Correspondingly, the network equipment receives a media data sending request sent by the media equipment; determining whether to allow the media data to be sent currently or not according to the media data sending request; and if the media data are allowed to be sent currently, sending a media data sending confirmation instruction to the media equipment, wherein the media data sending confirmation instruction is used for indicating that the media data are allowed to be sent currently. Correspondingly, after receiving the media data sending confirmation instruction sent by the network equipment, the media equipment sends the media data to the network equipment.
In some embodiments, a data transmission termination request may also be sent after the data transmission request is sent.
Specifically, the control device sends a data transmission termination request to the network device, where the data transmission termination request includes a data transmission termination condition. Correspondingly, the network device receives and forwards the data transmission termination request to the media device. Correspondingly, the media device receives the data transmission termination request and stops sending the media data to the network device according to the data transmission termination condition. When the data transmission termination condition is met, the media equipment stops data transmission and sends a data transmission termination prompt to the network equipment; accordingly, the network device receives and forwards a data transmission termination prompt to the control device to prompt the control device that the data transmission termination request has been responded to by the media device.
In some embodiments, after receiving the data transmission termination request, the network device may further determine whether media data in transmission indicated by the data transmission termination request currently exists according to the data transmission termination request; and if the media data in transmission exists, forwarding a data transmission termination request to the media equipment.
The network equipment determines whether the data transmission task exists currently according to the information in the data transmission termination request. If yes, continuing to execute; if not, the process may be ended directly after the feedback.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a data transmission method according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment includes:

1. A method of data transmission, comprising:
the control equipment determines a data transmission triggering condition;
the control equipment sends a data transmission request to network equipment so that the network equipment forwards the data transmission request to media equipment; the data transmission request comprises the data transmission triggering condition, and the data transmission triggering condition is used for enabling the media equipment to send media data to the network equipment according to the data transmission triggering condition after receiving the data transmission request.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the data transmission request is responded by the media equipment, the control equipment receives a data transmission prompt sent by the network equipment; the data transfer prompt is to indicate that the data transfer request is responded to by the media device.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the data transmission request further comprises: controlling the time length; the control time length is used for indicating the effective time length of the data transmission request, so that the media device sends media data to the network device according to the data transmission triggering condition within the control time length after receiving the data transmission request.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
the control equipment sends a data transmission termination request to the network equipment so that the network equipment forwards the data transmission termination request to the media equipment; the data transmission termination request comprises a data transmission termination condition, and the data transmission termination condition is used for enabling the media equipment to stop sending the media data to the network equipment according to the data transmission termination condition after receiving the data transmission termination request;
after the data transmission termination request is responded by the media equipment, the control equipment receives a data transmission termination prompt sent by the network equipment; the data transfer termination prompt is to indicate that the data transfer termination request is responded to by the media device.
5. A method of data transmission, comprising:

if the media data are allowed to be sent currently, sending a data transmission prompt to the control equipment; the data transfer prompt is to indicate that the data transfer request is responded to by the media device.
9. The method of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment receives a data transmission termination request, wherein the data transmission termination request comprises a data transmission termination condition;
the network equipment determines whether media data in transmission indicated by the data transmission termination request exists currently according to the data transmission termination request;
if the media data in transmission exists, forwarding the data transmission termination request to the media equipment, so that the media equipment stops sending the media data to network equipment according to the data transmission termination condition after receiving the data transmission termination request;
receiving a data transmission termination prompt sent by a media device, wherein the data transmission termination prompt is used for indicating that the media device stops sending the media data to a network device;
and forwarding the data transmission termination prompt to a control terminal.
10. A method of data transmission, comprising:
