When the visitor system generates an access control card number, an access control card number is generated for each visitor corresponding to the access information, and if one reservation number corresponds to a plurality of visitors, one reservation number can correspond to a plurality of access control card numbers; if one reservation number corresponds to one visitor, one reservation number can correspond to one access control card number.
In step 404, the visitor system correspondingly stores the access information and the generated appointment code, and stores the corresponding relationship between the generated appointment code and the access control card number.
A specific application embodiment is described below to describe the visitor reception method according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the method of the embodiment is mainly applied to a visitor reception system shown in fig. 6, where the system includes a registration terminal, at least one self-service terminal (one is illustrated in fig. 6), a visitor system, at least one barrier (one is illustrated in fig. 6), and an access control system, where:
the registration terminal is a terminal arranged in the enterprise network, is mainly used by enterprise staff, and is used for receiving the input access information and sending the access information to the visitor system.
The self-service terminal is a terminal deployed at an entrance of an enterprise office area, is mainly used by the visitor, and is used for receiving the input reservation code, sending the input reservation code to the visitor system for validity verification, receiving the input visitor registration information and sending the visitor registration information to the visitor system for recording; and when receiving visitor reception information sent by the visitor system, displaying the visitor reception information.
The visitor system is a background system deployed in the enterprise network and used for verifying the validity of the input reservation code, receiving visitor registration information sent by the self-service terminal if the verification is passed, recording use information of the input reservation code used by a visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information, and then sending visitor reception information to the self-service terminal.
The barrier gate is a device deployed at an entrance of an enterprise office area, is mainly used for limiting personnel from entering the enterprise office area, and mainly comprises a barrier gate, a processing module, a storage module and a scanning area, wherein the processing module can acquire scanning codes obtained by scanning from the scanning area, analyzes the scanning codes to obtain access control card numbers, and then determines whether to open the barrier gate according to the access control card numbers.
The access control system is used for managing the authority of each barrier to the access control card number stored in the respective memory module.
The visitor reception method of the embodiment includes the following parts, and the flowchart is shown in fig. 7 and includes:
(1) storage of access information
In step 501, the employee of the enterprise may input access information through a user interface displayed by the registration terminal, which may include access time, information of the visitor (including the name and phone number of the visitor), information of the accessed department and the accessed employee, and the like.
The registration terminal can be a user interface provided by the visitor system for logging in the visitor system, so that when an enterprise employee inputs an employee identifier at the registration terminal and logs in the visitor system through the employee identifier, the visitor system can identify the identity of the employee according to the employee identifier and a preset employee database and position the current specific office position of the employee, such as a certain floor office area of a certain building in a certain city.
In another case, the information of the visited department and the visited employee included in the above-mentioned visiting information may be automatically recognized by the visitor system without the employee of the enterprise manually entering the user interface displayed in the check-in terminal.
Step 502, the registration terminal may send the input access information to the visitor system, the visitor system generates a corresponding reservation code, and generates an access control card number for each visitor, and correspondingly stores the received access information, the generated reservation code, and the access control card number.
One reservation code can correspond to a plurality of visitors, thereby corresponding to a plurality of access control card numbers. If one reservation code only corresponds to one visitor, the reservation code can be used as the access control card number.
Step 503, the visitor system sends the generated reservation code to the mobile phone of each visitor in the form of short message according to the mobile phone number of the visitor in the access information.
The specific content can be as follows: zhang Sanyou good visitor welcome you to visit company A in a certain time period on a certain day of a certain month, your visiting appointment code is '123456', please pay attention to the storage and self-help registration with the self-service terminal of visiting floor with the ID card currently in the building B, congratulate you remaining happy!
In step 504, the visitor system sends the registration information to the access control system for storage, where the registration information may include an access control card number, a reservation code, and access time in the access information, an accessed department, and other information.
In step 505, the access control system sends the access control card number to the gate at the entrance of the office area of the accessed department before the access time is reached.
Specifically, the access control system issues the access control card number corresponding to the access information with the access time on the same day to the corresponding barrier, and then deletes the access control card number issued to the barrier when the day is finished.
(2) Self-service registration after visitor arrival
Step 506, after the visitor arrives, the self-service terminal at the entrance of the office area is operated to enable the self-service terminal to display an input interface, the visitor obtains the appointment code before inputting the appointment code on the input interface, and the self-service terminal sends the input appointment code to the visitor system.
In step 507, the visitor system verifies the validity of the input reservation code and sends a verification result (i.e. information indicating whether the verification is passed) to the self-service terminal.
When verifying the validity of the entered subscription code, the guest system may perform verification by the method described in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
Step 508, the self-service terminal receives the verification result, if the verification fails, the self-service terminal will prompt the user to re-input the appointment code; if the verification information is passed, the self-service terminal can start a scanning module of the self-service terminal, and the self-service terminal can also display a first input box for inputting another visitor registration information (such as a mobile phone number).
Therefore, the self-service terminal can scan the visitor identity card information through the scanning module and send the visitor identity card information to the visitor system.
If the visitor selects another visitor registration information to register the visitor, the mobile phone number of the visitor is input from the first input box, so that the self-service terminal can send the input mobile phone number to a visitor system, and the visitor system can send the generated temporary verification code to a mobile phone of the visitor; and the self-service terminal displays a second input box, receives the input verification code from the second input box, sends the input verification code to the visitor system, matches the temporary verification code with the input verification code by the visitor system, and takes the visitor's mobile phone number input from the first input box as visitor registration information if the temporary verification code is matched with the input verification code.
In step 509, after the visitor system receives the visitor registration message, the use information, including the use time and the use flag, of the visitor corresponding to the visitor registration message of the reservation code input in step 506 is recorded.
The subscription code is valid for a period of time, such as half an hour, after the subscription code is used by the first guest.
And step 510, the visitor system generates visitor reception information, sends the visitor reception information to the self-service terminal, displays the visitor reception information by the self-service terminal, and then prints a visitor reception card according to the visitor reception information or sends the visitor reception information to user equipment of the visitor.
The visitor reception information includes the access information and the scan code corresponding to the input reservation code in step 506, the scan code corresponds to the visitor one-to-one, and may be generated according to the entrance guard card number of the visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information, and when the scan code is analyzed, the corresponding entrance guard card number may be obtained, which may be a two-dimensional code in this embodiment.
Specifically, the visitor system can match the visitor information included in the access information according to the visitor registration information, then obtain the access control card number corresponding to the matched visitor, and generate the scanning code according to the access control card number.
As shown in fig. 8, a visitor's reception card printed by the kiosk may include a two-dimensional code, a visited building (building B), a visit time, a visitor's name, an identification number, and a visited department.
In step 511, the visitor system obtains the mobile phone number of the visited user according to the information of the visited user in the access information, and sends a notification message that the visitor has arrived to the mobile phone of the visited user.
Specifically, the following may be transmitted: "Zhang San (telephone: 12345678912) you reserved has done good visiting procedure at a certain floor of building B at a certain time of a certain day of a certain month, please make a reception job, congratulate your life pleasure! "
And step 512, the visitor system can also access the visitor mobile phone into the wireless local area network according to the visitor mobile phone number and can also send a notice to the visitor mobile phone.
Specifically, the following may be transmitted: "welcome to a business, you can log in as a password with the reservation code 123456 when TC enjoys a free wireless network, wish you live pleasantly! "
(3) The visitor accesses the visited department through the visitor's reception card, and the flowchart is shown in fig. 9 and includes:
step 601, the visitor holds the visitor reception card, and the scanning code of the visitor reception card is aligned to the scanning area of the barrier gate.
Step 602, a processing module of the barrier gate acquires a scanned code obtained by scanning from a scanning area, analyzes the scanned code to obtain an access control card number, and opens the gate if the access control card number is stored in a storage module of the barrier gate, so that a visitor can access the office area of an accessed department through the barrier gate; and if the access control card number is not stored in the storage module of the barrier gate, carrying out error prompt.
Step 603, if the gate is opened, the processing module sends the access control card number to the access control system, and the access control system records the information that the access control card number is used for the first time.
And step 604, when the visitor finishes visiting, aligning the scanning code of the visitor reception card to the scanning area of the barrier gate again, acquiring the scanning code obtained by scanning from the scanning area again by the processing module of the barrier gate, and analyzing the scanning code to obtain the access control card number. The processing module sends the access control card number to an access control system, and the access control system removes the authority of the access control card number in the barrier, namely deletes the access control card number in the storage module of the barrier.
It is understood that in the present steps 601 to 604, the visitor holds the visitor registration card to access the visited department through the gateway of the visited department, and in other embodiments, if the self-service terminal sends the visitor's reception information to the user equipment of the visitor in the above step 510, the visitor may scan the scanning area of the gateway corresponding to the scanning code in the visitor's reception information displayed by the user equipment to pass through the gateway.
The visitor reception method in the above embodiment can achieve the following effects:
(1) the labor cost is saved: self-service terminal is deployed at the entrance of enterprise's office area, and when visitor's visit like this, can handle visitor's registration by oneself at self-service terminal, no longer need proscenium personnel to intervene, saved manpower resources. And the access information is stored in the visitor system in advance through the registration terminal, so that the enterprise staff can receive according to the scheduled time, and the uncertainty of the time arrangement of the reception staff when the visitor suddenly visits can be reduced.
(2) Efficiency of visiting is promoted: the telephone communication time between the foreground personnel and the enterprise visited personnel is saved, the time for the foreground personnel to input the visitor information on site is saved, and the visitor registration speed is greatly improved.
(3) The safety is improved: because self-service terminal self-service machine visitor registration is adopted, the access control system can strictly monitor the access gate authority to the access control card number, can well track visitor visiting behaviors, and avoid behaviors bringing safety risks to companies.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a self-service terminal, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 10, and the self-service terminal specifically includes:
a reservation code unit 10 for acquiring the input reservation code and transmitting the input reservation code to the guest system for validity verification.
A registration unit 11 for acquiring visitor registration information if the visitor system verifies the validity of the inputted reservation code transmitted from the reservation code unit 10, and transmitting the visitor registration information to the visitor system for recording. Specifically, if the registration unit 11 receives information that the validity verification of the above-mentioned inputted reservation code transmitted by the guest system passes, guest registration information is acquired.
An information receiving unit 12, configured to receive visitor reception information sent by the visitor system, where the visitor reception information includes: access information and a scan code corresponding to the input reservation code transmitted by the reservation code unit 10. The access information may include access time, information of an accessed department and a visitor, and the like.
And the information processing unit 13 is used for displaying the visitor reception information received by the information receiving unit 12, so that the self-service terminal can print the visitor reception information according to the visitor reception information, or the self-service terminal can send the visitor reception information, wherein the scanning codes correspond to the visitors one to one, and the barrier gate is used for determining whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning codes.
Specifically, the information processing unit 13 may also display a selection button for processing the visitor reception information, such as a button for printing the above-described visitor reception information, or a button for transmitting the visitor reception information, etc., when displaying the visitor reception information. When the user selects a button for sending visitor reception information, the information processing unit 13 may also send the visitor reception information to a device corresponding to the input user identifier (such as a micro signal, a mobile phone number, a mailbox number, or the like); when the user selects the button for printing the visitor's reception information, the information processing unit 13 may also print the visitor's reception information according to the visitor's reception information.
Further, the self-service terminal may further comprise a scanning unit 14, which is mainly configured to scan identification card information, in one case, the registration unit 11 is specifically configured to turn on the scanning unit 14, and use the visitor identification card information scanned by the scanning unit 14 as the visitor registration information.
In another case, the registering unit 11 is specifically configured to display a first input box; receiving an input user identifier from the first input box, sending the input user identifier to the visitor system so that the visitor system generates a temporary verification code, and sending the temporary verification code to user equipment corresponding to the input user identifier; displaying a second input box; receiving an input verification code from the second input box, and transmitting the input verification code to the guest system so that the guest system matches the input verification code with the temporary verification code; if the verification codes sent by the visitor system are not matched, displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input a user identifier again; and if the information that the verification codes sent by the visitor system are matched is received, the input user identification is used as the visitor registration information.
It can be seen that, in the self-service terminal of this embodiment, through communication with the visitor system, visitor registration information can be sent to the visitor system by the registration unit 11, then the information processing unit 13 can automatically print the visitor reception information or send the visitor reception information after displaying the visitor reception information sent by the visitor system, and when the visitor aligns a scanning code included in the visitor reception information with a scanning area of the barrier gate, the barrier gate automatically determines whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning code. Therefore, when the visitor arrives, the visitor registration work can be completed by self, the cost of registering the visitor by foreground personnel in the visitor reception process is saved, and the safety problem caused by manual participation is avoided.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a guest system, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 11, and the guest system may specifically include:
a reservation code receiving unit 20 for receiving an input reservation code transmitted from the self-service terminal;
and the verification unit 21 is configured to verify the validity of the input reservation code received by the reservation code receiving unit 20, and return a verification result to the self-service terminal.
The verifying unit 21 is specifically configured to determine whether all of the following conditions are satisfied, if yes, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be passed, and if any one of the following conditions is not satisfied, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be failed:
the visitor system stores the input reservation code; the current time does not exceed the access time in the access information corresponding to the input reservation code;
if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has one visitor, the input reservation code is not used by any visitor, if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has a plurality of visitors, the time interval between the use time of the input reservation code used by the first visitor and the current time does not exceed the preset time period, or the use frequency of the input reservation code used by the visitor does not reach the number of visitors corresponding to the input reservation code.
A recording unit 22, configured to receive the visitor registration information sent by the self-service terminal if the verification of the verification unit 21 is passed, and record usage information of the inputted reservation code used by a visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information;
an information sending unit 23, configured to send visitor reception information to the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal displays the visitor reception information, where the visitor reception information includes: the reservation code receiving unit 20 receives access information corresponding to the inputted reservation code and a scan code corresponding to the visitor one to one.
It can be seen that, in the visitor system of this embodiment, through the communication with the self-service terminal, the information sending unit 23 of the visitor system sends the visitor reception information to the self-service terminal after the recording unit 22 records the visitor reception information, the self-service terminal displays the visitor reception information, and when the visitor aligns the scanning code included in the visitor reception information with the scanning area of the barrier gate, the barrier gate automatically determines whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning code. Therefore, when the visitor arrives, the visitor registration work can be completed by self, the cost of registering the visitor by foreground personnel in the visitor reception process is saved, and the safety problem caused by manual participation is avoided.
Referring to fig. 12, in a specific embodiment, the guest system may include, in addition to the structure shown in fig. 11, an access receiving unit 24, a generation transmitting unit 25, a storage unit 26, a notification unit 27, and an access unit 28, specifically:
an access receiving unit 24, configured to receive access information sent by a registration terminal, where the access information includes a first user identifier of a visitor;
a generating and sending unit 25, configured to generate a reservation code corresponding to the access information, and send the reservation code to a user equipment corresponding to a first user identifier of a visitor in the access information received by the access receiving unit 24;
a storage unit 26, configured to correspondingly store the access information received by the access receiving unit 24 and the reservation code generated by the generation and transmission unit 25. The above-mentioned information sending unit 23 thus sends the access information stored in the storage unit 26 to the self-service terminal including the visitor reception information.
Further, the generating and sending unit 25 is further configured to generate an access control card number, and send the access control card number to an access control system, so that the access control system sends the access control card number corresponding to the access information to a barrier gate of the accessed department for storage before the access time is reached; in this way, the storage unit 26 is further configured to store a corresponding relationship between the reservation code generated by the generation and transmission unit 25 and the access card number. Wherein, one visitor corresponds to one access control card number.
A notification unit 27, configured to, if the access information received by the access receiving unit 24 includes information of an accessed user, obtain a second subscriber identity of the accessed user according to the information of the accessed user, and send a notification message that a visitor has arrived to a user equipment of the second subscriber identity.
An accessing unit 28, configured to access, according to a first subscriber identity of a visitor in the access information received by the access receiving unit 24, a user equipment corresponding to the first subscriber identity to a wireless local area network.
The present invention further provides a terminal device, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 13, where the terminal device may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 30 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 31, and one or more storage media 32 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing applications 321 or data 322. The memory 31 and the storage medium 32 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 32 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations for the terminal device. Still further, the central processor 30 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 32 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 32 on the terminal device.
Specifically, the application 321 stored in the storage medium 32 includes an application for guest reception, and the program may include the reservation code unit 10, the registration unit 11, the information receiving unit 12, and the information processing unit 13 in the self-service terminal described above, which will not be described in detail herein. Further, the central processor 30 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 32, and perform a series of operations corresponding to the application program that the visitor has received stored in the storage medium 32 on the terminal device.
The terminal equipment may also include one or more power supplies 33, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 34, one or more input-output interfaces 35, and/or one or more operating systems 323, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and the like. The input/output interface 35 may include the scanning unit 14 in the self-service terminal.
The steps performed by the self-service terminal in the above-described method embodiment may be based on the structure of the terminal device shown in fig. 13.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, which may have a schematic structural diagram of the terminal device as shown in fig. 13, except that an application program stored in a storage medium of the server in this embodiment includes an application program for a visitor to receive, and the application program may include a reservation code receiving unit 20, a verification unit 21, a recording unit 22, an information sending unit 23, an access receiving unit 24, a generation sending unit 25, a storage unit 26, a notification unit 27, and an access unit 28 in the visitor system, which are not described herein again. Further, the central processor may be configured to communicate with the storage medium, and execute a series of operations corresponding to the guest-hosted application stored in the storage medium on the server.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a visitor reception system, a schematic structural diagram of which may be as shown in fig. 1, including: the system comprises a visitor system, at least one self-service terminal and at least one barrier gate;
the self-service terminal may be configured as the self-service terminal shown in fig. 10 or the terminal device shown in fig. 13, and the guest system may be configured as the guest system shown in fig. 11 or fig. 12; and the barrier gate is used for acquiring the scanning code and determining whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning code.
Further, the guest hospitalization system may further include a registration terminal for storing the inputted access information into the guest system.
Further, a barrier gate in the visitor reception system comprises a scanning area, a processing module, a storage module and a barrier gate, wherein the processing module is used for acquiring the scanning code from the scanning area, analyzing the scanning code to obtain an access control card number, and if the access control card number is stored in the storage module, opening the barrier gate; and if the access control card number is not stored in the storage module, carrying out error prompt. The access control card number corresponds to the visitor one by one.
Furthermore, the visitor reception system can also comprise an access control system; the processing module in the gate is also used for sending the access control card number to an access control system if the gate is opened; when the access control card number is obtained through analysis according to the scanning code obtained from the scanning area again, the access control card number is sent to the access control system; and the access control system is used for recording the first use information of the access control card number when receiving the access control card number sent by the processing module for the first time, and removing the permission of the barrier gate on the access control card number when receiving the access control card number sent by the processing module for the second time.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (16)

1. A visitor reception method is applied to a self-service terminal and comprises the following steps:
the self-service terminal acquires an input appointment code and sends the input appointment code to the visitor system for validity verification; the reservation code is generated when an enterprise user logs in a visitor system through a user identifier at a registration terminal, and the visitor system identifies the information of an accessed user according to the user identifier and a preset user database and registers the access information;
if the verification is passed, the self-service terminal receives visitor registration information input by a user and sends the visitor registration information to the visitor system for recording so as to record the use information of the reservation code used by a visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information; the visitor registration information comprises user identification or identity card information of the visitor;
the self-service terminal receives visitor reception information sent by the visitor system, wherein the visitor reception information comprises: access information and a scan code corresponding to the input reservation code;
the self-service terminal displays the visitor reception information so that the self-service terminal can print the visitor reception information according to the visitor reception information, or so that the self-service terminal can send the visitor reception information, wherein the scanning codes correspond to visitors one to one and are used for a barrier gate to determine whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning codes and the access control card number stored in the barrier gate, the access control card number stored in the barrier gate is used for generating the reservation codes and simultaneously generating and sending the reservation codes to the barrier gate when the visitor system registers access information in advance.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the self-service terminal obtains visitor registration information and sends the visitor registration information to the visitor system for recording, specifically comprising:
the self-service terminal displays a first input box;
the self-service terminal receives an input user identification from the first input box, sends the input user identification to the visitor system, so that the visitor system generates a temporary verification code and sends the temporary verification code to user equipment corresponding to the input user identification;
the self-service terminal displays a second input box;
the self-service terminal receives an input verification code from the second input box and sends the input verification code to the visitor system, so that the visitor system can match the input verification code with the temporary verification code;
if the self-service terminal receives the information that the verification codes sent by the visitor system are not matched, displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user to input the user identification again; and if the self-service terminal receives the information matched with the verification code sent by the visitor system, taking the input user identification as the visitor registration information.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the barrier comprises a scan area, a processing module, a storage module, and a barrier gate, the method further comprising:
the processing module acquires the scanning code from the scanning area;
the processing module analyzes the scanning code to obtain an entrance guard card number, and if the entrance guard card number is stored in the storage module, the gate is opened; and if the access control card number is not stored in the storage module, carrying out error prompt, wherein the access control card number corresponds to the visitor one to one.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if the gate is opened, the processing module sends the access control card number to an access control system so that the access control system can record the first use information of the access control card number;
and when the processing module of the barrier gate analyzes the scanning code obtained according to the scanning area again to obtain the access control card number, the access control card number is sent to the access control system, so that the access control system can relieve the access control system of the barrier gate from the access control card number.
5. A visitor reception method is applied to a visitor system, and comprises the following steps:
the visitor system receives an input appointment code sent by the self-service terminal; the reservation code is generated when an enterprise user logs in a visitor system through a user identifier at a registration terminal, and the visitor system identifies the information of an accessed user according to the user identifier and a preset user database and registers the access information;
the visitor system verifies the validity of the input appointment code and returns a verification result to the self-service terminal;
if the verification is passed, the visitor system receives visitor registration information sent by the self-service terminal and records the use information of the input reservation code used by the visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information; the visitor registration information is input into the self-service terminal by a user and comprises user identification or identity card information of the visitor;
the visitor system sends visitor reception information to the self-service terminal so that the self-service terminal prints the visitor reception information according to the visitor reception information or sends the visitor reception information, wherein the visitor reception information comprises: the access information and the scanning code that the reservation code of input corresponds, the scanning code and visitor one-to-one for the banister is according to the scanning code with the entrance guard card number that stores in the banister confirms whether open the gate, the entrance guard card number that stores in the banister is when visitor system registers access information in advance, visitor system generates and sends the banister when generating the reservation code.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to the guest system verifying the validity of the entered reservation code, the method further comprises:
the visitor system receives access information sent by a registration terminal, wherein the access information comprises a first user identifier of a visitor;
the visitor system generates a reservation code corresponding to the access information and sends the reservation code to user equipment corresponding to a first user identification of the visitor;
the visitor system correspondingly stores the access information and the generated reservation code;
the access information comprises access time and an accessed department, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the visitor system generates an access control card number and sends the access control card number to an access control system, so that the access control system sends the access control card number corresponding to the access information to a barrier gate of the accessed department for storage before the access time is reached; wherein, one visitor corresponds to one access control card number;
and the visitor system stores the corresponding relation between the generated reservation code and the access control card number.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the verifying the validity of the entered subscription code by the guest system comprises:
the visitor system judges whether all the following conditions are met, if yes, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be passed, and if any one of the conditions is not met, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be failed:
the visitor system stores the input reservation code; the current time does not exceed the access time in the access information corresponding to the input reservation code;
if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has one visitor, the input reservation code is not used by any visitor, if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has a plurality of visitors, the time interval between the use time of the input reservation code used by the first visitor and the current time does not exceed the preset time period, or the use frequency of the input reservation code used by the visitor does not reach the number of visitors corresponding to the input reservation code.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the access information includes information of an accessed user, the method further comprising:
the visitor system acquires a second user identifier of the visited user according to the information of the visited user, and sends a notification message that a visitor arrives to user equipment of the second user identifier;
the access system accesses user equipment corresponding to a first user identification to a wireless local area network according to the first user identification of a visitor.
9. A self-service terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a reservation code unit, a visitor system and a communication unit, wherein the reservation code unit is used for acquiring an input reservation code and sending the input reservation code to the visitor system for validity verification; the reservation code is generated when an enterprise user logs in a visitor system through a user identifier at a registration terminal, and the visitor system identifies the information of an accessed user according to the user identifier and a preset user database and registers the access information;
the registration unit is used for receiving visitor registration information input by a user if the verification is passed, and sending the visitor registration information to the visitor system for recording so as to record the use information of the reservation code used by a visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information; the visitor registration information comprises user identification or identity card information of the visitor;
the visitor reception information receiving unit is used for receiving the visitor reception information sent by the visitor system, and the visitor reception information comprises: access information and a scan code corresponding to the input reservation code;
the information processing unit is used for displaying the visitor reception information so that the self-service terminal can print the visitor reception information according to the visitor reception information or send the visitor reception information, wherein the scanning codes correspond to the visitors one by one and are used for a barrier gate to determine whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning codes and the access control card number stored in the barrier gate, and the access control card number stored in the barrier gate is used for generating the reservation codes and simultaneously generating and sending the reservation codes to the barrier gate when the visitor system registers the access information in advance.

the reservation code receiving unit is used for receiving the input reservation code sent by the self-service terminal; the reservation code is generated when an enterprise user logs in a visitor system through a user identifier at a registration terminal, and the visitor system identifies the information of an accessed user according to the user identifier and a preset user database and registers the access information;
the verification unit is used for verifying the validity of the input appointment code and returning a verification result to the self-service terminal;
the recording unit is used for receiving the visitor registration information sent by the self-service terminal and recording the use information of the input reservation code used by the visitor corresponding to the visitor registration information if the verification is passed; the visitor registration information is input into the self-service terminal by a user and comprises user identification or identity card information of the visitor;
an information sending unit, configured to send visitor reception information to the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal displays the visitor reception information, where the visitor reception information includes: the system comprises an input reservation code, access information and a scanning code corresponding to the input reservation code, wherein the scanning code corresponds to a visitor one by one and is used for a barrier gate to determine whether to open a gate according to the scanning code and an access control card number stored in the barrier gate, and the access control card number stored in the barrier gate is generated and sent to the barrier gate when the visitor system registers the access information in advance; and the same reservation code corresponds to a plurality of visitors, and each visitor corresponds to one access control card number.
12. The guest system of claim 11, further comprising:
the access receiving unit is used for receiving access information sent by the registration terminal, wherein the access information comprises a first user identifier of a visitor;
a generation and transmission unit, configured to generate a reservation code corresponding to the access information, and transmit the reservation code to a user equipment corresponding to a first user identifier of the visitor;
the storage unit is used for correspondingly storing the access information and the generated reservation code;
the generation and transmission unit is also used for generating an access control card number and transmitting the access control card number to an access control system, so that the access control system transmits the access control card number corresponding to the access information to a barrier gate of the accessed department for storage before the access time is reached; wherein, one visitor corresponds to one access control card number;
the storage unit is further configured to store a corresponding relationship between the generated reservation code and the access control card number.

the verification unit is specifically configured to determine whether all of the following conditions are satisfied, if so, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be passed, and if any one of the following conditions is not satisfied, the validity of the input reservation code is verified to be failed:
the visitor system stores the input reservation code; the current time does not exceed the access time in the access information corresponding to the input reservation code;
if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has one visitor, the input reservation code is not used by any visitor, if the visitor corresponding to the input reservation code has a plurality of visitors, the time interval between the use time of the input reservation code used by the first visitor and the current time does not exceed the preset time period, or the use frequency of the input reservation code used by the visitor does not reach the number of visitors corresponding to the input reservation code.
14. The guest system of claim 12, further comprising:
a notification unit, configured to, if the access information includes information of an accessed user, obtain a second user identifier of the accessed user according to the information of the accessed user, and send a notification message that a visitor has arrived to user equipment of the second user identifier;
the access unit is used for accessing the user equipment corresponding to the first user identification into a wireless local area network according to the first user identification of the visitor.
15. A visitor hospitalization system, comprising: the system comprises a visitor system, at least one self-service terminal and at least one barrier gate;
the kiosk is a kiosk as claimed in claim 9 or 10, the guest system is a guest system as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 14;
and the barrier gate is used for acquiring the scanning code and determining whether to open the barrier gate according to the scanning code.

the processing module is also used for sending the access control card number to an access control system if the gate is opened; when the access control card number is obtained through analysis according to the scanning code obtained from the scanning area again, the access control card number is sent to the access control system;
