Description
背景技术
用于手洗涤餐具或洗碗机的大多数洗碗皂产品均是以液体的形式装在带有分配器的器皿中或者是用聚乙烯醇/塑料包裹的包装/容器中。洗碗皂产品也可具有像填满液体或包装/容器一样大的体积。这些器皿大部分是塑料、玻璃、聚乙烯醇、内衬有塑料作为水屏障的纸板。例如,市场上用于手洗涤的洗碗皂一般含有相对于洗碗皂的重量少于40重量%的固体。一个问题是包装。一次性塑料无处不在并对环境造成严重破坏。实际上仅9%的塑料被回收,且包装产生生活垃圾的最大部分(约30%)。包装产品对企业及购买者来说效率低下。
去除手洗涤洗碗皂制剂中的水分就不再需要一次性塑料包装及随之而来的垃圾,例如包装垃圾、产品垃圾以及用于装运水的资源的浪费。
因此,需要新的稳定的手洗涤洗碗皂及洗碗机固体形式的制剂,以满足消费者的需求,同时也减少其生产及装运过程中产生的废物量。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种呈固体形式的稳定的无水洗碗皂制剂(“洗碗皂制剂”)。所述固体形式包括片剂、自由流动的粉末、晶体/珠粒、颗粒、薄片、粉屑、挤出物、喷雾干燥剂或喷涂泡沫。在一些实施例中,所述洗碗皂制剂适用于手洗涤餐具且可置于未冲洗的包装器或非容器中。在一些实施例中,洗碗皂制剂适用于洗碗机。
在本发明的一个方面中,提供一种洗碗皂制剂。所述洗碗皂制剂包含表面活性剂及填料,其中多于40重量%的洗碗皂制剂是固体且其中洗碗皂制剂实质上不含脂肪酸。
在另一方面中,提供一种制造洗碗皂制剂的方法。
在另一方面中,提供一种使用洗碗皂制剂的方法。
具体实施方式
本公开涉及一种呈固体形式的稳定的无水洗碗皂制剂(“洗碗皂制剂”)。洗碗皂制剂含有多于40重量%的固体,且既对环境有益又对清洗餐具有效。与传统的液体洗碗皂相比,所述洗碗皂制剂的优点包括化学稳定性、减少包装及方便消费者。本文中所述的洗碗皂制剂在奶酪烧焦及酱料严重烧焦方面优于先前的液体洗碗皂。

用语“包含(comprising)”包括“由……组成(consisting of)”或“基本由……组成(consisting essentially of)”的实施例。
一方面,提供一种呈固体形式的稳定的无水洗碗皂制剂。所述洗碗皂制剂包含表面活性剂及填料,其中洗碗皂制剂包含多于40重量%的固体并且实质上不含脂肪酸。填料可以将洗碗皂的百分比填充到百分之百的量存在。
在一些实施例中,所述固体形式是自由流动的粉末、晶体/珠粒、颗粒、薄片、粉屑、挤出物、喷雾干燥剂或喷涂泡沫。所述固体形式可为泡腾的。

洗碗皂中的液体成分载体/助流剂的量可基于洗碗皂的重量而在0.1重量%到5重量%的范围内,例如约0.1重量%到约3重量%的范围内,还例如在约0.3重量%到约1重量%的范围内。液体成分载体/助流剂可选自水合二氧化硅。赢创(Evonik)的sipernat系列及PPQ水合二氧化硅系列是合适的载体/助流剂。
水软化剂的量可基于洗碗皂的重量而在0到40重量%的范围内、1重量%到35重量%的范围内、15重量%到25重量%的范围内、5重量%到15重量%的范围内、25重量%到35重量%的范围内、5重量%到30重量%的范围内或10重量%到25重量%的范围内。示例性水软化剂包括柠檬酸或其形成的盐(例如柠檬酸钠)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、葡萄糖酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐及谷氨酸二乙酸钠四钠。
手洗涤洗碗皂中的泡沫稳定剂的量可基于洗碗皂的重量而在0重量%到5重量%的范围内。示例性泡沫稳定剂可选自羧甲基纤维素(CMC)或其形成的盐(如CMC钠)。在一些实施例中不包含泡沫稳定剂。
所述制剂中的酶的量可基于制剂的总重量而在0重量%到10重量%的范围内,例如1重量%到10重量%的范围内或3重量%到7重量%的范围内。酶可包括蛋白酶(例如枯草杆菌蛋白酶)及淀粉酶。
在一些实施例中,洗碗皂制剂可包含二氧化硅作为形成自由流动的粉末的助流剂。随后自由流动的粉末可转化成片剂。
在一些实施例中,洗碗皂制剂不包含二氧化硅。可通过使用固体(例如碳酸钠、硫酸钠及苯甲酸钠)作为初始成分来吸收可用于洗碗皂制剂的任何潜在液体来形成自由流动的粉末。
洗碗皂中的填料的量将洗碗皂的百分比填充到百分之百。示例性填料可选自葡萄糖酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、淀粉、糖醇、葡萄糖、糊精、菊粉、硅酸钠、聚乙二醇、PVP、PVA及短梗霉聚糖。
当溶解在适量的水中时,洗碗皂制剂可呈现7.0到9.0的pH值。
制备洗碗皂制剂的方法
可使用任何合适的方法制备洗碗皂制剂。例如,所述方法可包括向搅拌器(例如,带式搅拌器、桨式搅拌器、V型搅拌器)加入填料成分,在使填料混合的同时喷洒所有液体成分,添加表面活性剂及其他成分,对所得混合物进行共混,添加助流剂且对所述混合物进行共混,直到混合物自由流动为止。
当洗碗皂制剂呈片剂形式时,可使用任何合适的方法制备片剂。例如,可使用直接压缩或湿法制粒工艺制备片剂。对于此种应用,直接压缩是最优选的。用语直接压缩(或直接压制)用于定义在不采用湿法制粒工艺的情况下将片剂从粉末成分混合物直接压缩成坚固的压块的工艺。通过使用搅拌器(带式搅拌器、V型搅拌器、桨式搅拌器、鼓式混合)将粉末共混均匀。接着将粉末共混剂加入压片机的料斗中。当片剂被压缩并从压片机出来时,设定片剂的期望重量、压缩吨位及硬度。在一些实施例中,硬度大于5千帕。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括对洗碗皂制剂的第一组成分进行共混,添加第二组成分,以及对第一组成分与第二组成分进行共混。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括对皂制剂的第一组成分进行共混,添加第二组成分,对第一组成分与第二组成分进行共混,添加助流剂,以及对第一组成分及第二组成分与助流剂进行共混。
在一些实施例中,第一组成分包括填料及水软化剂,第二组成分包括表面活性剂、酶及水软化剂。
格式
例如,呈粉末形式的洗碗皂制剂可在水中以大于或等于1:1(w/w)、2:1(w/w)、3:1(w/w)、4:1(w/w)或5:1(w/w)的粉水比进行稀释,以在装运之前形成糊状物。使用所述糊状物的方法包括直接或者通过抹布或海绵将糊状物置于待清洁的表面上,浸泡过夜,且用水冲洗表面。
使用稳定的无水洗碗皂制剂的方法
一方面,本发明包括使用本文中所述的洗碗皂中的任一者的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)用水润湿海绵/抹布或餐具表面;(2)将洗碗皂置于海绵/抹布或餐具表面上;(3)用海绵擦洗餐具表面或使餐具浸泡(当洗碗皂直接置于餐具表面上时);以及(4)用水冲洗餐具。
为易于使用,可将呈粉末形式的洗碗皂置于便于分配洗碗皂的容器(例如盐瓶型、自动剂量器、粉末喷口或翻盖)中。
洗碗皂制剂可储存在任何合适的容器(例如但不限于塑料容器、玻璃容器、铝容器、陶瓷容器或丙烯酸容器)中。容器可包含干燥剂。容器可重复使用且根据需要重新装满洗碗皂。

本文中所述的洗碗皂制剂的清洁性能使用行业认可的方案进行测试(例如,CFT手洗涤餐具方法或在机械洗碗期间沉积在玻璃器皿上的标准测试方法)。本文中所述的洗碗皂制剂的清洁效率是优异的或令人满意的,且在斑点堆积、玻璃器皿上的膜和/或污垢去除方面与市场上的其他竞争对手相当。
Claims (41)
1.一种呈固体形式的稳定的无水洗碗皂制剂,包含表面活性剂及填料,其中所述洗碗皂制剂包含多于40重量%的固体并且实质上不含脂肪酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述固体形式是片剂、自由流动的粉末、晶体/珠粒、薄片、粉屑、挤出物、喷雾干燥剂或喷涂泡沫。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述洗碗皂呈自由流动的粉末形式。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,所述洗碗皂制剂能够适用于用手洗涤餐具。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述表面活性剂是阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子型表面活性剂或阳离子型表面活性剂。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述表面活性剂不是天然存在的。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述填料选自碳酸氢钠、葡萄糖酸钠、碳酸钠、淀粉、糖醇、葡萄糖、糊精、菊粉、硅酸钠、聚乙二醇、PVP、PVA及短梗霉聚糖。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述填料能够是碳酸氢钠和/或碳酸钠。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含多于45重量%、50重量%、55重量%、60重量%、65重量%、70重量%、75重量%、80重量%、85重量%、90重量%或95重量%的固体。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含50重量%、55重量%、60重量%、65重量%、70重量%、75重量%、80重量%、85重量%、90重量%、95重量%、96重量%、97重量%、98重量%、99重量%或100重量%的固体。
11.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,还包含液体成分载体或助流剂。
12.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,还包含水软化剂。
13.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,任选地还包含泡沫稳定剂。
14.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,还包含香料。
15.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,任选地还包含酶、益生菌、餐具干燥剂、粉末干燥剂、发泡剂或精油。
16.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含表面活性剂、填料、助流剂及水软化剂,其中所述洗碗皂制剂包含多于40重量%的固体并且实质上不含脂肪酸。
17.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述表面活性剂的量在1重量%到60重量%的范围内。
18.根据权利要求11至权利要求17中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述液体成分载体或助流剂的量在0.1重量%到1重量%的范围内。
19.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含两种或更多种阴离子型表面活性剂。
20.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,不包含二氧化硅。
21.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,所述洗碗皂制剂不含醇、不含乙二醇、不含甘油、不含硫酸钠并且/或者不含聚乙烯醇。
22.一种使用根据权利要求1至权利要求21中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂的方法,所述方法包括:(1)用水润湿海绵/抹布或餐具表面;(2)将洗碗皂置于所述海绵/抹布或所述餐具表面上;(3)用所述海绵擦洗所述餐具表面或使餐具浸泡(当所述洗碗皂直接置于所述餐具表面上时);以及(4)用水冲洗所述餐具。
23.一种使用根据权利要求1至权利要求21中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂的方法,所述方法包括:以大于或等于1:1(w/w)的皂水比在水中稀释所述洗碗皂制剂以形成糊状物;直接或者通过抹布或海绵将糊状物置于待清洁的表面上;浸泡过夜;以及用水冲洗所述表面。
24.根据权利要求1所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含非离子型表面活性剂、填料、水软化剂和酶。
25.根据权利要求24所述的洗碗皂制剂,所述洗碗皂制剂呈片剂形式。
26.根据权利要求24或权利要求25所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述非离子型表面活性剂包括月桂基葡萄糖苷及/或肉豆蔻基葡萄糖苷。
27.根据权利要求24至权利要求26中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,所述洗碗皂制剂用于洗碗机中。
28.根据权利要求24至权利要求27中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述制剂不含阴离子型表面活性剂、不含藻酸盐、不含醇、不含乙二醇、不含甘油、不含硫酸钠并且/或者不含聚乙烯醇。
29.根据权利要求24至权利要求28中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述非离子型表面活性剂以基于所述制剂的总重量的1重量%到4重量%的量存在。
30.根据权利要求24至权利要求29中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述填料以基于所述制剂的总重量的35重量%到50重量%的量存在。
31.根据权利要求24至权利要求29中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述水软化剂以基于所述制剂的总重量的25重量%到35重量%的量存在。
32.根据权利要求24至权利要求31中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述酶以基于所述制剂的总重量的1重量%到10重量%的量存在。
33.根据权利要求24至权利要求32中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述非离子型表面活性剂包括月桂基葡萄糖苷和/或肉豆蔻基葡萄糖苷。
34.根据权利要求24至权利要求33中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述填料包括碳酸钠。
35.根据权利要求24至权利要求34中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述水软化剂包括柠檬酸钠及/或柠檬酸。
36.根据权利要求24至权利要求35中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述酶包括蛋白酶及/或淀粉酶。
37.根据权利要求24至权利要求36中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,还包含能够增强抗菌活性的温和清洁剂及/或防成膜剂。
38.根据权利要求37所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中能够增强抗菌活性的所述温和清洁剂包括山梨坦辛酸脂。
39.根据权利要求37或权利要求38所述的洗碗皂制剂,其中所述防成膜剂包括羧甲基菊粉钠。
40.根据权利要求24至权利要求39中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂,包含50重量%、55重量%、60重量%、65重量%、70重量%、75重量%、80重量%、85重量%、90重量%、95重量%、96重量%、97重量%、98重量%、99重量%或100重量%的固体。
41.一种制备片剂的方法,所述方法包括将根据权利要求24至权利要求40中的任一项所述的洗碗皂制剂的成分均匀共混以形成混合物并压缩所述混合物以形成所述片剂。
