The visitor system is a background system deployed in an enterprise network and used for receiving first state information of the output access control card sent by the self-service terminal, recording the first state information, and sending first notification information to the access control system if the user is determined not to return the access control card within the output validity period according to first time information in the first state information so that the access control system can limit the authority of the access control card at an access point.
The entrance guard point is equipment arranged at an entrance of an enterprise office area, is mainly used for limiting personnel to enter the enterprise office area and mainly comprises an access door, a processing module, a storage module and a sensing area, wherein the processing module can determine whether to open the access door according to identification information of an entrance guard card identified from the sensing area.
The access control system is used for opening or limiting the permission of each access control point to the access control card.
The method for managing the access card of the embodiment includes the following parts, and the flow charts are shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, and include the following steps:
(1) storage of access card information
In step 301, the employee of the enterprise may input information of the access card (such as the number of the access card) and information of the corresponding access point through the user interface displayed by the access registration terminal.
The entrance guard registration terminal can be a user interface provided by the entrance guard system and used for logging in the entrance guard system, so that when enterprise employees input employee identifiers at the entrance guard registration terminal, the enterprise employees log in the entrance guard system through the employee identifiers.
In step 302, the access registration terminal may send the information (such as the number of the access card) of the access card and the information of the corresponding access point, which are input by the user, to the access control system for storage.
And 303, the access control system issues the identification information of the access control cards to corresponding access control points for storage, and the access control system opens the permission of the access control cards at the access control points, wherein the access control cards are authorized access control cards.
Meanwhile, the enterprise staff can place the access control cards in the self-service terminal.
(2) User borrows entrance guard card through self-service terminal

And 305, verifying the user identity verification information by the visitor system and returning a verification result to the self-service terminal.
When the visitor system carries out verification, whether the user identity verification information is matched with the enterprise user information stored in the visitor system or not can be determined, and if the user identity verification information is not matched with the enterprise user information, the verification is failed; if the number of the applications for the access card by the user is not in the blacklist, the visitor system further needs to verify whether the user is in the blacklist or not, whether the frequency of the application for the access card by the user exceeds a preset frequency or not (for example, the number of the applications for each user per month does not exceed 8 times), and if the user is not in the blacklist and the frequency of the application for the access card by the user does not exceed the preset frequency, the verification is passed.
And step 306, if the returned verification result is information that the verification is passed, the self-service terminal outputs an access control card through the input/output port, and the self-service terminal sends the first state information of the input access control card to the visitor system for storage, wherein the first state information comprises the identification information of the output access control card, the marking information of the first state and the first time information when the access control card enters the first state. If the returned verification result is the information that the verification fails, user prompt can be carried out at the self-service terminal to prompt that the user identity verification fails.
Further, the guest system may also perform step 307 as follows.
And 307, the visitor system acquires the user identifier of the user applying for the access control card, and sends a first user notification to the user equipment corresponding to the user identifier so as to notify the user that the access control card is successfully applied.

step 309, the visitor system sends a first notification message to the access control system, where the first notification message is used to notify the access control system to limit the right of the access control card corresponding to the information acquired in step 308 at the access control point, and the access control system sends a deletion instruction to the corresponding access control point according to the first notification message, so that the access control point deletes the information of the corresponding access control card, and thus, the restriction of the right of the access control card at the access control point can be realized.
In step 310, the guest system may further send a second user notification to the user device corresponding to the user identifier of the user who applied for the access card obtained in step 308, so as to notify the user that the access card exceeds the validity period.

(3) User access control card
A user holds an access card and aligns the access card to an induction area of an access point, so that the induction area can identify the identification information of the access card, a processing module of the access point can determine whether the storage module stores the identification information of the access card, and if so, a passage door is opened; and if not, performing error prompt.
Further, the processing module of the access point may periodically upload the access records of each access card in the access point to the access system.
(4) As shown in FIG. 6, the user returns the access card through the self-service terminal
Step 401, a user puts an access control card to be returned into an input/output port of a self-service terminal, and the self-service terminal can recognize identification information of the access control card.
Step 402, the user operates the self-service terminal, so that the self-service terminal receives an instruction of returning the access card, and the self-service terminal puts the access card into a recycling slot inside the self-service terminal and sends second state information of the access card to the visitor system for storage, wherein the second state information includes the identification information of the access card identified in the step 401, the marking information of the second state, and second time information when the access card enters the second state.
In step 403, the guest system receives the second status information and stores the second status information. If the visitor system determines that the access control card enters the second state within the non-output validity period according to the first time information and the second time information of the access control card, the visitor system also sends second notification information to the access control system so as to open the authority of the access control card at an access point through the access control system.
In step 404, the visitor system further obtains the user identifier of the user applying for the access card, and sends a third user notification to the user device corresponding to the user identifier to notify the user that the access card is returned.

Step 405, the visitor system may periodically call an interface of the access control system, and obtain access records of each access point from the access control system, where the access records of any access point may include access information of a plurality of access cards at the corresponding access point.
And 406, when the visitor system determines that the access of a certain access control card to the corresponding access control point is abnormal according to the access record of each access control point, the visitor system may send third notification information to the access control system to notify the access control system to limit the authority of the access control card to the corresponding access control point.
The access control card management method in the embodiment can achieve the following effects:
(1) the safety of enterprises is improved. The access control system registers information of all access control cards, monitors access records of all the access control cards at access control points, and limits the authority of abnormal access control cards; meanwhile, the visitor system can regularly detect overdue unreturned access cards and disable the authority of the overdue access cards through communication with the access control system in time, so that the security risk caused by loss of the access cards or malicious copying is reduced to the maximum extent.
(2) And the system reliability is improved. The access control card is issued to each access control point when the access control card is registered or returned, so that the access control system has enough time to process and issue the appointments, and the condition that the access control point cannot be accessed after the access control card is lent is avoided.
(3) Human intervention and errors are reduced. The visitor system communicates with the access control system, all operations related to the access control card authority are automatically controlled by the visitor system according to a set strategy, and the access control system opens or limits the authority of the access control card. The registration information of the access control card is also synchronously sent to the visitor system by the access control system, so that an administrator does not need to register in the visitor system, and the human intervention and the error are reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a guest system, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 7, and the guest system may specifically include:
the information receiving unit 10 is configured to receive first state information of an access control card sent by a self-service terminal, where the first state information includes mark information of a first state and first time information of the access control card entering the first state, the first state is an output state, and the access control card is an authorized access control card;
a recording unit 11 for recording the first status information received by the information receiving unit 10;
and a notification sending unit 12, configured to send first notification information to the access control system when determining that the flag information of the second state of the access control card is not received within the output validity period of the access control card according to the first time information recorded by the recording unit 11, so that the access control system limits the right of the access control card at an access point according to the first notification information, where the second state is a retraction state.
Further, the information receiving unit 10 of this embodiment is further configured to receive second state information of the access control card sent by the self-service terminal, where the second state information includes tag information of the second state and second time information when the access control card enters the second state; the recording unit 11 is further configured to record the second status information received by the information receiving unit 10.
In this case, the notification sending unit 12 is further configured to determine that the access control card enters the second state within the non-output validity period according to the first time information and the second time information recorded by the recording unit 11, and send second notification information to the access control system, so that the access control system opens the right of the access control card at an access point according to the second notification information.
It can be seen that, in the visitor system of this embodiment, the notification sending unit 12 automatically determines, according to the first state information of the access card sent by the self-service terminal, whether the user returns the access card within a specified time (i.e., an output validity period) after the self-service terminal outputs the access card to the user, and if not, the notification sending unit 12 may notify the access system to limit the authority of the access point on the access card. Therefore, the restriction on the entrance guard card which is not returned after overdue can be realized through the communication between the visitor system and the entrance guard system, so that the user can be prompted to return the entrance guard card as soon as possible, the cost of manual management in the entrance guard card management process is saved, and the safety problem caused by manual participation is avoided.
Referring to fig. 8, in a specific embodiment, the guest system may include a user authentication unit 13, a synchronization unit 14, and a record receiving unit 15 in addition to the structure shown in fig. 7, wherein:
the user authentication unit 13 is configured to receive user authentication information input by a user and sent by the self-service terminal, authenticate the user authentication information input by the user, and return an authentication result to the self-service terminal; the information receiving unit 10 is specifically configured to perform the step of receiving the first status information if the authentication result received by the user authentication unit 13 is information that is authenticated.
The synchronization unit 14 is configured to receive synchronization information sent by the access control system, and store the synchronization information, where the synchronization information includes: identification information of authorized access cards.
The record receiving unit 15 is configured to receive an access record of an access point sent by an access control system, where the access record includes access information of a plurality of access points; in this way, the notification sending unit 12 is further configured to send third notification information to the access control system when determining that the access of a certain access control card in the plurality of access control cards at the access control point is abnormal according to the access information of the plurality of access control cards received by the recording receiving unit 15, so that the access control system limits the permission of the certain access control card at the access control point according to the third notification information.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a self-service terminal, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 9, and the self-service terminal specifically includes:
the verification sending unit 20 is configured to obtain user authentication information input by a user, and send the user authentication information input by the user to a guest system for verification;
an output unit 21, configured to output an authorized access card if the visitor system passes the verification of the user authentication information sent by the verification sending unit 20;
a status sending unit 22, configured to send first status information of the access card output by the output unit 21 to a visitor system, where the first status information includes: the method comprises the steps of outputting marking information of a first state of the access control card and first time information of the access control card entering the first state, wherein the first state is an output state, so that the visitor system can determine whether the access control card is in an output validity period according to the first time information.
Further, self-service terminal still includes entrance guard's card and retrieves interface 23 and recognition cell 24, wherein:
the identification unit 24 is configured to identify the information of the access card acquired from the access card recycling interface 23; the status sending unit 22 is further configured to send second status information of the access card identified by the identifying unit 24 to the visitor system, where the second status information includes flag information of a second status and second time information of the identified access card entering the second status, so that the visitor system determines whether the access card enters the second status within the output validity period according to the first time information and the second time information corresponding to the identified access card, and the second status is a recovery status.
It can be seen that, in the self-service terminal of this embodiment, after the output unit 21 outputs the access card, the status sending unit 22 may actively report the first status information of the access card to the visitor system, and the visitor system determines whether the user returns the access card within a specified time (i.e., the output validity period) according to the first status information of the access card, and if not, the visitor system may notify the access system to limit the right of the access point to the access card. Therefore, the user can apply for a temporary employee card (namely an authorized entrance guard card) by self through the self-service terminal and report the information of the output entrance guard card, so that the visitor system can automatically monitor and limit the use of the output entrance guard card through communication with the entrance guard system, the user is prompted to return the entrance guard card as soon as possible, the cost of manual management in the entrance guard card management process is saved, and the safety problem caused by manual participation is avoided.
The present invention further provides a server, which is schematically shown in fig. 10, and the server may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 30 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 31, and one or more storage media 32 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing applications 321 or data 322. The memory 31 and the storage medium 32 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 32 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations for the server. Still further, the central processor 30 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 32 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 32 on a server.
Specifically, the application 321 stored in the storage medium 32 includes an application for managing an access card, and the application may include the information receiving unit 10, the recording unit 11, the notification sending unit 12, the user authentication unit 13, the synchronization unit 14, and the recording receiving unit 15 in the guest system, which will not be described herein again. Further, the central processor 30 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 32, and execute a series of operations corresponding to the application program for managing the access card stored in the storage medium 32 on the server.
The server may also include one or more power supplies 33, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 34, one or more input-output interfaces 35, and/or one or more operating systems 323, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and so forth.
The steps performed by the guest system in the above-described method embodiments may be based on the structure of the server shown in fig. 10.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, which may have a schematic structural diagram of the server shown in fig. 10, except that an application program stored in a storage medium of the terminal device in this embodiment includes an application program for issuing an access control card, and the application program may include a verification sending unit 20, an output unit 21, a status sending unit 22, and an identification unit 24 in the self-service terminal, and an input/output interface of the terminal device further includes an access control card recovery interface 23 in the self-service terminal, which is not described herein again. Further, the central processor may be configured to communicate with the storage medium, and execute a series of operations corresponding to the application program issued by the access control card stored in the storage medium on the terminal device.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an access card management system, a schematic structural diagram of which may be as shown in fig. 1, including: the system comprises a visitor system, at least one self-service terminal and an access control system;
the self-service terminal may be configured as the self-service terminal shown in fig. 9, and the guest system may be configured as the guest system shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8, or as the server shown in fig. 10;
and the access control system is used for receiving the first notification information sent by the visitor system and limiting the permission of the access control card at an access point according to the first notification information.
Further, the access control card management system may further include: and the access registration terminal is used for storing the information of the access card input by the user into the access system.

when the visitor system determines that the marking information of the second state of the access control card is not received within the output validity period of the access control card according to the recorded first time information, the visitor system sends first notification information to the access control system so that the access control system limits the authority of the access control card at an access point according to the first notification information, and the second state is a withdrawing state;
work as when self-service terminal has the newly-increased entrance guard card entrance guard system authorizes behind the newly-increased entrance guard card, visitor's system receives the synchronizing information that entrance guard system sent, stores synchronizing information, including in the synchronizing information: identification information of authorized access cards;
when the self-service terminal returns the access control card, the access control card enters a withdrawing state, the visitor system determines that the access control card enters the second state within the non-output validity period according to the recorded first time information and second time information of the withdrawing state of the access control card, and sends second notification information to the access control system, so that the access control system opens the authority of the access control card at an access control point according to the second notification information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the visitor system receives second state information of the access control card sent by the self-service terminal, wherein the second state information comprises mark information of the second state and second time information of the access control card entering the second state;
the guest system records the second state information.
3. The method of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein before the guest system receives the first status information of the access card sent by the self-service terminal, the method further comprises:
the visitor system receives user identity authentication information input by a user and sent by the self-service terminal, verifies the user identity authentication information input by the user and returns a verification result to the self-service terminal;
and if the verification result is the information passing the verification, the guest system executes the step of receiving the first state information.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 2, further comprising:
the visitor system receives an access record of an access point sent by the access control system, wherein the access record comprises access information of a plurality of access cards at the access point;
and the visitor system determines that the access of a certain access card in the plurality of access cards to the access point is abnormal according to the access information of the plurality of access cards to the access point, and sends third notification information to the access system so that the access system limits the authority of the certain access card to the access point according to the third notification information.
5. An access control card issuing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the self-service terminal acquires user identity authentication information input by a user and sends the user identity authentication information input by the user to a visitor system for authentication;

the notification sending unit is further configured to, when the access card is returned through the self-service terminal, enable the access card to enter a returning state, determine that the access card enters the second state within a non-output validity period according to the recorded first time information and second time information, and send second notification information to the access control system, so that the access control system opens the authority of the access card at an access point according to the second notification information.

the information receiving unit is further configured to receive second state information of the access control card sent by the self-service terminal, where the second state information includes tag information of the second state and second time information when the access control card enters the second state;
the recording unit is further configured to record the second state information.
