随着生活水平的提高，人们在注重物质水平的同时，也在追求更高的精神生活水平，对脸部等身体皮肤的美白和保养等十分重视，近年来爱美人士对于面膜的需求量日益增加，面膜作为护肤品，具有很好的保湿、美白、滋润功效，抗菌性面膜也随之应运而生，对于脸部等身体皮肤产生的粉刺、痤疮、暗疮、皮脂炎症等问题具有良好的质量效果。
蜂蜜面膜含有丰富的维生素、酶类等生物活性物质，可以被皮肤有效吸收，在皮肤美容保养方面应用广泛；含中药成分的面膜具有广阔的发展前景，积雪草、黄芩等中药具有良好的抗菌化学，并且无毒副作用，在抗菌、消炎等方面具有重要的应用，近年来对于积雪草等中药的活性物质的提取和纯化成为研究热点，因此可以将积雪草等中药的活性物质进行高效提取纯化，然后应用到蜂蜜面膜中，得到高抑菌和消炎活性的蜂蜜面膜。
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，具有更好的抑菌、消炎、滋养和美白的功效。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，所述含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜的制备方法如下所示：
(1)将积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到去离子水中，搅拌均匀后进行加热提取处理，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，搅拌均匀后进行醇提处理，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。
(4)将迷迭香、白术，白茯苓、益母草、黄芪混合研磨成粉末，加入去离子水溶剂和乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后进行醇水提取处理，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物。
(5)将积雪草提取物、中药提取物、尼泊金乙酯、去离子水、甘油和蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。
优选的，所述步骤(1)中积雪草和去离子水的比例为2-30g:250-4000mL。
优选的，所述步骤(1)中加热提取温度为85-120℃，回流提取处理6-18h。

具体实施方式
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下具体实施方式和实施例：
实施例1
一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，制备方法如下：
(1)将2g积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到250mL去离子水中，搅拌均匀后，在85℃中进行加热回流提取处理6h，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，预提取物和乙醇的比例为1.6g:150mL，搅拌均匀后，在60℃中，进行醇提回流处理2h，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。
(4)将0.5g迷迭香、2g白术，1.5g白茯苓、2.5g益母草、1g黄芪混合研磨成粉末，200mL加入去离子水溶剂和40mL乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后在80℃中，进行醇水回流提取处理6h，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物。
(5)将0.2g积雪草提取物、0.35g中药提取物、3g尼泊金乙酯、20g去离子水、40g甘油和100g蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。
实施例2
一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，制备方法如下：
(1)将8g积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到500mL去离子水中，搅拌均匀后，在100℃中进行加热回流提取处理8h，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，预提取物和乙醇的比例为8g:800mL，搅拌均匀后，在70℃中，进行醇提回流处理5h，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。

实施例3
一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，制备方法如下：
(1)将15g积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到2000mL去离子水中，搅拌均匀后，在100℃中进行加热回流提取处理12h，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，预提取物和乙醇的比例为15g:1800mL，搅拌均匀后，在70℃中，进行醇提回流处理5h，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。
(4)将4g迷迭香、6g白术，7g白茯苓、8g益母草、6g黄芪混合研磨成粉末，1800mL加入去离子水溶剂和300mL乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后在100℃中，进行醇水回流提取处理10h，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物。
(5)将1g积雪草提取物、1.2g中药提取物、30g尼泊金乙酯、300g去离子水、600g甘油和1000g蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。
实施例4
一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，制备方法如下：
(1)将25g积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到3000mL去离子水中，搅拌均匀后，在100℃中进行加热回流提取处理12h，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，预提取物和乙醇的比例为18g:2000mL，搅拌均匀后，在70℃中，进行醇提回流处理4h，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。
(4)将6g迷迭香、8g白术，9g白茯苓、12g益母草、8g黄芪混合研磨成粉末，2200mL加入去离子水溶剂和400mL乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后在90℃中，进行醇水回流提取处理8h，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物。
(5)将1.2g积雪草提取物、1.7g中药提取物、42g尼泊金乙酯、400g去离子水、900g甘油和1500g蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。
实施例5
一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜，制备方法如下：
(1)将30g积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到4000mL去离子水中，搅拌均匀后，在120℃中进行加热回流提取处理18h，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物。
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，预提取物和乙醇的比例为25g:2500mL，搅拌均匀后，在80℃中，进行醇提回流处理8h，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物。
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物。
(4)将8g迷迭香、10g白术，12g白茯苓、15g益母草、10g黄芪混合研磨成粉末，3000mL加入去离子水溶剂和500mL乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后在110℃中，进行醇水回流提取处理12h，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物。
(5)将1.5g积雪草提取物、2g中药提取物、50g尼泊金乙酯、500g去离子水、1200g甘油和2000g蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。

Claims (8)

1.一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)将积雪草研磨成粉末，加入到去离子水中，搅拌均匀后进行加热提取处理，加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取过程，分离得到水相和乙酸乙酯有机相，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草一次提取物；
(2)将步骤(1)中分离的水相真空干燥除去溶剂，得到预提取物，再加入到乙醇溶剂，搅拌均匀后进行醇提处理，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，干燥后得到积雪草二次提取物；
(3)将积雪草一次提取物和积雪草二次提取物充分混合后，得到积雪草提取物；
(4)将迷迭香、白术，白茯苓、益母草、黄芪混合研磨成粉末，加入去离子水溶剂和乙醇助溶剂，搅拌均匀后进行醇水提取处理，离心分离除去下层固体，取上层清液，减压蒸馏并干燥，得到中药提取物；
(5)将积雪草提取物、中药提取物、尼泊金乙酯、去离子水、甘油和蜂蜜混合均匀，调成糊状并密封保存，得到含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(1)中积雪草和去离子水的比例为2-30g:250-4000mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(1)中加热提取温度为85-120℃，回流提取处理6-18h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(2)中预提取物和乙醇溶剂的比例为1.6-25g:150-2500mL。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(2)中醇提处理的温度为60-80℃，回流提取处理2-8h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(4)中迷迭香、白术，白茯苓、益母草、黄芪、去离子水和乙醇的比例为0.5-8g:2-10g:2.5-15g:1.5-12g:1-10g:200-3000mL:40-500mL。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(4)中醇水提取处理的温度为80-110℃，回流提取处理6-12h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含积雪草提取物的抗菌蜂蜜面膜制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(5)中积雪草提取物、中药提取物、尼泊金乙酯、去离子水、甘油和蜂蜜的比例为0.2-1.5g:0.35-2g:3-50g:20-500g:40-1200:100-2000g。
