Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method for temporarily fixing the installation of a coke oven column, belongs to the technical field of coke oven installation, and provides a construction method for more economically and quickly realizing the temporary fixation of the installation of the coke oven column. D. then, one end of a steel wire is used for tying the furnace column to the pillar, the other end of the steel wire is tied to the lifting lug arranged in the step A, and the temporary fixation of the furnace column is realized by utilizing a coal charging car track bracket and the steel wire;
E. and carrying out subsequent installation construction, and removing the steel wire and the lifting lug after the furnace column is completely and fixedly installed.

D. then, one end of a steel wire 4 is used for tying the furnace column 2 to the column, the other end of the steel wire 4 is tied to the lifting lug 3 arranged in the step A, and the temporary fixation of the furnace column 2 is realized by utilizing the coal charging car track bracket 1 and the steel wire 4;
E. and carrying out subsequent installation construction, and removing the steel wire 4 and the lifting lug 3 after the furnace column 2 is completely and fixedly installed.
In the step A, the installation and construction of the coal charging car track support 1 can be the same as the original construction mode, the lifting lugs 3 are only pre-installed at proper positions after the installation and construction of the coal charging car track support 1 are completed, if the lifting lugs 3 can be welded and fixed on the coal charging car track support 1 in a welding mode, the lifting lugs 3 are used as a structure for connecting the subsequent steel supply wires 4 and are used as temporary fixing points for the furnace columns 2.

D. then tying the furnace column (2) to the column by using one end of a steel wire (4), tying the other end of the steel wire (4) to the lifting lug (3) arranged in the step A, and temporarily fixing the furnace column (2) by using the track bracket (1) of the coal charging car and the steel wire (4);
E. and carrying out subsequent installation construction, and removing the steel wire (4) and the lifting lug (3) after the complete fixed installation of the furnace column (2) is completed.
