As shown in fig. 4, the driving device 4 includes a rotating shaft 40 driven by a motor, a first linkage wheel 41 fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 40, and a second linkage wheel 42 arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the stirring rod 12; the first linkage wheel 41 and the second linkage wheel 42 are driven by a transmission belt 43; a first bevel gear 44 is fixedly arranged on one side of the rotating shaft 40, and the first bevel gear 44 is in meshing transmission with a second bevel gear 45 fixedly arranged on the outer circular surface of the rotating disc 23.
