本发明属于天然植物提取物领域。
背景技术
生津润喉从中医的角度来讲,津液是人体正常生命活动的基础,也是人体正常生理活动的一种产物,它主要包括泪液、唾液、胃液还有肠液,它的形成输布和代谢和肺、脾、肾三脏都有直接的关系。
津液的来源主要是源于饮食水谷,然后通过胃肠的消化吸收,脾的运化,肺的宣发肃降功能,肾的汽化蒸腾的作用,周而复始环流不息。津液的主要作用是滋养和濡润,同时津液也和肺、脾、肾三脏有直接的关系。
若津液代谢异常,像是津液的生成不足、津液的分布不均等,就会导致咽喉不适情况出现,像咽干、痰多、咽疼,咽部的异物感等症状。
发明内容
针对津液代谢异常,本发明具体提供了一种生津止咳的组合物,它包括如下组份:
川贝提取物1-10份,枇杷叶提取物1-10份、橘红提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-10份,薄荷脑0.1-10份。
进一步地,薄荷脑为0.1-1份。
其中,所述川贝提取物选自川贝水提物、川贝醇提物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。

川贝母,中药名。为百合科植物川贝母FritiLlaria cirrhosa D.Don、暗紫贝母FritiLlaria unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia、甘肃贝母Fritillaria przewalskiiMaxim.、梭砂贝母Fritillaria delavayi Franch.、太白贝母Fritillaria taipaiensisP.Y.Li或瓦布贝母Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsiavar.wabuensis(SY.Tang et S C.Yue)Z.D.Liu,S.Wanget S.C.Chen的干燥鳞茎。按性状不同分别习称“松贝”、“青贝”、“炉贝”和“栽培品”。具有清热润肺,化痰止咳,散结消痈的功效。用于肺热燥咳,干咳少痰,阴虚劳嗽,痰中带血,瘰疬,乳痈,肺痈。
枇杷叶(学名:Eriobotrya japonica Thunb.)为蔷薇科植物枇杷的叶子。又名巴叶、芦桔叶(《中药材手册》)。有清肺止咳,和胃利尿,止渴的功效。有治疗肺热痰嗽,咳血,衄血,胃热呕哕作用。
橘红,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥外层果皮。秋末冬初果实成熟后采收,用刀削下外果皮,晒干或阴干。理气宽中,燥湿化痰。用于咳嗽痰多,食积伤酒,呕恶痞闷。
红景天,中药名。为景天科大花红景天的干燥根和根茎,秋季花茎凋枯后采挖,除去粗皮,洗净,晒干。味甘、苦,性平,归肺、心经。具有益气活血,通脉平喘之功。主要用于气虚血瘀,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,倦怠气喘。
薄荷脑也叫薄荷醇是一种有机化合物,化学式为C10H20O。薄荷脑系由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,白色晶体,为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分。薄荷醇一般有两种异构体(D型和L型),天然的薄荷醇主要为左旋异构体(L-薄荷醇),这里的薄荷脑一般指消旋的薄荷醇(DL-薄荷醇)。薄荷脑可用作牙膏;香水;饮料和糖果等的赋香剂。在医药上用作刺激药,作用于皮肤或粘膜,有清凉止痒作用;内服可作为驱风药,用于头痛及鼻;咽;喉炎症等。其酯也可用于香料和药物。
本发明所述提取,采用本领域常规的方法即可,例如回流、浸渍、超声、微波辅助等等。
本发明“水提”,可以采用煎煮提取、浸渍提取、超声提取、微波辅助提取等等,提取时,可以使用不同温度的水进行提取,可以是0~30℃(大于0),也可以是温度更高的热水,例如采用50℃以上的水提取,例如,50℃、51℃、52℃、53℃、54℃、55℃……60℃……65℃……70℃……75℃……80℃……85℃……90℃……
95℃……100℃等等。
进一步地,提取次数为2次以上,可以是2次、3次、4次、5次……等等。
提取次数可以通过辅助检测方式进行判定,例如对每次提取物进行含量检测,查看其中的目标物含量多少,在平衡经济、环保原则的前提下,得到一个合理的提取次数。
本发明在制备产品时,除了活性成分外,还可以加入辅料或/和辅助性成分。
本发明中所述的“辅料”,是药物制剂中除主药以外的一切附加材料的总称,辅料应当具备如下性质:(1)对人体无毒害作用,几无副作用;(2)化学性质稳定,不易受温度、pH、保存时间等的影响;(3)与主药无配伍禁忌,不影响主药的疗效和质量检查;(4)不与包装材料相互发生作用。
药学上可以接受的辅料,如纤维素及其衍生物(如羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基纤维素钠、纤维素乙酸酯等)、明胶、滑石、固体润滑剂(如硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁)、硫酸钙、植物油(如豆油、芝麻油、花生油、橄榄油等)、多元醇(如丙二醇、甘油、甘露醇、山梨醇等)、乳化剂(如)、润湿剂(如十二烷基硫酸钠)、着色剂、调味剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、无热原水等。

固体剂型如片剂、糖丸、胶囊剂、丸剂和颗粒剂可采用包衣和壳材制备,如肠衣和其它本领域公知的材料。它们可包含不透明剂,并且,这种组合物中活性化合物或化合物的释放可以延迟的方式在消化道内的某一部分中释放。可采用的包埋组分的实例是聚合物质和蜡类物质。必要时,原料或提取物也可与上述赋形剂中的一种或多种形成微胶囊形式。

薄荷脑的加入,可以使用固体粉末形式,也可以使用适当的溶剂溶解后加入到产品中,如利用乙醇进行溶解。
本发明所述鼻腔吸入产品,是以雾化、液态、凝胶、混悬等不同方式,通过鼻腔吸入的产品。
本发明产品不限于固体产品,也可以是液体产品或其他形态。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用全草本配方,采用现代植物提取技术,将各原料配伍使用后,发挥了协同增效作用,生津止咳作用明显。

以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
取川贝、枇杷叶、橘红或红景天,分别加水提取2-3次,得到川贝提取物、枇杷叶提取物、橘红提取物、红景天提取物。
取川贝提取物10g,枇杷叶提取物10g、橘红提取物10g,红景天提取物50g,薄荷脑0.5g(少量乙醇溶解),混合均匀,超滤膜过滤后,所得液体即得本发明生津止咳组合物。
实施例2
取川贝、枇杷叶、橘红或红景天,分别加70%乙醇提取2-3次,得到川贝提取物、枇杷叶提取物、橘红提取物、红景天提取物。
取川贝提取物10g,枇杷叶提取物50g、橘红提取物50g,红景天提取物10g,薄荷脑5g,混合均匀,即得本发明生津止咳组合物。
实施例3
取川贝、枇杷叶、橘红或红景天,分别依次用水、95%乙醇提取2-3次,混合提取液,得到川贝提取物、枇杷叶提取物、橘红提取物、红景天提取物。
取川贝提取物50g,枇杷叶提取物50g、橘红提取物100g,红景天提取物10g,薄荷脑10g,混合均匀,即得本发明生津止咳组合物。
实施例4
取步骤3制备的川贝提取物50g,枇杷叶提取物50g、橘红提取物100g,红景天提取物10g,以及薄荷脑5g,甜味剂2g、甘油50g,混合均匀,即得本发明生津止咳组合物。
实验例1安全性试验
(1)采取喷雾给药的方式,使用实施例1制备的液体,每日早中晚3次给大白兔进行喷雾,连续四周,持续观察兔子的状态,第八周采取个体器官切片观察,观测器官活性以及状态,收集数据,并与喷雾前以及喷雾中的数据对比,得出本组合物对生命体征的作用以及影响。
结果:喷雾后的大白兔的体重正常增长,发育良好,没有不良现象。各项生化指数表明大白兔各项指数都呈现健康良好的发育,说明本组合物对生命体的健康无害性,有一定的养护和滋润作用,能使生物体征保持健康良好的发育,不会产生病变以及其他不良反应。大白兔五脏和器官的切片解剖图,从显微镜上观察,切片健康,发育良好,没有病变阴影,各项指标以及形态都良好,无其他特征出现。
(2)采取静脉注射的方式给猪食用实施例2制备的液体,每日早中晚混合食物一起喂食3次,连续24周,持续观察猪的状态,12周时,检查一次猪的体重增长对比和健康状况对比,收集数据,与没有喂食的猪对比,24周时采取个体器官切片观察,观测器官活性以及状态,收集数据,并与喷雾前以及喷雾中的数据对比,得出本组合物对生命体征的作用以及影响。
结果:喷雾后的猪的体重正常增长,发育良好,没有不良现象。各项生化指数表明猪各项指数都呈现健康良好的发育,说明本组合物对生命体的健康无害性,有一定的养护和滋润作用,能使生物体征保持健康良好的发育,不会产生病变以及其他不良反应。猪五脏和器官的切片解剖图,从显微镜上观察,切片健康,发育良好,没有病变阴影,各项指标以及形态都良好,无其他特征出现。
实验例2效果实验
选取60名烟龄2年以上的成年人,年龄在30-50岁之间,男女各半,且每位个体都存在口干舌燥、偶有咳嗽等状况。将上述受试人群随机分为2组(注意每组男女数量相同),空白组给予生理盐水喷雾,受试组给与本发明在临睡前以实施例1制备的液体产品进行喷雾(通过常规的喷雾设备),连续使用1个月后,通过对受试人群每日的口渴次数、唾液分泌、咳嗽情况等方面进行评判,其中:
(1)空白组有9人(30%)认为其口干舌燥的感觉得以缓解,唾液分泌也较以更多,咳嗽次数变化不明显,其他人并无明显变化。
(2)受试组中,有21人(70%)认为口干舌燥的感觉基本消失,唾液分泌正常,咳嗽次数也仅有使用前的10-20%,次数明显减少,其中还有13位受试者咳嗽完全消失;剩余9位受试者中,有7位认为口干舌燥的感觉得以缓解,唾液分泌也较使用前多,咳嗽次数也有减少,仍有2位受试者认为本发明产品并未对其产生明显效果。由此可见,本发明有效率高达93.3%,且痊愈或接近痊愈者高达70%,与空白组相比,本发明具备良好的生津止咳功效。
Claims (9)
1.一种生津止咳的组合物,其特征在于:它包括如下组份:
川贝提取物1-10份,枇杷叶提取物1-10份、橘红提取物1-10份,红景天提取物1-10份,薄荷脑0.1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述川贝提取物选自川贝水提物、川贝醇提物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述枇杷叶提取物选自枇杷叶水提物、枇杷叶醇提物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述橘红提取物选自橘红水提物、橘红醇提物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述红景天提取物选自红景天水提物、红景天醇提物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:它还包括甜味剂、甘油。
7.一种生津止咳的口服产品,其特征在于:它包括权利要求1-6任意一项所述的组合物。
8.一种生津止咳的外用产品,其特征在于:它包括权利要求1-6任意一项所述的组合物。
9.一种生津止咳的鼻腔吸入产品,其特征在于:它包括权利要求1-7任意一项所述的组合物。
