As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the dust removing device is located on the upper surface of the compartment of the driving vehicle 1 and performs dust falling operation on dust generated by soil cleaning of the soil cleaning device;
the dedusting device is arranged on the upper surface of the carriage of the driving vehicle 1, a water storage tank 5 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the carriage of the driving vehicle 1 for storing water, a conveying pipe 51 is fixedly arranged at one end of a water outlet of the water storage tank 5 for conveying water, the conveying pipe 51 is made of rubber materials, hinged frames 52 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the upper surface of the carriage of the driving vehicle 1 for adjusting the dedusting range, two ends of the two hinged frames 52 are hinged to spray rods 53 through pin shafts for spraying water, then the outer surfaces of the spray rods 53 are fixedly communicated with high-pressure spray heads 54 through connecting pipes, the outer surfaces of the spray rods 53 of the high-pressure spray heads 54 are in rectangular arrays, and in order to enable the high-pressure spray heads 54 to spray water, one ends of the two conveying pipes 51 are respectively and fixedly communicated with the outer surfaces of the two spray rods 53;
further, in order to automatically adjust the angle of the high-pressure nozzle 54, a dust removing motor 55 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the hinge frame 52 through a connecting plate, a rocking handle 56 is fixedly installed at one end of a conveying shaft of the dust removing motor 55 in order to drive the spray rod 53 to deflect, then a deflection frame 57 is hinged on the outer surface of the spray rod 53 through a pin shaft, and in order to enable the rocking handle 56 to drive the deflection frame 57 to deflect in an inclined manner, the inner wall of the rocking handle 56 is rotatably connected with one end of the deflection frame 57.
The working principle is as follows: when grape vines need to be lifted, the grape vines are driven to move to the middle of two soil piles by the driving vehicle 1, according to the positions of the two soil piles, the linear guide rails 2 on the two sides are controlled to drive the adjusting shell 21 to move towards the direction of the soil piles, the distance sensor group 27 is located above the soil piles, the highest point of the soil piles is judged by the distance sensor group 27, the linear guide rails 2 are controlled to move, the central point of the adjusting shell 21 is located right above the highest point of the soil piles, the two scraping plates 3 below the adjusting shell 21 can be located on the two sides of the soil piles, the double-head screw rod 22 is driven to rotate by the adjusting motor 23, the threaded sleeves 24 at the two ends of the screw rod 22 move relatively or oppositely, the scraping plates 3 below can be located at appropriate positions on the two sides of the soil piles, the adjusting hydraulic cylinder 25 pushes the supporting plate 26 to descend, so that the scraping plates 3 contact the ground, and the double-head screw rod 1 is driven to move, the scraper 3 is driven to move forwards, after the soil can be quickly broken by the soil breaking blade 31, the soil on two sides of the soil pile can be stirred outwards by the scraper 3 in the arc-shaped bent shape, so that the soil leaves two sides of the soil pile, and the scrapers 3 on two sides can work simultaneously;
the soil digging motor 32 on the supporting plate 26 is started, the soil digging motor 32 drives the soil shifting wheel 33 to rotate, soil shifting teeth on the soil shifting wheel 33 can drive the shifting plate 34 to be connected to the outer surface of the scraper 3 in a sliding mode, soil accumulated on the outer surface of the scraper 3 is shifted outwards, the shifting plate 34 is extruded to deflect when contacting the upper end of the scraper 3, the shifting plate 34 can rotate, and when the shifting plate 34 rotates to the position above the scraper 3, the shifting plate can reset through the elastic force of the tension spring 35 to scrape the soil on the scraper 3;
the blower 43 on the supporting plate 26 is started, wind power generated by the blower 43 is conveyed into the hoses 45 at two ends through the branch pipes 44, and is blown off through the air supply ports 46, the electric telescopic rods 47 stretch out and draw back, so that the air supply ports 46 can deflect, the wind direction is changed, the outer surfaces of the grapevines are cleaned, the air supply ports 46 at the front ends can loosen the outer surfaces of the grapevines and soil around the grapevines, the soil cleaning wheels 41 can work conveniently, the soil cleaning motor 4 drives the soil cleaning wheels 41 to rotate, so that the soil cleaning wheels 41 at two sides of a soil pile drive the hairbrushes 42 to rotate, the outer surfaces of the grapevines and soil around the grapevines are cleaned, and the air supply ports 46 at the rear sides can clean the grapevines cleaned by the hairbrushes 42 again, and clean the residual soil;
water in the storage water tank 5 passes through the water pump and carries to the conveyer pipe 51 in, carry to the spray lance 53 of both sides through conveyer pipe 51 in, dust removal motor 55 drives rocking handle 56 and rotates, and the rotation of rocking handle 56 makes one end drive deflection frame 57 and inclines and deflect for spray lance 53 hinged on articulated frame 52 deflects about articulated frame 52, and water in the spray lance 53 reciprocates from high pressure nozzle 54 and sprays, carries out the dust fall work to levitate dust in the air.

both ends of the double-threaded lead screw (22) are in threaded connection with threaded sleeves (24), the outer surface of each threaded sleeve (24) is inserted into the inner side wall of the adjusting machine shell (21) in a sliding mode, an adjusting hydraulic cylinder (25) is fixedly installed on the lower surface of each threaded sleeve (24), a supporting plate (26) is fixedly installed at one end of a piston rod of each adjusting hydraulic cylinder (25), and a distance sensor group (27) is fixedly installed on the lower surface of the adjusting machine shell (21) through a supporting frame;

the soil cleaning device comprises a soil cleaning mechanism and an air supply mechanism, the soil below the grapevines and the soil on the surfaces of the grapevines are cleaned by the soil cleaning mechanism, and the soil below the grapevines is loosened by the air supply mechanism and the soil on the surfaces of the grapevines is cleaned by the air supply mechanism;
the air supply mechanism comprises a fan (43), the lower surface of the fan (43) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the supporting plate (26), a branch pipe (44) is fixedly installed at one end of an air outlet of the fan (43), hoses (45) are fixedly installed at two ends of the branch pipe (44), an air supply outlet (46) is fixedly installed at one end of each hose (45), the outer surface of the air supply outlet (46) is hinged to the lower surface of the supporting plate (26) through a pin shaft, a filter screen (48) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the air supply outlet (46), electric telescopic rods (47) are fixedly installed on the upper surfaces of two ends of the supporting plate (26), and one end of each telescopic rod of each electric telescopic rod (47) penetrates through the lower surface of the supporting plate (26) and then is hinged to the outer surface of the air supply outlet (46) through a pin shaft;
the dust removal device is positioned on the upper surface of the carriage of the driving vehicle (1) and is used for dust removal of dust generated by soil removal of the soil removal device;
