Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车输油管材料,它的配方如下(重量分):长链尼龙500~1000,组分I 0~100,组分II 0~500,扩链剂5~30,抗氧剂1~3,增塑剂0~10。本发明提供了一种性能与PA11、PA12相仿,但价格较低的汽车输油管材料,以替代进口材料。

Description

一种汽车输油管材料
本发明涉及管材料,尤其涉及一种汽车输油管材料。
目前,汽车输油管材料几乎是尼龙11(PA11)和尼龙12(PA12)的天下,很少有其它材料可以挤身其中。这主要是因为PA11I和PA12有着耐油性好、耐爆破、自身柔韧等特殊性能。但是,PA11、PA12的生产技术掌握在少数生产厂家手中,例如法国阿托公司就垄断着PA11的生产技术,使PA11价格居高不下。由于我国没有生产PA11、PA22的能力,因此所有汽车输油管材料都依靠进口。
本发明的目的就是为了提供一种性能与PA11、PA12相仿,但价格较低的汽车输油管材料,以替代进口材料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下方式来实现:一种汽车输油管材料,它的配方如下(重量分):
       长链尼龙               500~1000
       组分I                  0~100
       组分II                 0~500
       扩链剂                 5~30
       抗氧剂                 1~3
       增塑剂                 0~10
所述的长链尼龙是结构单元碳原子数大于15的二元共缩聚聚酰胺,其中两个单体分别是碳原子数大于6的二元胺或二元酸,所述的组分I为苯乙烯类共聚物,所述的组分II为酸酐、羧酸或其它官能团,所述的扩链剂为亚磷酸酯、环氧树脂类双官能团或多官能团可与酰胺基、羧基、氨基发生反应的化合物,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述的增塑剂为对苯二甲酸酯类。
所述的二元胺或二元酸的两个单体碳原子数优选9~15。
所述的苯乙烯类共聚物为苯乙烯—马来酸酐无规共聚物(SMA)。
所述的酸酐、羧酸或其它官能团为甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯接枝的烯烃弹性体或接枝共聚物,或聚烯烃马来酸酐接枝物(TPE-g)。
所述的扩链剂为亚磷酸甲酯。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂CA或抗氧剂1010。
所述的的增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二丁酯。
本发明材料具有柔韧、低温冲击好、耐油、尺寸稳定性好等与PA11、PA12相同的优点。组分I的加入可以提高基体树脂的耐油性,并可以使材料变得更加柔韧。组分II可以在提高基体柔韧性的同时进一步优化材料低温、耐候和加工成型性能。扩链剂的作用是提高尼龙树脂的分子量,从而使基体强度增大,加工性能得到改善。增塑剂的加入可以提高材料的柔韧性。
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种汽车输油管材料,其工艺配方如下:
       长链链尼龙PA1212         925
       SMA                      75
       亚磷酸甲酯               10
       抗氧剂CA                 1
其制备方法是:先将PA1212树脂在80℃条件下干燥10个小时,然后按上述配方将各组分置于高混机中混合2~3分钟,再挤出造粒得到产品。
将上述产品干燥后注塑成标准样条供性能测试,测得性能如下:
熔体流动速率(230℃,2.16kg)g/10min     0.121

实施例2~7以下为六种汽车输油管材料,其工艺配方如下:

1.一种汽车输油管材料,其特征在于,它的组分如下(重量份):
        长链尼龙                 500~1000
        组分I                    0~100
        组分II                   0~500
        扩链剂                   5~30
        抗氧剂                   1~3
        增塑剂                   0~10
所述的长链尼龙是结构单元碳原子数大于15的二元共缩聚聚酰胺,其中两种单体分别是碳原子数大于6的二元胺或二元酸,所述的组分I为苯乙烯类共聚物,所述的组分II为甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯接枝的烯烃弹性体或接枝共聚物,或聚烯烃马来酸酐接枝物,所述的扩链剂为亚磷酸酯,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述的增塑剂为对苯二甲酸酯类。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车输油管材料,其特征在于,所述的二元胺或二元酸的两种单体碳原子数为9~15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车输油管材料,其特征在于,所述的苯乙烯类共聚物为苯乙烯—马来酸酐无规共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车输油管材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂CA或抗氧剂1010。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车输油管材料,其特征在于,所述的的增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二丁酯。
