Abstract
本发明提供一种防治疗暗疮的白蔹软膏产品,取白蔹25~40份、青风藤15~25份、天花粉10~20份、壳聚糖15~25份和桐酸5~10份,适量的水。粉碎干燥白蔹、青风藤和天花粉,加入水进行搅拌加热,过滤,减压浓缩得混合物;取壳聚糖加入醋酸进行溶解,直接加入到白蔹混合物得滤液Ⅳ;分别用滤液Ⅳ与混合物Ⅱ、混合物Ⅲ进行混合均匀,分别真空干燥使其含水量降低到50~65%,再进行混合后加入桐酸进行混合,采用超声处理20~40min后,再继续真空干燥使其含水量降低到35~45%,直接进行真空包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及预防治疗暗疮的白蔹软膏产品及其制备方法,具体涉及到一种添加白蔹的软膏产品在预防治疗暗疮中的应用,属于天然药物应用的技术领域。
背景技术
白蔹是葡萄科蛇葡萄属植物,又名白根、五爪藤、山地瓜等,具有清热解毒、消痈散结、生肌止痛之功效。白蔹入药历史悠久,主要采用其干燥块根,早在《名医别录》中就有记载,是历代医家治疗疔痈的重要药物。现代临床及药理研究表明,白蔹块根的提取物具有调节免疫活性、抗菌、抗肿瘤及兴奋作用等,可用于治疗各种痤疮、溃疡、烧伤、皲裂、黄褐斑及老年斑等。另外,白蔹块根的水提物及醇提物也被证实具有美容功效。对于白蔹提取物的获得,目前主要采用传统的水提法、醇提法以及新兴起的超临界二氧化碳萃取技术从白蔹块根中提取。
青风藤又名大叶青藤、土木通、土藤、大青木香、岩见愁、排风藤。落叶缠绕藤本。青风藤有祛风湿、通经络、利小便的功效,青风藤有治疗风湿痹痛、鹤膝风、水肿脚气的作用,脾胃虚寒者慎服青风藤。
天花粉为葫芦科植物栝蒌的根,为清热泻火类药物,其具体功效是清热泻火,生津止渴,排脓消肿,主治热病口渴、消渴、黄疸、肺燥咳血、痈肿、痔痿,无臭,味微苦。
桐酸为白色晶体。分子中有三个共轭双键。有多种顺反异构体,其中α-桐(油)酸和β-桐(油)酸最为重要。α-桐(油)酸,熔点48~49℃。不溶于水,溶于乙醇和乙醚。在日光、空气等中不稳定。易受氧化。受日光、硫、硒、硫化物、硒化物等的作用而转变为β-桐(油)酸。其甘油酯是桐油的主要成分。β-桐(油)酸,熔点71℃。不溶于水,较难溶于乙醇和乙醚,较稳定,不易受氧化。

发明内容
针对多种中药简单组合对预防治疗暗疮效果不理想,尤其是青风藤和天花粉中易氧化物质在软膏制造过程中会造成损失,使凉血消肿药效下降明显;另外青风藤与天花粉在水中易发生化学反应,不利于解毒成分的存在,而本发明通过两种药材进行分别包埋,又通过缓释降低各个有效成分的浓度,完全防止药材的相互反应,同时又利用白蔹块根提取物预防治疗各种痤疮、溃疡、烧伤、皲裂、黄褐斑及老年斑的作用达到美容功效的目的。
因此,本发明第一个目的是提供一种白蔹软膏产品:取白蔹25~40份、青风藤15~25份、天花粉10~20份、壳聚糖15~25份和桐酸5~10份,适量的水。
在一个具体实施方案中,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取白蔹30~35份、青风藤15~20份、天花粉15~20份、壳聚糖15~20份和桐酸5~10份,适量的水。
在另一个具体实施方案中,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取白蔹35份、青风藤20份、天花粉15份、壳聚糖15份和桐酸5份,适量的水。
本发明第二个目的是提供上述白蔹软膏产品的制备方法,步骤包括如下:
(1)粉碎干燥白蔹,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至85~95℃,保温60~100min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/4~1/8得混合物Ⅰ,其中加入水量的体积L与白蔹重量kg比为3~6:1;
(2)粉碎干燥青风藤,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至90~100℃,保温20~40min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/5~1/10得混合物Ⅱ,其中加入水量的体积L与青风藤重量kg比为2~4:1;
(3)粉碎干燥天花粉,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至30~40℃,保温30~60min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/4~1/10得混合物Ⅲ,其中加入水量的体积L与天花粉重量kg比为2~5:1;
(4)将壳聚糖加入2~4%醋酸进行溶解,直接加入到混合物Ⅰ,搅拌均匀后,过滤,得滤液Ⅳ;
(5)各取二分之一的滤液Ⅳ分别与混合物Ⅱ、混合物Ⅲ进行混合均匀,分别真空干燥使其含水量降低到50~65%后再进行混合,再加入桐酸进行混合,采用超声处理20~40min后,再继续真空干燥使其含水量降低到35~45%,直接进行真空包装。
在一个实施方案中,其中步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述过滤是指两到三层纱布过滤1~3,陶瓷膜过滤一次。
在一个实施方案中,其中步骤(4)所述加入醋酸体积L与壳聚糖重量kg比为100:1~10。
上述白蔹软膏产品可以用于预防治疗暗疮等患者,也直接用于各种患者伤口的止血、皮肤愈合、抑制各种病原菌医用材料中,或直接用于化妆品中保水材料方面的应用。
技术效果
1、通过两种药材进行分别包埋,又通过缓释降低各个有效成分的浓度,完全防止药材的相互反应,特别是青风藤中青藤碱与天花粉中的蛋白如天花粉凝血素反应,但同时又保证其溶液的pH值偏酸性,也利于产品的稳定性。
2、本发明所用材料都虽都具有清热解毒效果,但相互协同后效果更为显著,又充分利用壳聚糖的吸水性较强加强修复皮肤效果的同时,又通过壳聚糖与氧气的接触机会减少。
具体实施方式
下面,本发明将用实施例进行进一步的说明,但是它并不限于这些实施例的任一个或类似实例。
实施例1
粉碎干燥白蔹35kg,加入150L水进行搅拌加热至90℃,保温80min后,过滤,减压浓缩至15L得混合物Ⅰ;粉碎干燥青风藤20kg,加入80L水进行搅拌加热至95℃,保温30min后,过滤,减压浓缩至7L得混合物Ⅱ;粉碎干燥天花粉15kg,加入70L水进行搅拌加热至35℃,保温40min后,过滤,减压浓缩至8L得混合物Ⅲ。将15kg壳聚糖加入3%醋酸200L进行溶解,直接加入到15L混合物Ⅰ,搅拌均匀后,过滤,得212L滤液Ⅳ;取106L滤液Ⅳ与7L混合物Ⅱ进行混合均匀,直接真空干燥使其含水量降低到55%;再取106L滤液Ⅳ与8L混合物Ⅲ进行混合均匀,直接真空干燥使其含水量降低到55%,两者进行混合后,再加入5kg桐酸进行混合,采用超声处理30min后,再继续真空干燥使其含水量降低到36%,直接进行真空包装。
对照实施例1
粉碎干燥白蔹35kg、青风藤20kg、天花粉15kg,加入300L水进行搅拌加热至85℃,保温40min后,过滤,减压浓缩至30L混合物Ⅰ;将15kg壳聚糖加入3%醋酸200L进行溶解,直接加入到混合物Ⅰ,搅拌均匀后,用三层纱布过滤4次,得220L滤液Ⅱ,真空干燥使其含水量降低到55%,再加入5kg桐酸进行混合,采用超声处理30min后,再继续真空干燥使其含水量降低到36%,直接进行真空包装。
对照实施例2

Claims (7)
1.一种白蔹软膏产品:取白蔹25~40份、青风藤15~25份、天花粉10~20份、壳聚糖15~25份和桐酸5~10份,适量的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的产品,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取白蔹30~35份、青风藤15~20份、天花粉15~20份、壳聚糖15~20份和桐酸5~10份,适量的水。
3.如权利要求1所述的产品,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取白蔹35份、青风藤20份、天花粉15份、壳聚糖15份和桐酸5份,适量的水。
4.如权利要求1~3之一所述产品,所述白蔹软膏产品的制备方法,步骤包括如下:
(1)粉碎干燥白蔹,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至85~95℃,保温60~100min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/4~1/8得混合物Ⅰ,其中加入水量的体积L与白蔹重量kg比为3~6:1;
(2)粉碎干燥青风藤,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至90~100℃,保温20~40min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/5~1/10得混合物Ⅱ,其中加入水量的体积L与青风藤重量kg比为2~4:1;
(3)粉碎干燥天花粉,加入一定量的水进行搅拌加热至30~40℃,保温30~60min后,过滤,减压浓缩至原有体积的1/4~1/10得混合物Ⅲ,其中加入水量的体积L与天花粉重量kg比为2~5:1;
(4)将壳聚糖加入2~4%醋酸进行溶解,直接加入到混合物Ⅰ,搅拌均匀后,过滤,得滤液Ⅳ;
(5)各取二分之一的滤液Ⅳ分别与混合物Ⅱ、混合物Ⅲ进行混合均匀,分别真空干燥使其含水量降低到50~65%后再进行混合,再加入桐酸进行混合,采用超声处理20~40min后,再继续真空干燥使其含水量降低到35~45%,直接进行真空包装。
5.如权利要求4所述的产品,其中步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述过滤是指两到三层纱布过滤1~3,陶瓷膜过滤一次。
6.如权利要求4所述的产品,其中步骤(4)所述加入醋酸体积L与壳聚糖重量kg比为100:1~10。
7.如权利要求1~3之一所述的产品,其特征在于,直接应用于预防治疗各种患者的暗疮,直接用于各种患者伤口的止血、皮肤愈合、抑制各种病原菌医用材料中,或直接用于化妆品中保水材料方面的应用。
