When the driving material receiving groove 64 swings in a reciprocating mode, the driving cam 625 is opened, the power source of the driving cam 625 is a motor, the driving cam 625 rotates to press the push plate 626 rightwards, the push plate 626 moves rightwards to drive the rack 622 to move rightwards along the supporting rod 621 and compress the third elastic piece 623, the rack 622 moves rightwards to drive the gear 624 to rotate forwards, when the driving cam 625 rotates continuously, the rack 622 moves leftwards along the supporting rod 621 under the elastic force of the third elastic piece 623, the rack 622 moves leftwards to drive the gear 624 to rotate reversely, so that the gear 624 rotates in a reciprocating mode, the gear 624 rotates in a reciprocating mode to drive the material receiving groove 64 to swing through the fixing rod 63, and the vegetable drying efficiency can be accelerated by the material receiving groove 64.
In this embodiment, if the material receiving slot 64 is to swing back and forth, the gear 642 may also be directly driven to rotate by the motor, but the rotation direction of the motor needs to be changed continuously, the operation is complex, and the service life of the motor may be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the push-out assembly 7 includes: the two ends of the partition plate 71 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the dewatering tank 4 and are positioned at a discharge port formed in the dewatering tank 4; the power part 72 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the dewatering box 4 and positioned on one side of the partition plate 71 and is used for providing power support for the pushing assembly 7 to push the dried vegetables; the power input end of the transmission assembly 70 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the power piece 72, and the power output end is rotatably arranged on the partition plate 71; the winding drum 75 is arranged on the other side of the partition plate 71 and is fixedly connected with the power output end of the transmission assembly 70, and a pulling piece 76 is fixed on and wound on the winding drum 75; a push-out plate 77 slidably connected to the other side of the partition plate 71 and fixed to the pull member 76, wherein the pull member 76 can pull the push-out plate 77 to slide on the partition plate 71; one end of the sleeve plate 78 is hinged with the dewatering tank 4, the other end of the sleeve plate 78 is provided with a telescopic plate 79 extending into the sleeve plate 78, and the telescopic plate 79 is hinged with the push-out plate 77; and a fourth elastic member 710 fixedly disposed in the sleeve plate 78 for driving the pushing plate 77 to push the dried vegetables out.
The transmission assembly 70 is composed of a first gear 73 and a second gear 74, the rotating shaft of the first gear 73 is fixedly connected with the power output shaft of the power member 72, the first gear 73 is an incomplete gear, the first gear 73 is engaged with the second gear 74 capable of changing the power transmission direction, and the rotating shaft of the second gear 74 extends to the other side of the partition plate 71.
When the dried cabbages are guided into the collection box 8, the power part 72 is started, the power part 72 is specifically a motor, an output shaft of the power part 72 drives the first gear 73 to rotate, the first gear 73 rotates to drive the second gear 74 to rotate, the second gear 74 rotates to drive the winding drum 75 to rotate through a rotating shaft, the winding drum 75 rotates to wind the pulling part 76 and drive the pushing plate 77 to move rightwards, meanwhile, the expansion plate 79 can move inwards along the sleeve plate 78 and compress the fourth elastic part 710, when the first gear 73 and the second gear 74 are not meshed any more, under the pushing of the fourth elastic part 710, the expansion plate 79 can move outwards along the sleeve plate 78 and push the pushing plate 77 to move leftwards, and the pushing plate 77 moves leftwards to push the dried vegetables into the collection box 8 to be collected.
In this embodiment, the fourth elastic member 710 is a spring, the pulling member 76 may be a steel wire rope or another rigid rope, as long as the pulling member can pull the pushing plate 77 to move and has a long service life, and the pushing assembly 7 may also push the vegetables out by using the lead screw and the pushing plate 77, and in specific implementation, the lead screw needs to be protected and the forward and reverse rotation of the power member 72 needs to be controlled.
