本发明提供一种纺纱用自络设备,主要涉及纺纱设备领域。一种纺纱用自络设备,包括底板,所述底板顶面开设矩形凹槽,所述矩形凹槽内转动安装数个均匀分布的链轮,所述矩形凹槽一侧安装旋转电机,所述旋转电机转轴顶端与其中一个链轮底面连接,数个所述链轮之间通过链条啮合连接,每个所述链轮顶面均安装支撑杆。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过旋转电机提供动力,链轮与链条的配合能够带动络筒转动,进而实现自动洛纱,并通过挡块与切割刀片得到配合,能够实现不同络筒络纱的切换,进而避免了不同络筒络纱后需要停机切换络筒的问题,保证了络纱的连续性,提高了络纱效率,节省了操作人员体力劳动,给纺纱带方便。

本发明主要涉及纺纱设备领域,具体是一种纺纱用自络设备。
背景技术
络筒是织前准备的第一道工序,它的任务是将来自纺部的管纱或绞纱在络筒机上加工成符合一定要求的筒子,在纺纱中起着承上启下的"桥梁"作用,目前,在纺纱过程中,在络筒完成络纱后,需要停机,然后更换络筒,再次进行络纱,这就造成了不能连续的进行络纱,增加了络纱时间,降低了络纱效率,且增加了操作人员的体力劳动,给纺纱带来不便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种纺纱用自络设备,本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过旋转电机提供动力,链轮与链条的配合能够带动络筒转动,进而实现自动洛纱,并通过挡块与切割刀片得到配合,能够实现不同络筒络纱的切换,进而避免了不同络筒络纱后需要停机切换络筒的问题,保证了络纱的连续性,提高了络纱效率,节省了操作人员体力劳动,给纺纱带方便。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纺纱用自络设备,包括底板,所述底板顶面开设矩形凹槽,所述矩形凹槽内转动安装数个均匀分布的链轮,所述矩形凹槽一侧安装旋转电机,所述旋转电机转轴顶端与其中一个链轮底面连接,数个所述链轮之间通过链条啮合连接,每个所述链轮顶面均安装支撑杆,每根所述支撑杆顶端均安装放置板,每块所述放置板顶面均安装洛筒,所述底板顶面两侧均安装竖板,两块所述竖板顶端之间通过横板连接,两块所述竖板之间安装连接块,所述连接块前面开设条形槽,所述条形槽内安装传动装置,所述传动装置前面安装条形块,所述条形块前面底部安装伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆前面安装竖杆,所述竖杆底端安装挡块,所述条形块一侧安装安装块,所述安装块底面通过导轨滑动安装滑动块,所述滑动块底面安装带有动力装置的切割刀片。
进一步的,所述传动装置包括传动电机,所述传动电机安装在条形槽一侧,所述传动电机转轴一端安装丝杆,所述丝杆一端通过轴承与条形槽转动连接,所述丝杆外周套装传动块,所述传动块与丝杆螺纹连接,所述条形块与传动块连接。
进一步的,所述条形块与连接块滑动接触配合,所述条形块后面为光滑面。
进一步的,所述横板顶面安装线辊。
进一步的,所述矩形凹槽顶面安装遮挡板,所述遮挡板与底板可拆分连接,每根所述支撑杆均贯穿遮挡板并与遮挡板转动连接。
进一步的,所述底板底面安装弹性防滑垫。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过旋转电机提供动力,链轮与链条的配合能够带动络筒转动,进而实现自动洛纱,并通过挡块与切割刀片得到配合,能够实现不同络筒络纱的切换,进而避免了不同络筒络纱后需要停机切换络筒的问题,保证了络纱的连续性,提高了络纱效率,节省了操作人员体力劳动,给纺纱带方便。

如图1-2所示,本发明所述一种纺纱用自络设备,包括底板1,所述底板1顶面开设矩形凹槽2,所述矩形凹槽2内转动安装数个均匀分布的链轮3,所述矩形凹槽2一侧安装旋转电机4,所述旋转电机4转轴顶端与其中一个链轮3底面连接,数个所述链轮3之间通过链条5啮合连接,每个所述链轮3顶面均安装支撑杆6,每根所述支撑杆6顶端均安装放置板7,每块所述放置板7顶面均安装洛筒8,所述底板1顶面两侧均安装竖板9,两块所述竖板9顶端之间通过横板10连接,两块所述竖板10之间安装连接块11,所述连接块11前面开设条形槽12,所述条形槽12内安装传动装置,所述传动装置前面安装条形块13,所述条形块13前面底部安装伸缩杆14,所述伸缩杆14前面安装竖杆15,所述竖杆15底端安装挡块16,所述条形块13一侧安装安装块17,所述安装块17底面通过导轨滑动安装滑动块18,所述滑动块18底面安装带有动力装置的切割刀片19。
具体的,所述传动装置包括传动电机20,所述传动电机20安装在条形槽12一侧,所述传动电机20转轴一端安装丝杆21,所述丝杆21一端通过轴承与条形槽12转动连接,所述丝杆21外周套装传动块22,所述传动块22与丝杆21螺纹连接,所述条形块13与传动块22连接。通过传动电机20提供动力,丝杆21与传动块22的配合,能够带动连接块13移动。
具体的,所述条形块13与连接块11滑动接触配合,所述条形块13后面为光滑面。条形块13与连接块11滑动接触配合,保证了条形块13能够沿连接块11滑动,所述条形块13后面为光滑面,减少了条形块13与连接块11之间的摩擦力,保证了条形块13的运动性。
具体的,所述横板10顶面安装线辊23。线辊23对纺纱线具有导向作用。
具体的,所述矩形凹槽2顶面安装遮挡板24,所述遮挡板24与底板1可拆分连接,每根所述支撑杆6均贯穿遮挡板24并与遮挡板24转动连接。遮挡板24能够避是矩形凹槽2形成封闭空间,免了外界环境的影响。
具体的,所述底板1底面安装弹性防滑垫。弹性防滑垫增加了底板1与地面之间的摩擦力,避免了底板1发生滑动,提高了底板1的稳定性。
实施例:
在使用本装置时,首先将纺纱线一端缠绕在其中一个络筒8上,然后旋转电机4工作,旋转电机通过链轮3与链条5的配合,同时带动数根支撑杆6转动,支撑杆6转动带动对应的放置板7转动,放置板7转动带动对应的络筒8转动,络筒8转动使纱线缠绕在络筒8上,当一个络筒8缠绕满纱线后,传动装置工作,传动装置带动条形块13移动,条形块13移动带动伸缩杆14移动,然后伸缩杆14收缩,伸缩杆14收缩带动挡块16移动,使挡块16与纱线接触并拉动纱线,并随着条形块13的移动与另外一个络筒8接触,条形块13移动的同时,滑动块18沿导轨向前滑动,带动切割刀片19移动,在纱线与另一个络筒8接触并开始缠绕的同时,切割刀片19将纱线切断,使纱线开始缠绕在另外一个络筒8上。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过旋转电机提供动力,链轮与链条的配合能够带动络筒转动,进而实现自动洛纱,并通过挡块与切割刀片得到配合,能够实现不同络筒络纱的切换,进而避免了不同络筒络纱后需要停机切换络筒的问题,保证了络纱的连续性,提高了络纱效率,节省了操作人员体力劳动,给纺纱带方便。

1.一种纺纱用自络设备,包括底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)顶面开设矩形凹槽(2),所述矩形凹槽(2)内转动安装数个均匀分布的链轮(3),所述矩形凹槽(2)一侧安装旋转电机(4),所述旋转电机(4)转轴顶端与其中一个链轮(3)底面连接,数个所述链轮(3)之间通过链条(5)啮合连接,每个所述链轮(3)顶面均安装支撑杆(6),每根所述支撑杆(6)顶端均安装放置板(7),每块所述放置板(7)顶面均安装洛筒(8),所述底板(1)顶面两侧均安装竖板(9),两块所述竖板(9)顶端之间通过横板(10)连接,两块所述竖板(9)之间安装连接块(11),所述连接块(11)前面开设条形槽(12),所述条形槽(12)内安装传动装置,所述传动装置前面安装条形块(13),所述条形块(13)前面底部安装伸缩杆(14),所述伸缩杆(14)前面安装竖杆(15),所述竖杆(15)底端安装挡块(16),所述条形块(13)一侧安装安装块(17),所述安装块(17)底面通过导轨滑动安装滑动块(18),所述滑动块(18)底面安装带有动力装置的切割刀片(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺纱用自络设备,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括传动电机(20),所述传动电机(20)安装在条形槽(12)一侧,所述传动电机(20)转轴一端安装丝杆(21),所述丝杆(21)一端通过轴承与条形槽(12)转动连接,所述丝杆(21)外周套装传动块(22),所述传动块(22)与丝杆(21)螺纹连接,所述条形块(13)与传动块(22)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纺纱用自络设备,其特征在于:所述条形块(13)与连接块(11)滑动接触配合,所述条形块(13)后面为光滑面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺纱用自络设备,其特征在于:所述横板(10)顶面安装线辊(23)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺纱用自络设备,其特征在于:所述矩形凹槽(2)顶面安装遮挡板(24),所述遮挡板(24)与底板(1)可拆分连接,每根所述支撑杆(6)均贯穿遮挡板(24)并与遮挡板(24)转动连接。
