本实用新型涉及轴承,尤其是一种汽车启动电机轴承,具有外圈、圆柱滚针和保持架,外圈为一圆管,圆管两端向中心翻卷成环形挡板,圆柱滚针和保持架设置在外圈内,保持架将圆柱滚针支撑和定位在外圈内,圆柱滚针的两端头部倒圆角成圆滑过渡,保持架与外圈的环形挡板间设置有密封圈,密封圈在靠外圈的环形挡板一侧设置有V形凹槽,在靠保持架一侧设置有U形凹槽。本实用新型的汽车启动电机轴承,降低了输出轴从静态转至动态过程中,轴承给予输出轴的轴向阻滞力,缩短了启动时间,减少了轴承与输出轴之间的磨损,降低了噪声,提高了汽车启动电机的可靠性,增强了汽车的安全系数。

背景技术
目前,在汽车启动电机上,支撑旋转输出轴的是含油铜质轴承。随着汽车工业的发展,对其安全性能与质量要求越来越高,而含油铜质轴承在使用过程中,逐步显露出其不适合该使用条件的情况:磨损严重,易产生噪声,由于轴承与输出轴之间的摩擦类型是滑动摩擦,在启动过程中,输出轴易产生径向位移,从而产生噪声。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车启动电机轴承,以克服现有的汽车启动电机轴承磨损严重,易产生噪声的不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车启动电机轴承,具有外圈、圆柱滚针和保持架,外圈为一圆管,圆管两端向中心翻卷成环形挡板,圆柱滚针和保持架设置在外圈内,保持架将圆柱滚针支撑和定位在外圈内,圆柱滚针的两端头部倒圆角成圆滑过渡,保持架与外圈的环形挡板间设置有密封圈,密封圈在靠外圈的环形挡板一侧设置有V形凹槽,在靠保持架一侧设置有U形凹槽。圆柱滚针头部的倒圆角成圆滑过渡,改变了滚针与外圈滚道的接触应力状态,从而减少了两者的磨损,降低了噪声,密封圈的特殊结构,降低了输出轴从静态转至动态过程中,轴承给予输出轴的轴向阻滞力,缩短了启动时间。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的汽车启动电机轴承,采用了修形滚针,使得轴承与输出轴之间的摩擦由滑动摩擦转化为滚动摩擦,改变了滚针与外圈滚道的接触应力状态,减少了轴承与输出轴之间的磨损,降低了噪声,提高了汽车启动电机的可靠性,增强了汽车的安全系数,密封圈的特殊结构,降低了输出轴从静态转至动态过程中,轴承给予输出轴的轴向阻滞力,缩短了启动时间。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示的一种汽车启动电机轴承,具有外圈1、圆柱滚针2和保持架3,外圈1为一圆管,圆管两端向中心翻卷成环形挡板,圆柱滚针2和保持架3设置在外圈1内,保持架3将圆柱滚针2支撑和定位在外圈1内,圆柱滚针2的两端头部倒圆角成圆滑过渡,保持架3与外圈1的环形挡板间设置有密封圈4,密封圈4在靠外圈1的环形挡板一侧设置有V形凹槽,在靠保持架3一侧设置有U形凹槽。圆柱滚针头部的倒圆角成圆滑过渡,改变了滚针与外圈滚道的接触应力状态,从而减少了两者的磨损,降低了噪声,密封圈的特殊结构,降低了输出轴从静态转至动态过程中,轴承给予输出轴的轴向阻滞力,缩短了启动时间。
因普通低碳钢板芯部硬度不能承受启动斜齿轮产生的瞬间径向冲击负荷,使得本应有的弹性变形变成了塑性变形,这样轴承外表面与座孔的过盈量消失了,由于启动过程中,启动斜齿轮产生的瞬间轴向冲击载荷的存在,使得原有的轴承极易从座孔中跳出,脱离座孔,使启动失效。本实用新型的外圈材料选用特殊低碳钢板,增强了外圈的芯部强度,使用过程中,始终保持在弹性变形状态,保证了过盈量的存在,从而突破了该类滚针轴承不能承受瞬间轴向冲击载荷的极限,保障了启动电机的启动可靠性。
本实用新型的汽车启动电机轴承的加工工艺如下:
一、零件加工:
a.外圈:开料、落料、一拉、二拉、三拉、压底、打字、切底、过渡、切边、抛串、热处理、抛串、检验、清洗防锈、入半成品库。
b.保持架:剪料、落料成形、拉伸、车边、车槽、冲窗孔、车边、抛串、热处理、抛串、检验、清洗防锈、入半成品库。
c.滚针:断料、清洗、抛串、热处理、粗磨、细磨、精磨、清洗烘干、分选、检验、入半成品库。
d.密封圈:外购、检验、入半成品库。
二、成品装配:
配针、装配、卷边、检验、清洗烘干、加油脂、包装、入成品库。

1.一种汽车启动电机轴承,具有外圈(1)、圆柱滚针(2)和保持架(3),其特征在于:外圈(1)为一圆管,圆管两端向中心翻卷成环形挡板,圆柱滚针(2)和保持架(3)设置在外圈(1)内,保持架(3)将圆柱滚针(2)支撑和定位在外圈(1)内,圆柱滚针(2)的两端头部倒圆角成圆滑过渡,保持架(3)与外圈(1)的环形挡板间设置有密封圈(4),密封圈(4)在靠外圈(1)的环形挡板一侧设置有V形凹槽,在靠保持架(3)一侧设置有U形凹槽。
