背景技术
在现有技术中已知包括用于处理熔化粘合剂的粘附剂涂覆辊的覆层机。借助于涂覆辊,将加热的粘性熔化粘合剂涂覆在板状工件的窄侧上,并且随后将覆层材料施加到设有粘附剂的窄侧上。
这种设备包括胶合剂容器,所述胶合剂容器例如经由预熔器供给有液态熔化粘合剂。替选地可行的是,将颗粒引导到胶合剂容器中,所述颗粒在胶合剂容器中借助于对应的加热装置加热。通常,配量滑块调节熔化粘合剂至涂覆辊的输送,使得可以将对应的量施加在工件的窄侧上。

然而,在具有其窄侧的覆层的工件的制造中的增加的变型多样性引起现有技术中已知的方法途径达到其极限。也存在如下问题:施加在涂覆辊上的应施加在依次输送的工件上的粘附剂可能会燃烧,然而如果不连续地执行粘附剂的转移,则所述粘附剂至少在机器的空转运行时被污染。因此,产生对应的清洁耗费。此外,尤其在覆层机的空转运行时或对于没有其他工件输送的情况,粘附剂暂时不从涂覆辊转移到工件上引起粘附剂的物理特性改变。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种粘附剂涂覆装置,所述粘附剂涂覆装置具有增加的灵活性,使得可以确保高质量的粘附剂涂覆。
权利要求1的主题提供对应的粘附剂涂覆装置。在从属权利要求中列出其他优选的实施方式。本发明还涉及一种具有粘附剂涂覆装置的覆层机。

第三实施方式的粘附剂涂覆装置尤其包括第一容器1-1'和第二容器1-2',要么所述第一容器和所述第二容器借助于液态粘附剂装填,要么将通过相应容器的(未示出的)加热装置加热从而转变成液态的颗粒引导到所述第一容器和所述第二容器中。容器1-1'、1-2'可以相同或不同地实施。
第一配量机构3-1'可移动地设置在第一容器1-1'处。对应地,第二配量机构3-2'以在高度上可移动的方式设置在第二容器1-2'处。关于其他元件和粘附剂涂覆在相应的密封件与底部元件之间的高度的设定,参照相对于第一实施方式和第二实施方式的阐述。
第一容器1-1'、第一配量机构3-1'和承载元件可以围绕第一枢转轴线P-1枢转,以便从运行状态转变到静止状态中(并且反之亦然)。对应地,第二容器1-2'、第二配量机构3-2'和承载元件可以围绕第二枢转轴线P-2枢转,以便从运行状态转变到静止状态中(并且反之亦然)。
在图7中,包括第二容器1-2'的系统处于运行状态中,使得在第二配量机构3-2'与涂覆辊2之间构成间隙S。包括第一容器1-1'的系统处于静止状态中,在所述静止状态中,第一配量机构3-1'定位成,使得第一配量机构3-1'的内侧贴靠在承载元件的内侧上,从而中断至涂覆辊2的粘附剂输送。

Claims (15)

1.一种粘附剂涂覆装置,包括:
涂覆辊(2),所述涂覆辊能够围绕轴线(A)旋转,
第一容器(1;1-1,1-2;1-1',1-2'),所述第一容器用于容纳粘附剂,
第一配量机构(3;3-1;3-1'),所述第一配量机构用于对要从所述第一容器(1;1-1,1-2;1-1',1-2')输送至所述涂覆辊(2)的粘附剂进行配量,
其中所述第一配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')设立用于,通过移动运动来改变所述涂覆辊(2)的对于所述粘附剂涂覆有效的部段并且使粘附剂输送停止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述第一配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')包括密封件(6),所述密封件与所述涂覆辊(2)部段地接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(2)从底部元件(5)延伸,其中所述涂覆辊(2)的有效的部段构成在所述底部元件(5)与所述密封件(6)之间。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,用于将所述粘附剂输送至所述涂覆辊的通道构成在所述第一配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')的侧部与承载件(4)的侧部之间,其中所述第一配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')的侧部和承载件(4)的侧部在横截面视图中观察时以相对于所述轴线(A)相同的角度倾斜。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')能够沿着线性引导部运动,其中优选地,所述线性引导部设置在所述容器(1;1-1,1-2;1-1',1-2')处。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述容器(1;1-1,1-2;1-1',1-2')能够与所述配量机构(3;3-1;3-1')一起相对于所述涂覆辊(2)运动,尤其垂直于所述涂覆辊的轴线(A)运动,和/或通过在垂直于所述轴线(A)的平面中的枢转运动来运动。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,还包括用于容纳粘附剂的第二容器(1-2;1-2')和用于对要从所述第二容器(1-2;1-2')输送至所述涂覆辊(2)的粘附剂进行配量的第二配量机构(3-2;3-2')。
8.根据权利要求7所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述第二容器(1-2;1-2')能够与所述配量机构(3-2;3-2')一起相对于所述涂覆辊(2)运动,尤其垂直于所述涂覆辊的轴线(A)运动,和/或通过在垂直于所述轴线(A)的平面中的枢转运动来运动。
9.根据权利要求7至8中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其特征在于,所述第一配量机构(3-1;3-1')设立用于,如果所述第二配量机构(3-2;3-2')已经使所述粘附剂输送停止,则通过移动运动限制所述涂覆辊(2)的对于所述粘附剂涂覆有效的部段。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置,其中所述粘附剂涂覆装置设立用于连续地或交替地运行所述涂覆辊(2)。
11.一种覆层机,包括根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置和用于将覆层材料、尤其条带状的覆层材料施加在工件、尤其工件的窄侧上的覆层装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的覆层机,还包括用于检测待覆层的工件的传感器,其中所述覆层机的控制装置设立用于在检测所述工件时旋转所述涂覆辊(2)。
13.一种方法、尤其利用根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的粘附剂涂覆装置的方法,所述方法具有如下步骤:
对要从第一容器(1;1-1,1-2;1-1',1-2')输送至涂覆辊(2)的粘附剂进行配量,其中在配量时,通过移动运动改变所述涂覆辊(2)的对于所述粘附剂涂覆有效的部段。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中在将所述粘附剂施加在工件上之后,将覆层材料施加到所述工件的设有所述粘附剂的一侧上,其中优选地是,所述覆层材料条带状地构成。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其中在将所述粘附剂施加在所述工件上之后,将第二粘附剂从第二容器输送至所述涂覆辊。
