技术领域
本发明涉及精细高分子材料领域,特别是涉及一种胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的水性聚氨酯鞋用胶粘剂主要是用己二酸和1,4丁二醇类聚酯多元醇和HDI、IPDI反应,同时加入DMPA、DMBA羧酸盐或AAS磺酸盐亲水扩链剂用丙酮法合成所得。而己二酸和1,4丁二醇类聚酯多元醇的耐热性和耐水解性能都较差,因此导致制备得到的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂耐水解性能一般,达不到军鞋和汽车内饰的要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种胶粘剂,该胶粘剂具有优异的耐水解性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种胶粘剂,该胶粘剂包括以下重量份比的原料:

所述多元醇包括以下重量份比的原料:
聚碳酸酯多元醇 30份-40份
二聚酸聚酯多元醇 25份-35份;
所述第二扩链剂包括以下重量份比的原料:
醇类扩链剂 2份-4份
胺类扩链剂 0.5份-1.5份。
采用多元醇中耐水解性、耐热性都较好的聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇,和聚天门冬氨酸酯、二异氰酸酯反应,使合成得到的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂具备较好的耐水解性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇和聚天门冬氨酸酯按照重量比为1:1:0.18-0.22配合。
采用上述重量比的聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇和聚天门冬氨酸酯,具有优异的粘接强度,耐高低温,抗水解性能优势。

本发明还提供了所述胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇、聚天门冬氨酸酯、二异氰酸酯、醇类扩链剂,混合,升温至95-100℃,反应2.5-3.5小时,加入丙酮,降温,当温度降至45℃时,加入第一扩链剂,反应0.5-1.5小时,加水,搅拌至乳化,加入胺类扩链剂,减压蒸馏脱除丙酮,加入固化剂,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的胶粘剂及其制备方法,该胶粘剂具有优异的耐水解性能,采用所述胶粘剂粘附的材料,在7天剥离试验中能承受的最大剥离力为107.17N,在14天剥离试验中能承受的最大剥离力为94.40N,可见该胶粘剂具有较好的耐水解性能,在高湿度、高温度的环境下,仍能保持较好的粘合力,使粘合在一起的材料不易剥离开来。

实施例1
一种胶粘剂,通过以下方法制备得到。
1、按以下重量份数称取各原料,备用。
聚碳酸酯二醇30-35份、二聚酸聚酯多元醇30份、聚天门冬氨酸酯6份、PDI 8份、TMXDI8份、乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠2份、乙二羟基乙磺酸盐2份、TMPD 1.5份、CHDM 1.5份、IPDA1份、潜伏型异氰酸酯固化剂2.5份和碳化二亚胺抗水解剂2.5份。
2、配制方法。
所述胶粘剂的制备方法为:在配有机械搅拌器、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入聚碳酸酯二醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇、聚天门冬氨酸酯、PDI、TMXDI、TMPD、CHDM,升温至95-100℃,反应3小时后加入丙酮稀释,降温。当温度降至45℃时,加入乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠、乙二羟基乙磺酸盐水溶液,反应1小时,加入去离子水并强烈搅拌至乳化,然后加入IPDA。减压蒸馏脱除丙酮得到水性聚氨酯乳液,再加入潜伏型固化剂和碳化二亚胺抗水解剂混合均匀,即得水性聚氨酯粘合剂。
对比例1
一种胶粘剂,通过以下方法制备得到。
1、按以下重量份比称取各原料,备用。
聚碳酸酯二醇60份、聚天门冬氨酸酯6份、PDI 8份、TMXDI 8份、乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠2份、乙二羟基乙磺酸盐2份、TMPD 1.5份、CHDM 1.5份、IPDA 1份、潜伏型异氰酸酯固化剂2.5份和碳化二亚胺抗水解剂2.5份。
2、配制方法。

所述胶粘剂的制备方法为:在配有机械搅拌器、温度计的三口烧瓶中加入聚酯多元醇、HDI、IPDI,升温至95-100℃,反应3小时后加入丙酮稀释,降温。当温度降至45℃时,加入乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠水溶液,反应1小时,加入去离子水并强烈搅拌至乳化,然后加入IPDA。减压蒸馏脱除丙酮得到聚氨酯乳液,再加入潜伏型固化剂和碳化二亚胺抗水解剂混合均匀,即得聚氨酯粘合剂。
实验例
检测胶粘剂的耐水解性。
因为目前暂无标准来验证胶粘剂的耐水解性,故本实验例中按照行业内通行参考Adidas GE-08恒温恒湿测试水解方式进行,剥离强度依据标准:GB/T532-2008。
1、制备试样。
将橡胶制备成长100mm±2mm,宽25mm±0.5mm的尺寸,若表面存在碎屑,需通过打磨将碎屑彻底清除,即得试样。
2、试样粘结。
将实施例1、对比例1-3的胶粘剂均匀涂刷在步骤1得到的试样的两面,刷胶要均匀,不要堆胶欠胶,涂刷次数1次;将刷好胶后的试样放入70±5℃干燥箱中干燥5-10分钟;然后相互贴合,贴合过程中注意防止错位和夹带起泡,均匀施加20MPa的压力,保持8s。
3、试样放置
将步骤2得到的粘结后的试样在温度25±1℃,相对湿度50%±5%条件下,放置24小时;然后放入70℃、95%RH水解试验箱中分别放置7天、14天。
4、剥离测试。
(1)将步骤3得到的放置了7天的试样,在温度25±1℃,相对湿度50%±5%条件下,放置24小时,测试剥离强度,所述测试剥离强度的方法为:手工剥离长约30mm的一层胶;将试样两端固定在拉力机的夹持器中,剥离角为180°,启动拉力机连续剥离至少70mm;测试速度:50mm/min±5mm/mi;记录试样剥离或破坏情况。
(2)将步骤3得到的放置了14天的试样,在温度25±1℃,相对湿度50%±5%条件下,放置24小时,测试剥离强度,所述测试剥离强度的方法为:手工剥离长约30mm的一层胶;将试样两端固定在拉力机的夹持器中,剥离角为180°,启动拉力机连续剥离至少70mm;测试速度:50mm/min±5mm/mi;记录试样剥离或破坏情况。
5、剥离测试结果。
(1)步骤3中得到的放置了7天的试样的剥离测试结果,如图1和下表所示,图1为截取实施例1、对比例1-3中反应各自最大剥离力的剥离力测试结果后组合的示意图。

(2)步骤3中得到的放置了14天的试样的剥离测试结果如图2和下表所示,图2为截取实施例1、对比例1-3中反应各自最大剥离力的剥离力测试结果后组合的示意图。

(3)步骤3中得到的放置了7天、14天的试样的剥离强度和剥离状态如下表所示,其中R-表示破坏发生在胶层;T-表示破坏发生在织物内部;RA-表示剥离发生胶层与胶粘剂之间;AT-表示剥离发生在胶粘剂与织物之间;RB-表示破坏发生在两层织物间的粘合层内。

结果显示:实施例1得到的胶粘剂和对比例1-3相比,具有优异的耐水解性,在7天剥离试验中能承受的最大剥离力为107.17N,能承受的剥离强度为34.4N/cm,在14天剥离试验中能承受的最大剥离力为94.40N,能承受的剥离强度为25.07N/cm,可见该胶粘剂具有较好的耐水解性能,在高湿度、高温度的环境下,仍能保持较好的粘合力,使粘合在一起的材料不易剥离开来。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份比的原料:

所述多元醇包括以下重量份比的原料:
聚碳酸酯多元醇 30份-40份
二聚酸聚酯多元醇 25份-35份;
所述第二扩链剂包括以下重量份比的原料:
醇类扩链剂 2份-4份
胺类扩链剂 0.5份-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇和聚天门冬氨酸酯按照重量比为1:1:0.18-0.22配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯多元醇包括聚碳酸酯二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯包括以下原料中的至少一项:PDI、TMXDI、IPDI。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯包括以下重量份比的原料:
PDI 5份-10份
TMXDI 5份-10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述醇类扩链剂包括以下重量份比的原料:
TMPD 1份-2份
CHDM 1份-2份;
所述胺类扩链剂为IPDA。
7.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述第一扩链剂包括以下原料中的至少一项:乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠、乙二羟基乙磺酸盐;所述固化剂包括以下原料中的至少一项:潜伏型异氰酸酯固化剂、碳化二亚胺抗水解剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述第一扩链剂包括以下重量份比的原料:
乙二胺基乙基磺酸钠 1份-3份
乙二羟基乙磺酸盐 1份-3份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述固化剂包括以下重量份比的原料:
潜伏型异氰酸酯固化剂 1.5份-3.5份
碳化二亚胺抗水解剂 1.5份-3.5份。
10.权利要求1-9中任一项所述的胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:称取聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚酸聚酯多元醇、聚天门冬氨酸酯、二异氰酸酯、醇类扩链剂,混合,升温至95-100℃,反应2.5-3.5小时,加入丙酮,降温,当温度降至45℃时,加入第一扩链剂,反应0.5-1.5小时,加水,搅拌至乳化,加入胺类扩链剂,减压蒸馏脱除丙酮,加入固化剂,即得。
