Claims (10)

1. A hotel check-in method of team meeting personnel is applied to a hotel end, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a team meeting creating request to generate corresponding digital bar code information;
setting a click window, and matching the bar code information based on hotel room information to manage the window;
and acquiring the information of the personnel in the team meeting and registering, storing and visually displaying the information.
2. The hotel stay method for team meeting personnel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the team meeting creation request to generate the corresponding digital barcode information specifically comprises:
acquiring an input team meeting code to determine a code type, wherein the code type comprises two types, the type I represents a team personnel type, and the type II represents a meeting personnel type;
acquiring the distributed room information, room types and the number of arranged rooms of the current hotel, and storing the input names of the teams and/or the meetings and the custom codes after the code types are identified;
and identifying the number of staff in the team meeting, and generating the digital bar code information according to the name and the custom code of the team and/or the meeting, wherein the custom code is the number of staff in the same row.
3. The hotel stay-in method for team conference personnel as claimed in claim 2, wherein the setting of the click window matches the barcode information based on hotel room information to manage the window specifically is:
a plurality of windows are arranged, including a passenger code scanning window and a bar code detail window, wherein,
generating a corresponding universal code based on the digitized barcode information for display in the passenger code scanning window;
and acquiring a mode, time and room condition for displaying in the bar code detail window, wherein the mode and the time can be edited according to the content input by the user.
4. The hotel stay method of team meeting personnel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the window further comprises a barcode management window, wherein the team meeting stay registration information within a preset time threshold range is obtained to be displayed in the barcode management window.

A hotel check-in system of team meeting personnel is applied to a hotel end, wherein the system comprises a first memory and a first processor, the first memory comprises a hotel check-in method program of the team meeting personnel, and the hotel check-in method program of the team meeting personnel realizes the following steps when being executed by the first processor:
acquiring a team meeting creating request to generate corresponding digital bar code information;
setting a click window, and matching the bar code information based on hotel room information to manage the window;
and acquiring the information of the personnel in the team meeting and registering, storing and visually displaying the information.

A computer-readable storage medium, for a hotel end, wherein the computer-readable storage medium comprises a hotel check-in method program for a team meeting person, and when the hotel check-in method program for the team meeting person is executed by a processor, the method of implementing the hotel check-in method for the team meeting person as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 is implemented.
7. A hotel check-in method for team conference personnel is applied to a client, and comprises the following steps:
scanning a team code provided by a hotel foreground and/or a meeting group to acquire check-in information of the current equipment;
acquiring and visually displaying a check-in code of each team conference staff and attribute information of the check-in code based on the check-in information;
and setting a click window, and managing the window based on the check-in code and the attribute information.
8. The hotel check-in method of team meeting personnel as claimed in claim 7, wherein the setting of the click window, the management of the window based on the check-in code and the attribute information, specifically:
setting a plurality of said windows, including refreshing a barcode window and adding to a home window, wherein,
refreshing the check-in code in real time to display in the refreshed bar code window;
and after the window added to the home page is clicked, displaying the currently selected check-in code on the home page.

A hotel check-in system for team conference personnel, which is applied to a client, wherein the system comprises a second memory and a second processor, the second memory comprises a hotel check-in method program for the team conference personnel, and the hotel check-in method program for the team conference personnel realizes the following steps when being executed by the second processor:
scanning a team code provided by a hotel foreground and/or a meeting group to acquire check-in information of the current equipment;
acquiring and visually displaying a check-in code of each team conference staff and attribute information of the check-in code based on the check-in information;
and setting a click window, and managing the window based on the check-in code and the attribute information.

A computer-readable storage medium, for a client, wherein the computer-readable storage medium comprises a program of a hotel stay method for a team conference staff, and when the program of the hotel stay method for the team conference staff is executed by a processor, the method of the hotel stay method for the team conference staff as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 8 is implemented.
