Abstract
本发明公开了一种可以提高蛋鸡蛋品质、产蛋率及健康状况的饲料,其组成成分及重量份数如下:玉米64.10份,豆粕22.70份,石粉7.50份,磷酸氢钙1.50份,预混料4.00份,饲料中含硫辛酸分别为0.03~0.07份。本发明在蛋鸡基础饲料(依据美国NRC(1994)配制而成)中添加硫辛酸,可以显著提高产蛋率,降低料重比,提高蛋黄颜色,提高血清中GSH‑Px、SOD、T‑AOC含量,显著降低MDA含量,有利于节约饲料成本,有利于提高蛋鸡的健康水平。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜禽饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其是一种可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率及健康状况的饲料、方法和应用。
背景技术
目前我国是世界上最大蛋鸡饲养和鸡蛋消费国,截止到2020年12月,全国蛋鸡存栏量为12.12亿只,蛋鸡产蛋量为1895.65万吨。蛋鸡开产后为减少应激,减少免疫操作,这样会导致产蛋后期蛋鸡免疫功能降低,健康水平受到影响,生产性能也逐渐下降。在蛋鸡生产中会导致蛋品质下降、死淘率提升、产蛋率降低等现实问题。动物营养学家通过对产蛋后期蛋鸡的生理状态、内外环境的研究,期望找到一种能够提高蛋鸡蛋品质、健康状况及产蛋率的方法,从而增加养殖利润,促进养殖业健康发展。
α-硫辛酸(alpha-lipoic acid,LA)是一种含硫脂肪酸,进入机体可迅速清除氧自由基,有很好的抗氧化功能,硫辛酸可以参与调节蛋白质代谢、平衡血糖,改善糖代谢及脂类代谢。
通过检索,发现如下两篇关于制备染料分散剂方面的相关专利公开文献,具体如下:
1、一种肉鸡专用饲料(CN106578613A),其原料包括:玉米、醋糟、发酵豆粕、棕榈仁粕、棉粕、鱼粉、黄粉虫、鸡肝、蒙脱土粉、天然沸石、食盐、亚麻油、玉米油、葡萄籽油、植物精油、过磷酸钙、复合维生素、复合矿物质、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸寡肽、海藻多糖、淫羊藿多糖、蜂胶黄酮、中药添加剂、硫辛酸、酶制剂、牛磺酸、裙带菜、α-酮戊二酸。本发明提出的肉鸡专用饲料,其配方科学,营养全面,能满足肉鸡的生长需要,且提高了肉鸡的免疫力,促进了肉鸡的生长,提高了养殖户的经济效益。
2、一种能通便的芽孢杆菌鸡饲料的配料及制备方法(CN105124185A),由以下重量份数的原料组成:小麦秸秆粉25-45份、香椿粉4-16份、硫辛酸0.04-0.06份;85-95份辅助液;另外还包含有用于通便的配料,所述的通便的配料包括重量份数为0.8-3.8份的乳果糖、 0.04-0.18份的玫瑰多酚、1.0-1.6份的木糖醇、11.8-14.8份的柠檬酸铁铵。该饲料结合其制备方法可以避免生物氧化后的小麦秸秆粉的氨基酸含有量不高导致取代鸡饲料中的粮食作物配料的比例不高、鸡肠出现运动障碍或分泌紊乱引起肠腔发生完全或不完全阻塞的便秘现象的问题。
通过对比,本发明专利申请与上述专利公开文献存在本质的不同。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术中蛋鸡开产后为减少应激,减少免疫操作,导致的产蛋后期蛋鸡免疫功能降低,健康水平受到影响,生产性能逐渐下降的不足之处,提供一种可可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率及健康状况的饲料、方法和应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

本发明取得的优点和积极效果为:
1、本发明在蛋鸡基础饲料(依据美国NRC(1994)配制而成)中添加硫辛酸,可以显著提高产蛋率,降低料重比,提高蛋黄颜色,提高血清中GSH-Px、SOD、T-AOC含量,显著降低MDA含量,有利于节约饲料成本,有利于提高蛋鸡的健康水平。
2、本发明中蛋鸡基础饲料(依据美国NRC(1994)配制而成)与添加了不同水平硫辛酸的基础饲料比较,在保证蛋鸡食入的几种饲料营养成分一致的前提下,通过分别添加0.03 份、0.05份、0.07份的硫辛酸,再经过试验研究明确硫辛酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,最后对比试验结果选出最适合投入生产的添加水平。
3、本发明中相关试验以60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,旨在探究饲粮中添加α-硫辛酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,为改善蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及增强抗氧化能力提供参考。

将实施例1~4中的饲粮饲喂蛋鸡,对其生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标进行测定。
1、实验材料与方法
1.1饲料中硫辛酸含量见表1。

1.2饲喂实验
选取60周龄蛋鸡,品种为海兰褐。按随机区组法分为4组,每处理共设6个重复,每个重复共9只,总计216只。参照NRC(1994)蛋鸡营养需要设计玉米-豆粕型日粮配方。对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别为基础日粮+300mg/kg,500mg/kg,700mg/kg硫辛酸。
1.3饲养管理
本试验于天津农学院西校区实验实习基地进行,共进行49天,前7天为预试验,正式试验42天。在试验期间,蛋鸡采用笼养方式,每天饲喂两次,采用乳头式饮水器自由饮水。每天下午进行收集鸡蛋。采用横向通风,光照时间16h/d,每隔1周清除一次粪便,消毒一次。
1.4检测指标
1.4.1生产性能
每天下午收集鸡蛋,记录产蛋数及蛋重,计算产蛋率;每周统计1次采食量,计算平均日采食量和料蛋比。试验结束后,计算全期平均日采食量、平均日产蛋重、产蛋率、料蛋比。
平均日采食量(g/d·只)=统计期内蛋鸡耗料量/(饲养期×蛋鸡数);
饲养日产蛋率(%)=统计期内产蛋个数/统计期内蛋鸡只数×100%;
料蛋比=统计期内耗料量/统计期内产蛋重。
1.4.2蛋品质
试验结束前连续3天收集鸡蛋用于蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋黄系数及蛋壳厚度等蛋品质指标的测定。
蛋形指数=鸡蛋长轴/短轴;
蛋黄系数=蛋黄高度/蛋黄直径
哈氏单位=100×log(H-1.7W0.37+7.57),其中H:蛋白高度(mm);W:鸡蛋重量(g)。
蛋壳厚度用螺旋测微仪分别测量鸡蛋钝端、锐端及平端三处鸡蛋壳厚度,取平均值。
1.4.3血清生化指标
于试验第50天早饲前对试验用鸡进行空腹心脏采血,每重复1羽,共6羽。每羽采血约 2mL,采血后3000×g离心10钟,吸取血清于EP管中,贮存于-80℃。用于血清生化肌酐(CRE)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、尿酸(UA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)、总蛋白 (TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(CHO)测定以及抗氧化指标谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),丙二醛(MDA)测定。
2、数据分析
数据采用SPSS 21.0统计分析软件进行整理分析。选用ANOVA程序进行多指标单因素方差分析,同时进行Duncan多重比较。数据表示方式为“平均值±标准误”。显著性标志为P <0.05。
3、结论分析

表2显示,试验2组和试验3组的蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验1组的蛋鸡产蛋率高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。蛋重试验1组高于对照组,试验2组和试验3组低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。平均日采食量试验1组高于对照组,试验 2组和试验3组低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。料蛋比试验2组和试验3组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验1组低于对照组(P>0.05)。

由表3可知,哈氏单位试验组均高于对照组(P>0.05),试验3组值最高。蛋形指数试验1组高于对照组,试验2组小于对照组,试验3组和对照组相同(P>0.05)。蛋壳强度,试验组均高于对照组,其中试验2组最高(P>0.05)。蛋壳厚度试验3组高于试验1,2组和对照组(P>0.05)。蛋黄颜色,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组效果最好。蛋黄比例试验组均高于对照组(P>0.05),试验2组最高。蛋白比例试验组均低于对照组(P >0.05),蛋黄系数,试验1组和试验3组高于对照组,试验2组和对照组相同(P>0.05)。

由表4可知,GSH-Px和SOD,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组值最高。试验2组、试验3组蛋鸡血清中T-AOC显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组及3组值相同均高于试验1组(P>0.05)。MDA,试验组显著低于对照组,其中试验3组值最小,试验2组和3组次之。

由表5可知,CRE,UA和AST,试验组低于对照组(P>0.05),其中试验2组蛋鸡血清中值最低。试验组蛋鸡血清中GGT含量低于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验2组的值最低。 ALT,试验1组低于对照组(P>0.05),试验2组和试验3组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。但试验组之间无显著差异。HDL,TP,GLU及CHO,试验组高于对照组(P>0.05),LDL 和TG,试验组均低于对照组(P>0.05)。
在60周龄蛋鸡日粮中添加硫辛酸可显著提高产蛋率,降低料重比,提高蛋黄颜色,提高血清中GSH-Px、SOD、T-AOC含量,显著降低MDA含量。有利于提高蛋鸡的健康水平。
4讨论
4.1日粮中添加硫辛酸对蛋鸡生产性能的影响
蛋鸡的生产性能受到品种、外界环境、生长阶段、营养水平及疾病等多重因素的影响。产蛋率是衡量蛋鸡生产效益的一个重要指标。产蛋鸡的饲养管理可分为产蛋前期、中期和末期,每个阶段根据其生理特点、营养需求及尤其是产蛋率等要求,进行不同的饲养管理及日粮配制,而蛋鸡的产蛋周期有其自身特点,尤其是如何维持蛋鸡较长的一个产蛋高峰期和产蛋后期蛋鸡的健康水平,这个大家一直在考虑的一个问题。在产蛋后期,产蛋率的下降不可避免会影响到养殖户的经济效益。如何通过营养调控来提高蛋鸡产蛋率,延长蛋鸡的产蛋期。硫辛酸作为一种饲料添加剂,有研究表明,产蛋鸡后期添加丁酸梭菌可降低料蛋比,提高效益。本试验结果表明,产蛋后期60周龄蛋鸡日粮中添加硫辛酸500mg/kg和700mg/kg,可以显著提高产蛋率,降低料重比。这表明,在产蛋后期日粮中添加硫辛酸,可以改善蛋鸡的生理状态,提高对营养物质的利用率,从而提高生产性能。
4.2日粮中添加硫辛酸对鸡蛋品质的影响
鸡蛋作为大家的日常消费品,其品质的好坏影响到消费者的选择。一般来说,鸡蛋品质包括蛋白、蛋黄、蛋壳质量及新鲜度。蛋品质的好坏决定了蛋的贮藏、运输以及消费者的喜欢程度。哈氏单位和蛋黄系数表示鸡蛋的新鲜程度。蛋壳强度,蛋壳厚度表示蛋壳质量,决定了蛋的破损及运输,蛋黄、蛋白比例表示鸡蛋各部分所占比例。蛋黄颜色的深浅虽无营养价值,但可在一定程度上满足消费者的需求,产生一定的效益。本试验结果表明,日粮中添加硫辛酸可以显著提高蛋黄颜色。说明适量的硫辛酸可以部分调控蛋鸡对营养成分的吸收利用,对蛋品质改善有一定作用。结合硫辛酸可显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率,充分说明在蛋鸡日粮中添加适量的硫辛酸,不但影响生产性能,而且还对蛋品质的改善有很好的作用。
4.3日粮中添加硫辛酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡血清生化指标的影响
血液生化指标可用来反映机体代谢状况和部分组织器官是否正常。CRE、GGT、UA、ALT、AST是反映蛋鸡肝肾功能是否正常的常用指标。本试验结果表明,蛋鸡日粮中添加硫辛酸能显著降低蛋鸡血清中GGT和ALT含量,降低CRE、UA及AST含量,这表明适量硫辛酸可改善蛋鸡的健康水平。硫辛酸对于蛋鸡机体是有益的,通过其适量添加,是可以提高蛋鸡的健康水平。HDL,TP,GLU,LDL,TG及CHO,这些指标均可以反映体内葡萄糖和脂类代谢情况,本次试验结果显示,添加硫辛酸对于这些指标均无显著影响。
GSH-Px、SOD、T-AOC及MDA作为揭示机体抗氧化水平的常用指标。本试验结果认为,硫辛酸能显著提高血清中GSH-Px,SOD和T-AOC含量,显著降低蛋鸡血清MDA含量,这揭示硫辛酸的适量添加,可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的抗氧化水平,改善机体健康水平,提高产蛋率,改善料重比,延长产蛋期。
在产蛋后期饲粮中添加硫辛酸,可以改善机体代谢,提升抗氧化能力,提高机体健康水平。在蛋鸡健康水平得到提升的前提下,其生产力也得到提高,尤其是产蛋率显著提高,料重比下降,蛋品质中蛋黄颜色也得以改善,这样,通过硫辛酸的适量,延长了蛋鸡的产蛋周期,使蛋鸡在产蛋后期仍能维持较高的产蛋率,较好的蛋品质,这样可以提高饲料报酬,增加养殖效益,对于提高养殖户收入,有很好的示范作用。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。
