本发明涉及PVC发泡地板的发泡层配方技术领域,具体为一种PVC发泡地板及其加工方法。
背景技术
带发泡层的PVC地板是市场上很常见的弹性地材,包括总厚度为2mm、3mm、4mm等复合地板,以及含PVC发泡层的运动地板。
传统的PVC发泡地板的发泡层的制备工艺是:
在混料罐中加入乳化法的PVC粉,增塑剂(如DINP、DOTP、DOP等),环氧大豆油,液体稳定剂,偶氮发泡剂,锌类催化剂等化学物质。
然后把混合好的PVC溶胶涂布在基布、离型纸或者基材上,在烘箱中高温发泡,并冷却成型,制成发泡层。
传统的PVC发泡层发泡倍率、反弹性能、残留凹陷性能、隔声测试值、石粉含量等性能都有待提高。因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种PVC发泡地板及其加工方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种PVC发泡地板,包括发泡地板主体,所述发泡地板主体从上到下依次设置有顶层、上基层、无方向性玻璃纤维层、下基层、网格玻璃纤维层、第一发泡层和第二发泡层,所述顶层设置在上基层的一侧,所述上基层另一侧设置有无方向性玻璃纤维层,所述无方向性玻璃纤维层远离上基层一侧设置有下基层,所述下基层远离无方向性玻璃纤维层一侧设置有网格玻璃纤维层,所述网格玻璃纤维层远离无方向性玻璃纤维层一侧设置有第一发泡层,所述第一发泡层远离网格玻璃纤维层一侧设置有第二发泡层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述上基层和下基层为PVC密实层或PVC基层的其中一种,所述顶层为PVC耐磨层或纯色PVC膜的其中一种,所述第一发泡层和第二发泡层内部设置有发泡溶胶。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一发泡层、第二发泡层内均添加有泡孔增强剂,所述泡孔增强剂的添加量是溶胶配方的总质量0.1%~20%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述泡孔增强剂的种类为超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物,和CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述碳酸钙填料的细度小于800目,所述丙烯酸类的添加剂为丙烯酸酯同甲基丙烯酸金属盐的共聚物,且分子量从1000到1,000,000。
一种PVC发泡地板的加工方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1)在PVC发泡层溶胶中加入添加剂,包括超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种;
S2)把液体PVC溶胶涂布在基布、离型纸和PVC基材上,通过烘箱高温下发泡反应并冷却;
S3)PVC的发泡溶胶的内部设有乳化法PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂,环氧大豆油和碳酸钙物质;
S4)乳化PVC的聚合度从750~1900,增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述发泡溶胶的乳化PVC聚合度为750~1900,所述增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述发泡溶胶内部设有液体稳定剂、环氧大豆油、碳酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂和锌类发泡催化剂,且烘箱的温度设定为180C~220℃。

2、该种一种PVC发泡地板及其加工方法,通过添加泡孔增强剂,可以增加发泡层的泡孔壁的稳固性,提高PVC的发泡层的抗压性,并使泡孔的反弹性变强,并能更加稳定的增加PVC发泡层的发泡倍率,降低生产成本,提高PVC发泡地方的各项物理性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:如图1-5所示,本发明一种PVC发泡地板,包括发泡地板主体7,发泡地板主体7从上到下依次设置有顶层1、上基层2、无方向性玻璃纤维层3、下基层201、网格玻璃纤维层4、第一发泡层5和第二发泡层6,顶层1设置在上基层2的一侧,上基层2另一侧设置有无方向性玻璃纤维层3,无方向性玻璃纤维层3远离上基层2一侧设置有下基层201,下基层201远离无方向性玻璃纤维层3一侧设置有网格玻璃纤维层4,网格玻璃纤维层4远离无方向性玻璃纤维层3一侧设置有第一发泡层5,第一发泡层5远离网格玻璃纤维层4一侧设置有第二发泡层6。
其中,上基层2和下基层201为PVC密实层或PVC基层的其中一种,顶层1为PVC耐磨层或纯色PVC膜的其中一种,第一发泡层5和第二发泡层6内部设置有发泡溶胶。
其中,第一发泡层5、第二发泡层6内均添加有泡孔增强剂,所述泡孔增强剂的添加量是溶胶配方的总质量0.1%~20%。
其中,所述泡孔增强剂的种类为超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物,和CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种。
其中,所述碳酸钙填料的细度小于800目,所述丙烯酸类的添加剂为丙烯酸酯同甲基丙烯酸金属盐的共聚物,且分子量从1000到1,000,000。
一种PVC发泡地板的加工方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1)在PVC发泡层溶胶中加入添加剂,包括超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种;
S2)把液体PVC溶胶涂布在基布、离型纸和PVC基材上,通过烘箱高温下发泡反应并冷却;
S3)PVC的发泡溶胶的内部设有乳化法PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂,环氧大豆油和碳酸钙物质;
S4)乳化PVC的聚合度从750~1900,增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
其中,所述发泡溶胶的乳化PVC聚合度为750~1900,所述增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
其中,所述发泡溶胶内部设有液体稳定剂、环氧大豆油、碳酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂和锌类发泡催化剂,且烘箱的温度设定为180C~220℃。
工作原理:

如图1所示的是PVC发泡地板的结构图,包括PVC耐磨层1,上基层2,无方向性玻璃纤维层3,下基层201,网格玻璃纤维层4,第一发泡层5,第二发泡层6。

如图2所示的是PVC发泡地板的结构图,包括PVC耐磨层1,上基层2,无方向性玻璃纤维层3,下基层201,第一发泡层5。
实施例3
如图3所示的是PVC发泡地板的结构图,包括纯色PVC膜1,PVC上基层2,无方向性玻璃纤维层3,下基层201,网格玻璃纤维层4,第一发泡层5。

Claims (8)

1.一种PVC发泡地板,包括发泡地板主体(7),其特征在于,所述发泡地板主体(7)从上到下依次设置有顶层(1)、上基层(2)、无方向性玻璃纤维层(3)、下基层(201)、网格玻璃纤维层(4)、第一发泡层(5)和第二发泡层(6),所述顶层(1)设置在上基层(2)的一侧,所述上基层(2)另一侧设置有无方向性玻璃纤维层(3),所述无方向性玻璃纤维层(3)远离上基层(2)一侧设置有下基层(201),所述下基层(201)远离无方向性玻璃纤维层(3)一侧设置有网格玻璃纤维层(4),所述网格玻璃纤维层(4)远离无方向性玻璃纤维层(3)一侧设置有第一发泡层(5),所述第一发泡层(5)远离网格玻璃纤维层(4)一侧设置有第二发泡层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC发泡地板,其特征在于,所述上基层(2)和下基层(201)为PVC密实层或PVC基层的其中一种,所述顶层(1)为PVC耐磨层或纯色PVC膜的其中一种,所述第一发泡层(5)和第二发泡层(6)内部设置有发泡溶胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC发泡地板,其特征在于,所述第一发泡层(5)、第二发泡层(6)内均添加有泡孔增强剂,所述泡孔增强剂的添加量是溶胶配方的总质量0.1%~20%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC发泡地板,其特征在于,所述泡孔增强剂的种类为超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物,和CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC发泡地板,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙填料的细度小于800目,所述丙烯酸类的添加剂为丙烯酸酯同甲基丙烯酸金属盐的共聚物,且分子量从1000到1,000,000。
6.一种PVC发泡地板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1)在PVC发泡层溶胶中加入添加剂,包括超细度的碳酸钙填料、丙烯酸类的添加剂和MBS树脂(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S))的三元共聚物CPE(氯化聚乙烯)和CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)的一种或多种;
S2)把液体PVC溶胶涂布在基布、离型纸和PVC基材上,通过烘箱高温下发泡反应并冷却;
S3)PVC的发泡溶胶的内部设有乳化法PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂,环氧大豆油和碳酸钙物质;
S4)乳化PVC的聚合度从750~1900,增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种PVC发泡地板的加工方法,其特征在于,所述发泡溶胶的乳化PVC聚合度为750~1900,所述增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种PVC发泡地板的加工方法,其特征在于,所述发泡溶胶内部设有液体稳定剂、环氧大豆油、碳酸钙、偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂和锌类发泡催化剂,且烘箱的温度设定为180C~220℃。
