Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention is provided with the monitoring server, two network cards are arranged in the monitoring server, one network card is used for connecting the Internet, and the other network card is used for connecting the video network. The supervision server interacts with the client in the Internet based on an Internet protocol, and the supervision server interacts with the terminal in the video network based on the video network protocol. The client may be control software, such as a Web end (Web end) of a PC (personal computer), an APP (application program) of a mobile terminal, and the like. The terminal can be a video networking terminal, such as a set-top box, a mobile phone, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a service processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown. The service processing method of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a supervision server.
The service processing method of the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:
step 101, in the process of performing video networking service by a first terminal and a second terminal, receiving a service modification request based on an internet protocol sent by a client, and analyzing to obtain service information carried by the service modification request.
When the first terminal and the second terminal carry out the video network service, the service type between the terminals is fixed. For example, in the video telephone service, the service types between two terminals are fixed as a bidirectional voice service and a bidirectional video service. In the live broadcasting process, the service types between the two terminals are fixed as a one-way voice service and a one-way video service, and the like. The embodiment of the invention can realize that the service type between the first terminal and the second terminal is modified according to the actual requirement in the process of carrying out the video networking service between the two terminals.
When the service type of the video networking service being performed by the first terminal and the second terminal needs to be modified, the user can set relevant parameters such as service information to be modified on the client. For example, the client may provide an input box, and the user may input the related parameters such as the service information to be modified in the input box, or the client may provide a selection item, and the user may select the related parameters such as the service information to be modified in the selection item.
After the user sets the relevant parameters, the client is triggered to generate a service modification request based on the Internet protocol, the service modification request can carry service information set by the user, and the client sends the service modification request to the supervision server. And after receiving the service modification request, the supervision server analyzes the service modification request to obtain the service information carried in the service modification request.
Step 102, determining a first service type corresponding to the first terminal and a second service type corresponding to the second terminal according to the service information.
Since the currently ongoing service of the video network is a service performed between the first terminal and the second terminal, the service information set by the user may include service information corresponding to the first terminal and the second terminal. The supervision server may determine, according to the service information, a first service type corresponding to the first terminal and a second service type corresponding to the second terminal.
And 103, generating a first service instruction carrying the first service type and a second service instruction carrying the second service type based on a video networking protocol.
The supervision server can generate a first service instruction carrying a first service type for the first terminal based on the video networking protocol. The first service instruction is used for indicating the first terminal to execute the service corresponding to the first service type.
The supervision server may generate, for the second terminal, a second service instruction carrying the second service type based on the video networking protocol. And the second service instruction is used for indicating the second terminal to execute the service corresponding to the second service type.
And 104, sending the first service instruction to the first terminal, and sending the second service instruction to the second terminal.
And the supervision server sends a first service instruction to the first terminal. After receiving the first service instruction, the first terminal analyzes the first service instruction to obtain a first service type carried in the first service instruction, and executes a service corresponding to the first service type.
And the supervision server sends a first person service instruction to the second terminal. And after receiving the second service instruction, the second terminal analyzes the second service instruction to obtain a second service type carried in the second service instruction, and executes a service corresponding to the second service type.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of performing the video networking service by the first terminal and the second terminal, the service information can be set through the client, the service information is transmitted to the supervision server, and the supervision server controls the first terminal and the second terminal to execute the corresponding service according to the service information, so that the services which are executed by the first terminal and the second terminal are modified in the process of performing the video networking service, and the service requirements are further met.
Example two
In the embodiment of the invention, the supervision server interacts with the client through the Internet, the supervision server interacts with the video network server through the video network, and the video network server interacts with the terminal in the video network through the video network.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a service processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The service processing method of the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:
step 201, pre-configuring a virtual terminal, and registering the virtual terminal in a video network server.
In the video network, various services in the video network are uniformly managed by a video network server. If the terminal is to be added into the video network, the terminal needs to be registered in the video network server. After the terminal is successfully registered, the video network server distributes information such as video network numbers and the like for the successfully registered terminal. In the video network, each terminal can be bound with a video network number, and the video network number is used as the unique identifier of the terminal in the video network. The terminal can transmit or receive data using the video networking number.
If the supervision server is to be added into the video network, the virtual terminal can be configured in the supervision server in advance, and the virtual terminal is registered in the video network server. And after the registration is successful, the video networking server allocates a video networking number for the virtual terminal.
The first terminal and the second terminal are registered in the video network server in advance. And after the registration is successful, the video networking server respectively allocates video networking numbers for the first terminal and the second terminal.
Step 202, receiving a terminal information obtaining request based on an internet protocol sent by a client, and returning a preset terminal identifier to the client.
When the ongoing video networking service modification of the first terminal and the second terminal is needed, the user can perform corresponding operation on the client so as to trigger the client to generate a terminal information acquisition request based on the internet protocol. For example, the client may provide a terminal information obtaining button, and a user may trigger the client to generate a terminal information obtaining request after clicking the terminal information obtaining button. The client sends the request for acquiring the terminal information to the supervision server through the Internet. Alternatively, the request for acquiring the terminal information may be a request in an HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) format.
The monitoring server presets information of terminals to be processed (for example, the terminals to be processed include a first terminal and a second terminal, etc.), the terminal information may include information such as a terminal identifier and a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the terminal, and the terminal information may be in the form of a list, etc. And after receiving the terminal information acquisition request, the supervision server returns the preset terminal identification to the client through the Internet.
Step 203, in the process of performing the video networking service by the first terminal and the second terminal, receiving a service modification request based on an internet protocol sent by the client, and analyzing to obtain service information carried by the service modification request.
And the client displays the received terminal identification. The user selects a first terminal identifier and a second terminal identifier which are carrying out video networking services from the terminal identifiers, sets service information to be modified by the first terminal and the second terminal, and triggers the client to generate a service modification request based on an internet protocol, wherein the service modification request carries the service information. Alternatively, the service modification request may be a request in HTTP format. And the client sends the service modification request to the supervision server. After receiving the service modification request, the supervision server analyzes the service modification request according to an internet protocol format (such as an HTTP format) to obtain service information carried in the service modification request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service information comprises voice service information and/or video service information. Wherein "and/or" means at least one of the two. Therefore, the service information may have the following three cases: the first is that the service information includes voice service information; the second is that the service information comprises video service information; the third is that the service information comprises voice service information and video service information.
Voice traffic can be classified into unidirectional voice traffic and bidirectional voice traffic. Therefore, the voice service information includes that the first terminal initiates unidirectional voice service information to the second terminal, or the second terminal initiates unidirectional voice service information to the first terminal, or the first terminal and the second terminal perform bidirectional voice service information.
For example, the one-way voice service information initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal may include a first terminal identifier, a second terminal identifier, a flag indicating that the first terminal is an initiator, a flag indicating that the second terminal is a receiver, and a one-way voice service type. The second terminal initiates the unidirectional voice service information to the first terminal, which may include the first terminal identifier, the second terminal identifier, the tag of the first terminal as the receiving party, the tag of the second terminal as the initiating party, and the unidirectional voice service type. The information of the bidirectional voice service performed by the first terminal and the second terminal may include a first terminal identifier, a second terminal identifier and a bidirectional voice service type.
Video services can be divided into unidirectional video services and bidirectional video services. Therefore, the video service information includes information that the first terminal initiates a one-way video service to the second terminal, or information that the second terminal initiates a one-way video service to the first terminal, or information that the first terminal and the second terminal perform a two-way video service.
For example, the one-way video service information initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal may include a first terminal identifier, a second terminal identifier, a flag indicating that the first terminal is an initiator, a flag indicating that the second terminal is a receiver, and a one-way video service type. The second terminal initiates the unidirectional video service information to the first terminal, which may include the first terminal identifier, the second terminal identifier, a flag of the first terminal as a receiver, a flag of the second terminal as an initiator, and a unidirectional video service type. The information of the bidirectional video service performed by the first terminal and the second terminal may include a first terminal identifier, a second terminal identifier and a bidirectional video service type.
Step 204, determining a first service type corresponding to the first terminal and a second service type corresponding to the second terminal according to the service information.
And the supervision server respectively determines a first service type corresponding to the first terminal and a second service type corresponding to the second terminal according to the service information.
In an alternative embodiment, step 204 may comprise:
a1, for the voice service information included in the service information, when the voice service information includes unidirectional voice service information initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal, determining that the first service type is to send audio to the second terminal, and the second service type is to receive the audio sent by the first terminal; when the voice service information comprises unidirectional voice service information initiated by the second terminal to the first terminal, determining that the first service type is to receive audio sent by the second terminal, and the second service type is to send audio to the first terminal; when the voice service information comprises bidirectional voice service information carried out by the first terminal and the second terminal, determining that the first service type is to send audio to the second terminal and receive the audio sent by the second terminal, and the second service type is to send the audio to the first terminal and receive the audio sent by the first terminal;
a2, for video service information included in the service information, when the video service information includes unidirectional video service information initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal, determining that the first service type is to send a video to the second terminal, and the second service type is to receive the video sent by the first terminal; when the video service information comprises unidirectional video service information initiated by the second terminal to the first terminal, determining that the first service type is to receive a video sent by the second terminal, and the second service type is to send a video to the first terminal; when the video service information comprises bidirectional video service information carried out by the first terminal and the second terminal, determining that the first service type is to send a video to the second terminal and receive the video sent by the second terminal, and the second service type is to send the video to the first terminal and receive the video sent by the first terminal.
According to the actual situation of the service information, if the service information includes the voice service information, in step 204, the above-mentioned a1 is executed; if the service information includes video service information, in step 204, the above-mentioned a2 is executed; if the service information includes voice service information and video service information, the above-described a1 and a2 are performed when step 204 is performed.
Step 205, generating a first service instruction carrying the first service type and a second service instruction carrying the second service type based on a video networking protocol.
For the first terminal, the supervision server generates a first service instruction based on the video networking protocol. In the implementation, the monitoring server packages the first terminal identifier and the first service type based on the video networking protocol to obtain a first service instruction. Certainly, the first service instruction may also carry information such as a MAC address (source MAC address) of the virtual terminal, a MAC address (destination MAC address) of the first terminal, and a virtual terminal identifier. The first terminal identification may be a video networking number of the first terminal, and the virtual terminal identification may be a video networking number of the virtual terminal. The first service instruction is used for indicating the first terminal to execute the service corresponding to the first service type.
And aiming at the second terminal, the supervision server generates a second service instruction based on the video networking protocol. In the implementation, the monitoring server encapsulates the second terminal identifier and the second service type based on the video networking protocol to obtain a second service instruction. Certainly, the second service instruction may also carry information such as a MAC address (source MAC address) of the virtual terminal, a MAC address (destination MAC address) of the second terminal, and a virtual terminal identifier. The second terminal identification may be the video networking number of the first terminal. And the second service instruction is used for indicating the second terminal to execute the service corresponding to the second service type.
Step 206, sending the first service instruction to the first terminal, and sending the second service instruction to the second terminal.
And the supervision server sends the first service instruction to the first terminal. And the supervision server sends the first service instruction to the video network server through the virtual terminal. After receiving the first service instruction, the video network server analyzes the first terminal identifier to know that the first service instruction is to be sent to the first terminal, so that the video network server forwards the first service instruction to the first terminal according to the first terminal identifier. After receiving the first service instruction, the first terminal analyzes the first service instruction to obtain a first service type, and the first terminal starts to execute a service corresponding to the first service type. It should be noted that, the first terminal may suspend the currently ongoing service, and then start to execute the service corresponding to the first service type.
And the supervision server sends the second service instruction to the second terminal. And the supervision server sends the second service instruction to the video network server through the virtual terminal. After receiving the second service instruction, the video network server analyzes the second terminal identifier to know that the second service instruction is to be sent to the second terminal, so that the video network server forwards the second service instruction to the second terminal according to the second terminal identifier. And after receiving the second service instruction, the second terminal analyzes the second service instruction to obtain a second service type, and the second terminal starts to execute the service corresponding to the second service type. It should be noted that the second terminal may suspend the currently ongoing service first, and then start to execute the service corresponding to the second service type.
The embodiment of the invention can realize the modification of the video networking service in the process of carrying out the video networking service by the first terminal and the second terminal.

As shown in fig. 3, the client is communicatively connected to a local area network router via the internet, the local area network router is communicatively connected to a supervision server (which may also be referred to as an offsite supervision server) via the internet, the supervision server is communicatively connected to a video networking server (which may also be referred to as a video networking core exchange server) via the video networking, and the video networking server is communicatively connected to the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 via the video networking, respectively. The terminal 1 and the terminal 2 in fig. 3 may represent the above-described first terminal and second terminal.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of device interaction according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the supervision server configures the relevant information of the terminal 1 and the terminal 2, and sets an originating service interface, a unidirectional voice interface, a bidirectional voice interface, a unidirectional video interface, and a bidirectional video interface. The supervision server can interact with the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 in two directions, and the supervision server can interact with the client in two directions.
With reference to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the service processing procedure of the embodiment of the present invention may include:
1. and configuring a virtual terminal on the supervision server, and setting terminal information of the terminal 1 and the terminal 2, wherein the terminal information comprises an identifier which can be a video networking number.
2. The client sends a request for acquiring the terminal information to the monitoring server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, an interface (not shown in fig. 4) for acquiring the terminal information of the monitoring server is called, and the monitoring server returns the terminal information to the client through the local area network router.
3. The client sends a service initiating request to the monitoring server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, and an interface for initiating the service of the monitoring server is called. The supervision server parses the originating service request by the HTTP protocol and instructs the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 to execute the originating service via the video network server based on the video network protocol. The service initiated here is a service initially executed by the terminal 1 and the terminal 2, that is, a video network service indicating that the first terminal and the second terminal are in progress.
4. The client sends a service modification request carrying service information to the monitoring server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, the service modification request carrying the service information is sent by the terminal 2 to the terminal 1, and a one-way video interface of the monitoring server is called.
5. The supervision service analyzes the service modification request through the HTTP protocol, determines that the terminal 1 receives the video sent by the terminal 2, and the terminal 2 sends the video to the terminal 1. And the supervision server re-encapsulates the video-based networking protocol to obtain a first service instruction carrying the video with the first service type sent by the receiving terminal 2 and a second service instruction carrying the video with the second service type sent to the terminal 1. The supervision server sends the first service instruction to the terminal 1 and the second service instruction to the terminal 2 through the virtual terminal and the video network server.
6. And the terminal 1 receives the first service instruction, executes the received video and decodes and displays the video. And the terminal 2 receives the second service instruction, executes the collected video and sends the video to the terminal 1. The terminals 1 and 2 may also suspend the currently ongoing service (i.e., the initially performed service).
7. The client sends a service modification request carrying service information for carrying bidirectional voice service information of the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 to the supervision server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, and calls a bidirectional voice interface of the supervision server.
8. The supervision service parses the service modification request through the HTTP protocol, determines that the terminal 1 transmits audio to the terminal 2, and the terminal 1 receives the audio transmitted by the terminal 2, and the terminal 2 transmits audio to the terminal 1, and the terminal 2 receives the audio transmitted by the terminal 1. And the supervision server re-encapsulates the video networking protocol to obtain a first service instruction carrying the first service type to send the audio to the terminal 2 and receive the audio sent by the terminal 2, and a second service instruction carrying the second service type to send the audio to the terminal 1 and receive the audio sent by the terminal 1. The supervision server sends the first service instruction to the terminal 1 and the second service instruction to the terminal 2 through the virtual terminal and the video network server.
9. And the terminal 1 receives the first service instruction, executes and collects the audio and sends the audio to the terminal 2, and receives the network audio sent by the terminal 2 and decodes and plays the network audio. And the terminal 2 receives the second service instruction, executes and collects the audio and sends the audio to the terminal 1, and receives the network audio sent by the terminal 1 and decodes and plays the network audio. The terminal 1 and the terminal 2 may also suspend the currently ongoing service (i.e. the one-way video service initiated by the terminal 2 to the terminal 1 after the last service modification).
10. The client sends a service recovery request carrying the information that the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 stop the bidirectional voice service to the monitoring server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, and calls a bidirectional voice stopping interface of the monitoring server.
11. The supervision service parses the traffic resume request by the HTTP protocol, determining that terminal 1 stops transmitting audio to terminal 2 and terminal 1 stops receiving audio transmitted by terminal 2, terminal 2 stops transmitting audio to terminal 1 and terminal 2 stops receiving audio transmitted by terminal 1. And the supervision server re-encapsulates the audio data based on the video networking protocol to obtain a first stop instruction carrying the first stop service type to stop sending the audio to the terminal 2 and stop receiving the audio sent by the terminal 2, and a second stop instruction carrying the second stop service type to stop sending the audio to the terminal 1 and stop receiving the audio sent by the terminal 1. The supervision server sends a first stop instruction to the terminal 1 and a second stop instruction to the terminal 2 through the virtual terminal via the video network server.
12. And the terminal 1 receives the first stop instruction, stops acquiring the audio and sending the audio to the terminal 2, and stops receiving the network audio sent by the terminal 2. And the terminal 2 receives the second stop instruction, stops acquiring the audio and sending the audio to the terminal 1, and stops receiving the network audio sent by the terminal 1. Terminal 1 and terminal 2 may also resume the originally performed service.
13. The client sends a service stopping request to the supervision server through the local area network router in an HTTP request mode, and a service stopping interface of the supervision server is called. The supervision server parses the stop service request by the HTTP protocol and instructs terminals 1 and 2 via the video network server to stop the initially initiated service based on the video network protocol. The service stopped here is a service initially performed by the terminal 1 and the terminal 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first modification to the unidirectional video service and the second modification to the bidirectional voice service are taken as examples for description, and the processing procedure for modifying to other types of services may be referred to and executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ongoing video networking services of the two terminals can be modified through the monitoring server, the dependence on the control of the terminals through a remote controller is avoided, and the separation of personnel and machines is not limited. And when two terminals are in the process of video networking service, if voice or video in a certain direction is no longer needed, the voice or video in the direction can be stopped, so that the flow is saved. For example, when polling and calling a picture acquired by a terminal, when finding a problem picture, a terminal with a problem needs to be connected to carry out voice, and field personnel are instructed to carry out operation. In this scenario, it is not necessary that each communication is a two-way voice communication, and an operator of the monitoring server may decide whether to modify the communication to a one-way voice communication.
