本发明公开了一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,包括外圈、滚动体和用于容置滚动体的保持架,所述外圈内周壁上开设有供滚动体滚动的滚道,所述外圈右侧外壁上朝滚道方向弯折有挡边,所述外圈右侧内周壁上设置有内嵌密封环,所述内嵌密封环外侧壁与挡边内侧壁过盈配合设置,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有外嵌密封环,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有接环,所述外嵌密封环上内侧壁上开设有接槽,所述接环与接槽插接配合设置,所述外嵌密封环直径大于外圈直径。本发明解决了现有技术中汽车零部件中所使用冲压外圈滚针轴承承载能力较弱、密封性能一般且难以消除轴承出现轴向和圆周方向蠕动的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体为一种冲压外圈滚针轴承。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,各个装置内部的轴承也在更新换代,比如汽车起动机中所使用的冲压外圈滚针轴承其要求越来越高,根据汽车零部件的工作场合其要求轴承承载能力强、密封性能好,且轴承不允许出现轴向和圆周方向蠕动特点,但现有的冲压外圈滚针轴承结构局限性很难再提高承载能力、密封性能,且现有的轴承难以消除轴承出现轴向和圆周方向蠕动问题,同时现有的滚针轴承其内部空间较小,使得轴承的安装较为复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,为解决现有技术中汽车零部件中所使用冲压外圈滚针轴承承载能力较弱、密封性能一般且难以消除轴承出现轴向和圆周方向蠕动的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,包括外圈、滚动体和用于容置滚动体的保持架,所述外圈内周壁上开设有供滚动体滚动的滚道,所述外圈右侧外壁上朝滚道方向弯折有挡边,所述外圈右侧内周壁上设置有内嵌密封环,所述内嵌密封环外侧壁与挡边内侧壁过盈配合设置,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有外嵌密封环,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有接环,所述外嵌密封环上内侧壁上开设有接槽,所述接环与接槽插接配合设置,所述外嵌密封环直径大于外圈直径。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:上述技术中内嵌密封环和外嵌密封环的设置提高了轴承的密封性能;而接环可通过拉伸或冷镦工艺形成在外圈左侧外壁上,而后使接环与接槽插接配合并通过冲压等工艺使接环与接槽紧密固连,使得外嵌密封环稳固设置在外圈上,确保轴承外圈承受高额载荷时外嵌密封环不会从外圈上脱落,而外嵌密封环直径大于外圈直径,使得轴承外圈与外界零部件进行配合时,外嵌密封环优先与外界零部件进行配合,使得轴承运转时因为外嵌密封环的设置使得轴承不会在外界零部件上出现轴向和圆周方向的蠕动,而上述技术中外嵌密封环与挡边的过盈配合能有效防止外界泥水、灰尘等杂质侵蚀轴承内部;上述技术中由于外圈左侧不设置有挡边,使得外圈左侧不需要内嵌有密封环,增加了轴承内部的空间,使得滚针长度可以进一步增长,提高了冲压外圈滚针轴承的抗承载能力和抗冲击能力,进一步的提高了轴承外圈的抗倾覆能力。
本发明进一步设置:所述外嵌密封环外周壁上设置有若干凸起。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:上述技术中凸起的设置使得外嵌密封环与外界零部件壳体进行配合时,凸起能够与外界零部件壳体内壁进行过盈配合,可以有效的防止轴承外圈与其配合的壳体之间发生轴向或者圆周方向蠕动。
本发明进一步设置:所述外嵌密封环外周壁上涂布有热侵塑涂层。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:上述技术中外嵌密封环外周壁上涂布有热侵塑涂层,热侵塑工艺就是把金属件放在加热了的塑胶熔融物里蘸一下,冷却了就附着在上面了,可以有效的防止轴承外圈与其配合的壳体之间发生轴向或者圆周方向蠕动。
本发明进一步设置:所述外嵌密封环内周壁上设置有第一密封唇,所述第一密封唇内侧壁与保持架外侧壁间隙配合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:上述技术中第一密封唇的设置进一步提高了轴承的密封性能。
本发明进一步设置:所述内嵌密封环内周壁上设置有第二密封唇,所述第二密封唇外侧壁与挡边内侧壁间隙配合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:上述技术中第二密封唇的设置使得第二密封唇与内嵌密封环组合形成对轴承内部的双重密封,可以有效防止泥水和灰尘侵入,进一步的提高了轴承的密封性能。

本发明提供一种冲压外圈1滚针轴承,包括外圈1、滚动体11和用于容置滚动体11的保持架12,所述外圈1内周壁上开设有供滚动体11滚动的滚道13,所述外圈1右侧外壁上朝滚道13方向弯折有挡边14,所述外圈1右侧内周壁上设置有内嵌密封环2,所述内嵌密封环2外侧壁与挡边14内侧壁过盈配合设置,所述外圈1左侧外壁上设置有外嵌密封环3,所述外圈1左侧外壁上设置有接环15,所述外嵌密封环3上内侧壁上开设有接槽31,所述接环15与接槽31插接配合设置,所述外嵌密封环3直径大于外圈1直径,所述外嵌密封环3外周壁上设置有若干凸起32,所述外嵌密封环3外周壁上涂布有热侵塑涂层,所述外嵌密封环3内周壁上设置有第一密封唇33,所述第一密封唇33内侧壁与保持架12外侧壁间隙配合设置,所述内嵌密封环2内周壁上设置有第二密封唇21,所述第二密封唇21外侧壁与挡边14内侧壁间隙配合设置。

1.一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、滚动体和用于容置滚动体的保持架,所述外圈内周壁上开设有供滚动体滚动的滚道,所述外圈右侧外壁上朝滚道方向弯折有挡边,所述外圈右侧内周壁上设置有内嵌密封环,所述内嵌密封环外侧壁与挡边内侧壁过盈配合设置,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有外嵌密封环,所述外圈左侧外壁上设置有接环,所述外嵌密封环上内侧壁上开设有接槽,所述接环与接槽插接配合设置,所述外嵌密封环直径大于外圈直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,其特征在于:所述外嵌密封环外周壁上设置有若干凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,其特征在于:所述外嵌密封环外周壁上涂布有热侵塑涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,其特征在于:所述外嵌密封环内周壁上设置有第一密封唇,所述第一密封唇内侧壁与保持架外侧壁间隙配合设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压外圈滚针轴承,其特征在于:所述内嵌密封环内周壁上设置有第二密封唇,所述第二密封唇外侧壁与挡边内侧壁间隙配合设置。
