Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品及其制备方法，其组分包括以下原料：人参、白蔹、白及、三七、珍珠、桂枝、蜂王浆、蒲公英、桃花、石菖蒲、茯苓、黄柏、马油、维生素C、川芎、冬虫夏草、甘草、蒺藜、仙人掌、白丁香、红景天、墨旱莲、紫苏、生姜、去离子水。本发明选用天然中药，结合现代中药护肤美容理论配制，通过各个组分协同作用，使得得到的美容祛斑制品不仅具有止痒、抗菌、抗过敏的疗效，而且还能促进皮肤中毛细血管的血液循环、提高皮肤的营养供应，减少皮肤角质化和色素沉着，从而达到美容祛斑、保湿、抗皱的功效。此外，本发明各原料为纯天然成分，具有皮肤刺激性小、安全可靠的特点，不会对皮肤带来任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化产品技术领域，尤其涉及一种含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
色斑是常见于人面部的一种皮肤现象，属色素障碍性皮肤病，色斑包括雀斑、黑斑、黄褐斑和老年斑等。
皮肤色斑的形成机理错综复杂，主要诱因分为外在因素和内在因素。(1)外在因素主要有：紫外线过度照射、使用劣质的化妆品等保养不当、化学药品腐蚀等；由于生态环境的破坏和工业污染对环境的影响，地球上臭氧层越来越薄，地球温度也逐渐升高，对人的肌肤也造成了较大的侵蚀，使人的肌肤出现皱纹，皮质老化，肤色变暗，没有光泽，部分人面部出现色斑。(2)内在因素主要有：慢性肝肠胃等疾病导致内分泌紊乱、遗传、色素代谢失常、年龄增大等。解决上述色斑的问题的方法主要是：清除皮层及体内游离氧自由基；抑制酪氨酸酶的活性；调节人体内分泌和物质代谢。
目前，美容祛斑的方法有很多：(1)外用药物：是最简单、最常用的治疗方法。外用酪氨酸酶抑制剂软膏，如5％氢醌霜、2-4％曲酸霜及3％熊果苷等。但该类药物为抗氧化剂，易在空气和日光中氧化，不好保存。(2)剥脱疗法：三氯醋酸溶液局部涂搽可使表皮剥脱，而除去色素斑。液氮冷冻治疗可使表皮冷冻坏死后剥离，以除去色素， 磨削手术是用磨头将表皮磨去一层， 而达到除去色素的目的， 但需要手术，且术后待创面愈合后要搽用防晒霜等，否则日晒后易于复发。(3)面膜疗法：面膜疗法包括单纯面膜剂、 面膜膏按摩法和倒模面膜法。其中，面膜倒模疗法集药物、按摩、理疗于一体，从而具有多种治疗作用，其治疗程序为：阳离子蒸气润面－面膜膏按摩－成形倒模剂倒模， 但其操作过于复杂。(4)激光或强脉冲光治疗，但其费用高、疗程长。综上所述，现有的手术治疗以及药物治疗效果都不甚理想，而且还有一定程度的药物依赖和副作用。故亟需一种效果好、见效快、副作用小的美容祛斑护理制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品，其组分包括以下重量份数的原料：人参55～68份、白蔹3～8份、白及6～12份、三七3～8份、珍珠2～9份、桂枝4～9份、蜂王浆2～6份、蒲公英3～6份、桃花5～10份、石菖蒲3～8份、茯苓3～9份、黄柏2～7份、马油5～12份、维生素C 3～10份、川芎提取物1～5份、冬虫夏草提取物2～8份、甘草提取物1～6份、蒺藜提取物1～4份、仙人掌提取物3～7份、白丁香提取物1～6份、红景天提取物2～7份、墨旱莲提取物2～7份、紫苏提取物2～8份、生姜提取物4～9份、去离子水20～50份。
优选的，其组分包括以下重量份的原料：人参60～65份、白蔹4～7份、白及9～11份、三七5～6份、珍珠6～9份、桂枝4～6份、蜂王浆2～4份、蒲公英4～6份、桃花6～9份、石菖蒲5～8份、茯苓3～6份、黄柏2～5份、马油8～10份、维生素C 3～7份、川芎提取物1～3份、冬虫夏草提取物2～4份、甘草提取物2～4份、蒺藜提取物1～3份、仙人掌提取物3～5份、白丁香提取物1～3份、红景天提取物2～5份、墨旱莲提取物2～4份、紫苏提取物2～5份、生姜提取物5～7份、去离子水25～35份。
优选的，还包括助剂1～4份，所述助剂为氧化锌、赖氨酸、纳米二氧化钛、乙基己基甘油按照重量份比1：2：4：1组成的混合物。
优选的，所述美容祛斑护理制品为膏状或者乳液状。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1、按重量份分别将人参、白蔹、白及、三七、珍珠、桂枝、蒲公英、桃花、石菖蒲、茯苓、黄柏粗粉碎，混合粗粉，加入菌种发酵，干燥，粉碎，得到混合粉A，备用；
S2、按重量份将川芎醇提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、甘草提取物、蒺藜提取物、仙人掌提取物、白丁香提取物、红景天提取物、墨旱莲提取物、紫苏提取物与生姜提取物混合，得到混合提取物B；
S3、按重量份依次将维生素C、1/2水、马油加入步骤S1得到的混合粉A中，搅拌混合，文火加热至沸腾，同时不停搅拌，至呈现为粘稠膏体，停止加热；
S4、将步骤S2得到的混合提取物B、蜂王浆、助剂、1/2水依次加入得到的粘稠膏体中，搅拌至混合均匀，冷却，灌装，即得到美容祛斑护理制品。
优选的，步骤S1中，在发酵前，将所述粗粉碎于60～80℃下进行蒸煮15～35min，然后冷却至45～55℃，加入菌种进行发酵，待发酵12～15h后干燥，粉碎，过80～100目筛网，得到混合物A。
优选的，步骤S2中，所述川芎提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、甘草提取物、蒺藜提取物、仙人掌提取物、白丁香提取物、红景天提取物、墨旱莲提取物、紫苏提取物与生姜提取物的提取用溶剂为水、乙醇或乙醇水溶液；所述提取方式为加热回流提取或煎煮；所述加热回流提取的次数为1～3次，每次加热回流提取的时间为0.8～2.0h，控制各原料与提取用溶剂的重量比为1：(9～12)。
优选的，步骤S3中，加入水之前，需先将水加热至65～75℃，并控制搅拌转速为250～350r/min，搅拌时间为30～40min。
优选的，步骤S4中，待粘稠膏体冷却至35～45℃时，边搅拌依次加入维生素C、1/2水、马油，并控制搅拌转速为300～450r/min。
优选的，所述菌种为质量比为2：1的双歧杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌组成的混合物
优选的，步骤S3中，待膏体降温至55～65℃时，边搅拌边向膏体中依次加入胶原蛋白、维生素C、蜂王浆，在搅拌速度为400～600r/min下搅拌0.5～1.5h，至混合均匀，然后冷却至常温，灌装，即得到产品。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：本发明将人参、白蔹、白及、三七、珍珠、桂枝、蒲公英、桃花、石菖蒲、茯苓和黄柏混合发酵得到的混合粉与川芎醇、冬虫夏草、甘草、蒺藜、仙人掌、白丁香、红景天、墨旱莲、紫苏和生姜各自的提取物混合，再与蜂蜜、维生素C、马油、蜂王浆、助剂进行复配，通过各个组分协同作用，使得最终得到的美容祛斑制品不仅具有止痒、抗菌、抗过敏的疗效，而且还能促进皮肤中毛细血管的血液循环、提高皮肤的营养供应，减少皮肤角质化和色素沉着，从而达到美容祛斑、保湿、抗皱的功效。此外，本发明各原料为纯天然成分，具有皮肤刺激性小、安全可靠的特点，不会对人体皮肤带来任何副作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体较佳实施例结合效果试验例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。
本发明中，发挥功效的部分中药组分药理以及功效：使用的白及，来源于兰科植物白及的干燥块茎，具有祛斑美容、滑肌润面、生发、治疗粉刺的功效。主要含有菲类、联苄类、萜类、多糖类及含挥发油等成分。白及富含挥发油、黏液质，抑菌效果较好，外用涂擦，可除斑、消除脸上痤疮留下的瘢痕，让肌肤光滑无痕。使用的白术，来源于菊科植物白术的干燥根茎，具有润肤美白、抗衰老、保湿的功效。含有的苍术醇、苍术酮可使机体免疫功能提高，滋补强壮，使肌肤丰满无褶皱。使用的珍珠，来源于珍珠贝科动物马氏珍珠贝、蚌科动物三角帆蚌或褶纹冠蚌等双壳类动物受刺激形成的珍珠，具有抗衰、润肤、白面除斑的功效，含20余种氨基酸和蛋白质，大量碳酸钙和微量元素。氨基酸和蛋白质对肌肤有较好的营养和滋润作用，加上微量元素，有抑制脂褐素和清除自由基的作用；使用的茯苓，来源于多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。具有驻颜泽面、祛斑增白、除皱抗衰老等美容功效。含有的茯苓多糖能提高增强细胞免疫功能，促进新陈代谢，茯苓多糖和茯苓三萜能增强超氧化物歧化酶活性、降低过氧化物酶活性，起到抗氧化、抗衰老的作用；羟脯氨酸能增加皮肤内的胶原纤维起到延缓皮肤衰老的作用；三萜类成分可能是美白活性成分；使用的蒺藜，来源于蒺藜科植物蒺藜的干燥成熟果实。具有祛斑增白、抗皱、保湿的功效，蒺藜提取物低浓度对黑素细胞、酪氨酸酶有抑制作用；使用的墨旱莲，来源于菊科植物鳢肠的全草，因为搓揉它的茎叶时，可见黑色的汁液流出，所以又叫“墨旱莲”，具有消除自由基的作用，可用于抗衰老，同时还具有抗炎的作用。
以下表1所示为实施例1-5制备的美容祛斑制品，其原料组分配比如表1所示（以重量份计）。

上述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1、按重量份分别将人参、白蔹、白及、三七、珍珠、桂枝、蒲公英、桃花、石菖蒲、茯苓、黄柏粗粉碎，混合粗粉，于70℃下进行蒸煮20min，然后冷却至45℃，加入质量比为2：1的双歧杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌组成的混合物进行发酵，待发酵14h后，于55℃下干燥，粉碎，过100目筛网，得到混合物A，备用；
S2、按重量份将川芎醇提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、甘草提取物、蒺藜提取物、仙人掌提取物、白丁香提取物、红景天提取物、墨旱莲提取物、紫苏提取物与生姜提取物混合，得到混合提取物B；
S3、先将水加热至70℃，边搅拌依次加入维生素C、1/2水、马油加入步骤S1得到的混合粉A中，搅拌混合，文火加热至沸腾，同时不停搅拌，并控制搅拌转速为300r/min，搅拌40min，至呈现为粘稠膏体，停止加热；
S4、待粘稠膏体冷却至35℃时，将步骤S2得到的混合提取物B、蜂王浆、助剂、1/2水依次加入得到的粘稠膏体中，并控制搅拌转速为360r/min，搅拌至混合均匀，冷却，灌装，即得到美容祛斑护理制品。
本发明美容祛斑护理制品对美容祛斑的临床疗效
实验材料：本发明实施例1制备的美容祛斑护理制品。
实验地点：当地医院皮肤科门诊。
1、病例及方法
2018-2019年，接治女性患者121例，年龄在19-51岁，具有黄褐斑、雀斑、蝴蝶斑或面黑无光泽明显者。
用法用量：本发明只需在晚上使用，取适量本品4g，均匀涂抹在面斑部位，让面部充分吸收中药中的营养成分，真正发挥它独特的祛斑效果。翌日起床清洗即可，每日1次，30d为1个疗程。
使用本发明应注意的问题：本发明需用冰箱冷藏存放，同时，本发明为外用祛斑美容制品，勿内服。
2、疗效判定
根据临床症状消失为准，分为痊愈、显效、无效。痊愈：肉眼视色斑面积消退>90％,颜色基本消失；显效：肉眼视色斑面积消退>30％,颜色明显变淡；无效：肉眼视色斑面积消退<30％,颜色变化不明显。

治疗结果：疗程结束后，在祛斑方面，斑痕得到治愈的有效人数达到91人，最快的在涂膜本发明制品6天后起效，最慢的在15天后，其余28人为显效，2人为无效。在美白方面，面部变得白皙的有效人数达到90人，最快的在用药3天后起效，最慢的在15天后，其余30人为显效，0人为无效。全程121例均无出现过敏性或其它刺激性反应。
王女士，28岁，从22岁面部开始有蝴蝶斑，用过不少祛斑产品， 没什么效果，用本品12天后面斑变淡，又用9天面斑就不见了，皮肤明显变得细腻，白皙，柔嫩，光滑，且富有较好的弹性。

结果表明，本发明的中药美容祛斑护理制品适宜晚上使用，具有独特的祛斑效果对雀斑、蝴蝶斑、黄褐斑等具有明显效果。

1.一种含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品，其特征在于，其组分包括以下重量份数的原料：人参55～68份、白蔹3～8份、白及6～12份、三七3～8份、珍珠2～9份、桂枝4～9份、蜂王浆2～6份、蒲公英3～6份、桃花5～10份、石菖蒲3～8份、茯苓3～9份、黄柏2～7份、马油5～12份、维生素C 3～10份、川芎提取物1～5份、冬虫夏草提取物2～8份、甘草提取物1～6份、蒺藜提取物1～4份、仙人掌提取物3～7份、白丁香提取物1～6份、红景天提取物2～7份、墨旱莲提取物2～7份、紫苏提取物2～8份、生姜提取物4～9份、去离子水20～50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品及其制备方法，其特征在于，其组分包括以下重量份的原料：人参60～65份、白蔹4～7份、白及9～11份、三七5～6份、珍珠6～9份、桂枝4～6份、蜂王浆2～4份、蒲公英4～6份、桃花6～9份、石菖蒲5～8份、茯苓3～6份、黄柏2～5份、马油8～10份、维生素C 3～7份、川芎提取物1～3份、冬虫夏草提取物2～4份、甘草提取物2～4份、蒺藜提取物1～3份、仙人掌提取物3～5份、白丁香提取物1～3份、红景天提取物2～5份、墨旱莲提取物2～4份、紫苏提取物2～5份、生姜提取物5～7份、去离子水25～35份。
3.根据权利要求2所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品，其特征在于，还包括助剂1～4份，所述助剂由氧化锌、赖氨酸、纳米二氧化钛、乙基己基甘油按照重量份比1：2：4：1组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品，其特征在于，所述美容祛斑护理制品为膏状或者乳液状。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、按重量份分别将人参、白蔹、白及、三七、珍珠、桂枝、蒲公英、桃花、石菖蒲、茯苓、黄柏粗粉碎，混合粗粉，加入菌种发酵，干燥，粉碎，得到混合粉A，备用；
S2、按重量份将川芎醇提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、甘草提取物、蒺藜提取物、仙人掌提取物、白丁香提取物、红景天提取物、墨旱莲提取物、紫苏提取物与生姜提取物混合，得到混合提取物B；
S3、按重量份依次将维生素C、1/2水、马油加入步骤S1得到的混合粉A中，搅拌混合，文火加热至沸腾，同时不停搅拌，至呈现为粘稠膏体，停止加热；
S4、将步骤S2得到的混合提取物B、蜂王浆、助剂、1/2水依次加入得到的粘稠膏体中，搅拌至混合均匀，冷却，灌装，即得到美容祛斑护理制品。
6.根据权利要求5所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S1中，在发酵前，将所述粗粉碎于60～80℃下进行蒸煮15～35min，然后冷却至45～55℃，加入菌种进行发酵，待发酵12～15h后干燥，粉碎，过80～100目筛网，得到混合物A。
7.根据权利要求5所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S2中，所述川芎提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、甘草提取物、蒺藜提取物、仙人掌提取物、白丁香提取物、红景天提取物、墨旱莲提取物、紫苏提取物与生姜提取物的提取用溶剂为水、乙醇或乙醇水溶液；所述提取方式为加热回流提取或煎煮；所述加热回流提取的次数为1～3次，每次加热回流提取的时间为0.8～2.0h，控制各原料与提取用溶剂的重量比为1：(9～12)。
8.根据权利要求5所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S3中，加入水之前，需先将水加热至65～75℃，并控制搅拌转速为250～350r/min，搅拌时间为30～40min。
9.根据权利要求5所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S4中，待粘稠膏体冷却至35～45℃时，边搅拌依次加入维生素C、1/2水、马油，并控制搅拌转速为300～450r/min。
10.根据权利要求5所述含有中药组分的美容祛斑护理制品的制备方法，其特征在于，所述菌种为质量比为2：1的双歧杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌组成的混合物。
