Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车隔板材料,包括板体,所述板体由阻燃层、设于阻燃层上方的反射层和设于阻燃层下方的支撑层组成,所述阻燃层是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,所述阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯60‑70份,阻燃型塑料添加剂40‑50份,硬脂酸钡2‑3份,硬脂酸钙2‑3份,溴系阻燃剂4‑5份及助剂6‑8份。本发明提供的汽车隔板材料具有高绝热、高反射、高减震、高老化性、耐低温、隔音好等优异性能,从而提到了驾车舒适度,且节能环保、性价比高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,尤其涉及一种汽车隔板材料。
背景技术
目前汽车上隔板普遍使用的是传统聚氨酯泡沫等多层组合保温材料,既不隔热,且隔音性能很差,为此,我们研发了一种汽车隔板材料,具有高绝热、高反射、高减震、高老化性、耐低温、隔音好等优异性能,从而提到了驾车舒适度,且节能环保、性价比高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种汽车隔板材料。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种汽车隔板材料,包括板体,所述板体由阻燃层、设于阻燃层上方的反射层和设于阻燃层下方的支撑层组成,所述阻燃层是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,所述阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯60-70份,阻燃型塑料添加剂40-50份,硬脂酸钡2-3份,硬脂酸钙2-3份,溴系阻燃剂4-5份及助剂6-8份。
进一步地,所述反射层是由铝箔材料制成的。
进一步地,所述支撑层是由塑钢材料制成的。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的汽车隔板材料具有高绝热、高反射、高减震、高老化性、耐低温、隔音好等优异性能,从而提到了驾车舒适度,且节能环保、性价比高。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
本实施例所述的一种汽车隔板材料,如图1所示,包括板体,板体由阻燃层1、设于阻燃层1上方的反射层2和设于阻燃层1下方的支撑层3组成,阻燃层1是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯60份,阻燃型塑料添加剂50份,硬脂酸钡2份,硬脂酸钙3份,溴系阻燃剂4份及助剂6份。
其中,反射层2是由铝箔材料制成的。
其中,支撑层3是由塑钢材料制成的。
实施例2
本实施例所述的一种汽车隔板材料,如图1所示,包括板体,板体由阻燃层1、设于阻燃层1上方的反射层2和设于阻燃层1下方的支撑层3组成,阻燃层1是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯65份,阻燃型塑料添加剂45份,硬脂酸钡2份,硬脂酸钙2份,溴系阻燃剂5份及助剂7份。
其中,反射层2是由铝箔材料制成的。
其中,支撑层3是由塑钢材料制成的。
实施例3
本实施例所述的一种汽车隔板材料,如图1所示,包括板体,板体由阻燃层1、设于阻燃层1上方的反射层2和设于阻燃层1下方的支撑层3组成,阻燃层1是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯70份,阻燃型塑料添加剂40份,硬脂酸钡2份,硬脂酸钙3份,溴系阻燃剂5份及助剂8份。
其中,反射层2是由铝箔材料制成的。
其中,支撑层3是由塑钢材料制成的。

1.一种汽车隔板材料,包括板体,所述板体由阻燃层(1)、设于阻燃层(1)上方的反射层(2)和设于阻燃层(1)下方的支撑层(3)组成,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(1)是由阻燃改性氯乙烯材料制成的,所述阻燃改性氯乙烯材料其原料组分及重量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯60-70份,阻燃型塑料添加剂40-50份,硬脂酸钡2-3份,硬脂酸钙2-3份,溴系阻燃剂4-5份及助剂6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车隔板材料,其特征在于:所述反射层(2)是由铝箔材料制成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车隔板材料,其特征在于:所述支撑层(3)是由塑钢材料制成的。
