所述嗜热链球菌,保藏号为CCTCC M 20211096。
所述嗜热链球菌5×1010CFU/g。
一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的其制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)选取试管斜面冷藏的单株嗜热链球菌,挑取1环接入YPD液体培养基中,培养24h后,按照5%的接种量接入发酵罐中进行富集培养,发酵结束后经离心后得到菌体,将菌体和保护剂混合后进行真空冷冻干燥,得到嗜热链球菌冻干粉;
(2)将嗜热链球菌冻干粉与γ-氨基丁酸、樱桃粉、红枣粉、沙棘粉、五味子粉、赤藓糖醇、维生素B、低聚木糖和麦芽糊精按配方比例在混合容器中混合均匀,过100目筛,进行包装,得助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品;

所述嗜热链球菌4×1010CFU/g。

所述嗜热链球菌,保藏号为CCTCC M 20211096。
所述嗜热链球菌6×1010CFU/g。
一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的其制备方法, 按照以下步骤进行:

1.一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品,其特征在于,由γ-氨基丁酸6-12份、樱桃粉10-30份、红枣粉8-15份、沙棘粉6-12份、五味子粉2-5份、赤藓糖醇5-20份、低聚木糖5-20份、麦芽糊精10-20份和嗜热链球菌1-3份组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品,其特征在于,所述嗜热链球菌,保藏号为CCTCC M 20211096。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品, 其特征在于,所述嗜热链球菌3×1010-8×1010CFU/g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的其制备方法,其特征在于, 按照以下步骤进行:
(1)选取试管斜面冷藏的单株嗜热链球菌,挑取1-3环接入YPD液体培养基中,培养24h后,按照5%的接种量接入发酵罐中进行富集培养,发酵结束后经离心后得到菌体,将菌体和保护剂混合后进行真空冷冻干燥,得到嗜热链球菌冻干粉;
(2)将嗜热链球菌冻干粉与γ-氨基丁酸、樱桃粉、红枣粉、沙棘粉、五味子粉、赤藓糖醇、维生素B、低聚木糖和麦芽糊精按配方比例在混合容器中混合均匀,过100目筛,进行包装,得助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品;
所述保护剂是脱脂奶粉,菌体和脱脂奶粉的质量比为100:7~9;
所述YPD液体培养基由以下物质组成:
10g酵母膏、20g蛋白胨、20g葡萄糖和900ml水。
5. 如权利要求4所述的一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的制备方法, 其特征在于,所述助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的成品的水分含量不高于3%。
6. 如权利要求4所述的一种助睡眠促消化樱桃酵素固体饮品的制备方法, 其特征在于,所述富集培养是在温度为35~45℃条件下,发酵36~48h。
