0.3份、硫磺0.9份、硫化剂PDM0.5、促进剂NOBS 1.5份、促进剂TMTD 0.1份、促进剂DTDM 1.1份。
2、高耐热老化橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)塑炼:启动密炼机,将天然橡胶和氯丁胶投入密炼机中进行塑炼,15-25分钟后,至两种胶充分融合,当温度达到120℃,开始排料,排料后停放冷却23-25小时;
(2)混炼:将上述冷却后的塑炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入硬脂酸、防老剂类、莱茵蜡,混炼3-4分钟后,加入氧化钙、氧化镁继续混炼2-3分钟后,再将炭黑分两次加入其中混炼,先加入2/3炭黑混炼3分钟,再加剩余1/3炭黑,翻炼2分钟,再加菜籽油、二辛酯充分混炼4分钟后,当温度达到85℃时,开始排料,排料后停放冷却24小时;
(3)硫化体系添加:将上述混炼料投入开炼机中,先加入活性氧化锌、再将硫化剂类、促进剂类、防焦剂类加入混炼胶中,薄通6遍即可得到橡胶胶料,开炼机的加工温度≤60℃。
试验数据
用本发明的高耐热老化橡胶料与普通减震器隔振块所用的胶料物理性能对比如下表1。

从表1可以看出用本发明的橡胶胶料硫化出的减震器隔振块产品,综合性能比较好,其中热老化性能比普通减震器隔振块提高很多。
实施例2
高耐热老化橡胶材料重量配方:天然橡胶60份、氯丁胶CR121 40份、氧化镁0.4份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂RD 5份、防老剂4020 5份、防老剂RDA 3份、莱茵蜡8份、防老剂MB 0.8份、防老剂H 0.9份、炭黑N339 15份、N660炭黑8份、菜籽油5份、二辛酯8份、轻质碳酸钙粉7份、活性氧化锌6份、防焦剂CTP0.3份、硫磺0.9份、硫化剂PDM0.5、促进剂NOBS 1.5份、促进剂TMTD 0.1份、促进剂DTDM 1.1份。
经过塑炼、混炼、硫化体系添加等步骤制备。
试验数据
用本发明的高耐热老化橡胶料与普通减震器隔振块所用的胶料物理性能对比如下表2。

1.一种高耐热老化橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然橡胶60-80、氯丁胶CR121 20-40、氧化镁0.3-0.6、硬脂酸0.5-3、防老剂RD 2-8、防老剂4020 3-10、防老剂RDA 2-8、莱茵蜡3-10、防老剂MB 0.5-1.5、防老剂H 0.5-1.5、 炭黑N339 10-20、N660炭黑5-15、菜籽油3-8、二辛酯4-12、氧化钙2-8、活性氧化锌3-10、防焦剂0.1-0.5、硫磺0.3-1、硫化剂PDM0.4-0.6、促进剂NOBS 0.5-1.5、促进剂TMTD 0.1-0.2、促进剂DTDM0.5-1.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热老化橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然橡胶70、氯丁胶CR121 30、氧化镁0.4、硬脂酸2、防老剂RD 5、防老剂4020 5、防老剂RDA 3、莱茵蜡8、防老剂MB 0.8、防老剂H 0.9、炭黑N339 15、炭黑N660 8、菜籽油5、二辛酯8、氧化钙7、活性氧化锌6、防焦剂CTP0.3、硫磺0.9、硫化剂PDM0.5、促进剂NOBS 1.5、促进剂TMTD 0.1、促进剂DTDM 1.1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热老化橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)塑炼:启动密炼机,将天然橡胶和氯丁胶投入密炼机中进行塑炼,15-25分钟后,至两种胶充分融合,当温度达到115-125℃,开始排料,排料后停放冷却23-25小时; 
(2)混炼:将上述冷却后的塑炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入硬脂酸、防老剂类、莱茵蜡,混炼3-4分钟后,加入氧化钙、氧化镁继续混炼2-3分钟后, 再将炭黑分两次加入其中混炼,先加入2/3 炭黑混炼2-3分钟,再加剩余1/3炭黑,翻炼2-3分钟,再加菜籽油、二辛酯充分混炼3-4分钟后,当温度达到85-90℃时,开始排料,排料后停放冷却23-25小时; 
(3)硫化体系添加:将上述混炼料投入开炼机中,先加入活性氧化锌、再将硫化剂类、促进剂类、防焦剂类加入混炼胶中,薄通5-7遍即可得到橡胶胶料, 开炼机的加工温度≤60℃。
