The invention also discloses a preparation method of the medicament.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of primate culture, in particular to a medicament for treating monkey trauma and a preparation method of tea.
Background
Monkeys and humans share "primates" in zoology, and have closely similar habits to humans, and their physical structure is most similar to that of humans. In the test of many drugs or foods at home and abroad, monkeys are used as test subjects so that the test effect most similar to the human response can be obtained. Therefore, the demand for experimental monkeys is large and requires special breeding. However, since monkeys are sexually active and active, and during the breeding process, a certain number of monkeys are usually housed in the same cage for feeding. At this time, a plurality of monkeys are gathered together inevitably to cause traumatic conditions, and the monkeys are generally coated with medicaments for treating human wounds at present, but the medicaments are not suitable for the monkeys, the use amount is not well controlled, if the dosage is small, the wounds heal slowly, and if the dosage is large, discomfort of the monkeys is easily caused, and even the growth of the monkeys is influenced. Therefore, the invention is needed to invent a medicine which can better treat the wounds of the monkey, enables the wounds to heal more quickly and better and does not influence the growth of the wounds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medicament for treating monkey trauma, which is used for treating a wound of a monkey and has the characteristics of good treatment effect and quick wound healing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a process for the preparation of such a medicament.
The former technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a medicament for treating monkey trauma is a mixture prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 g of borneol, 13-17 g of dragon's blood, 13-17 g of clematis root, 13-17 g of pseudo-ginseng powder, 13-17 g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 13-17 g of salted achyranthes root, 13-17 g of loranthus parasiticus, 13-17 g of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 13-17 g of red peony root, 13-17 g of angelica, 13-17 g of monkshood and 13-17 g of szechuan lovage rhizome.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is a mixture prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 3g of borneol, 15g of dragon's blood, 15g of clematis root, 15g of pseudo-ginseng powder, 15g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 15g of salted achyranthes root, 15g of parasitic loranthus, 15g of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 15g of red paeony root, 15g of Chinese angelica, 15g of monkshood and 15g of szechuan lovage rhizome.
Further, the mixture is powdery.
The latter technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a medicament for treating monkey trauma comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Weighing dragon's blood, clematis root, salvia miltiorrhiza, salted achyranthes root, parasitic loranthus, beautiful sweetgum fruit, red paeony root, chinese angelica, prepared common monkshood daughter root and szechuan lovage rhizome according to the parts by weight, and mixing;
(2) Carrying out microwave drying on the mixed medicinal materials for 20-60 minutes, and then crushing the medicinal materials into powder to obtain mixed medicinal powder;
(3) Weighing borneol according to the weight parts, crushing the borneol and mixing the crushed borneol with the mixed powder obtained in the step (2).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention relates to a medicament for treating monkey trauma, which is prepared from Chinese medicinal materials including borneol, dragon's blood, clematis root, salvia miltiorrhiza, achyranthes root, parasitic loranthus, sweetgum fruit, red peony root, angelica, monkshood and ligusticum wallichii. The dragon's blood in the medicinal materials can promote blood circulation, relieve pain, remove blood stasis, stop bleeding, heal wound and promote tissue regeneration; the clematis root, the parasitic loranthus and the beautiful sweetgum fruit have the function of dredging the channels and collaterals; notoginseng radix powder, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, sal Achyranthis radix, radix Angelicae sinensis and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. After the medicinal materials are compatible and combined with each other, the healing of the trauma wound of the monkey can be effectively promoted, the treatment effect is obvious, and no side effect is generated on the monkey.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate embodiment(s) of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the invention without limiting the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a wound of a monkey nail in test example 1 at the time of injury;
FIG. 2 is a wound after treatment of the simian nail in test example 1;
FIG. 3 shows the wounds after treatment of the simian nail in test example 1.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
The invention relates to a medicament for treating monkey trauma, which is a mixture prepared from the following Chinese medicinal raw materials in parts by weight: 3g of borneol, 15g of dragon's blood, 15g of clematis root, 15g of pseudo-ginseng powder, 15g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 15g of salted achyranthes root, 15g of parasitic loranthus, 15g of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 15g of red paeony root, 15g of Chinese angelica, 15g of monkshood and 15g of szechuan lovage rhizome.
The drug for treating the monkey trauma provided by the invention is prepared from all traditional Chinese medicine materials, does not produce side effects on monkeys, and does not produce drug resistance. The medicament is prepared from borneol, dragon's blood, clematis root, salvia miltiorrhiza, salted achyranthes root, parasitic loranthus, sweetgum fruit, red paeony root, chinese angelica, monkshood and szechuan lovage rhizome. The dragon's blood in the medicinal materials can promote blood circulation to relieve pain, remove blood stasis to stop bleeding, heal wound and promote granulation; the clematis root, the parasitic loranthus and the beautiful sweetgum fruit have the function of dredging the channels and collaterals; the pseudo-ginseng powder, the red sage root, the salt achyranthes root, the angelica and the hemlock parsley can activate blood and remove stasis. The medicine has reasonable content of each component of each medicinal material, can effectively promote the healing of the trauma wound of the monkey after mutual compatibility and combination, and has obvious treatment effect.
The mixture is powdery, and the powdery medicinal powder can enable the wound to better absorb the effective components of the medicament, so that the treatment effect is better.
The preparation method of the drug for treating the monkey trauma comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Weighing dragon's blood, clematis root, salvia miltiorrhiza, salted achyranthes root, parasitic loranthus, beautiful sweetgum fruit, red paeony root, chinese angelica, prepared common monkshood daughter root and szechuan lovage rhizome according to the parts by weight, and mixing;
(2) Carrying out microwave drying on the mixed medicinal materials for 20-60 minutes, and then crushing the medicinal materials into powder to obtain mixed medicinal powder;
(3) Weighing borneol according to the weight parts, crushing and mixing with the mixed medicinal powder obtained in the step (2).
The using method is that 15g of the drug for treating the monkey trauma is weighed as a standard part, and 1 standard part of medicinal powder is used for each drug for treating each monkey with trauma.
