Abstract
The invention provides a method for reconstructing and installing a dust removal pipeline of an old factory building, which comprises the following steps: laying pipeline trolley steel rails and movable portal steel rails on the roof girders; respectively installing the pipeline trolley and the movable portal frame on the steel rail; hoisting the dust removal pipeline to the pipeline trolley and fixing; installing a winch at the end of a steel rail on the inner side of the roof girder, arranging a steel wire rope, and respectively dragging the pipeline trolley and the movable portal to a position to be installed; the special pipeline moving and hoisting device for the installation method comprises a pipeline trolley for transporting the dust removal pipe and a moving portal frame for lifting the dust removal pipe, wherein the pipeline trolley is fixedly provided with the dust removal pipe, and four upright posts of the moving portal frame are separated from the periphery of the pipeline trolley; the top of the upright post is provided with a top frame, the middle of the top frame is also provided with a supporting beam, and the supporting beam is provided with a chain block and a chain block; the two ends of the supporting beam are arranged on the top frame through the sliding structure, and the dust removal pipe solves the problem of installation of the dust removal pipe in a narrow space.

When the dust removal pipeline needs to be technically transformed or the dust removal pipe is additionally arranged for an completed factory building or an old factory building, only hoisting equipment can be arranged outside the factory building, but even if a large crane is used, the hoisting moment cannot meet the requirement of a large-span factory building. In addition, the space of the old factory building is small, and the pipeline cannot be directly hoisted into the factory building by the crane.
Therefore, when meeting the engineering that some factory buildings need technical transformation because of environmental protection and not meeting requirements, insisting on the difficulty of installing pipelines by adopting a large crane or a tower crane and installing the pipelines by assembly, the engineering can hardly be implemented, and the construction of the dust removal pipeline transformation of the old factory buildings becomes the technical problem in the field.

The invention provides a method for installing a dust removal pipeline for an old factory building or a completed factory building, which aims to solve the problem that the reconstruction, installation and implementation of the dust removal pipe for the old factory building are difficult in the prior art.

The method can be used for installing pipelines at the top of the old factory building and can also be used in construction environments with narrow actual space and limited hoisting of cranes, and the method is high in applicability and high in construction safety. The problem that a large crane cannot stand due to the fact that a site is narrow can be solved.
The pipeline moving and hoisting device special for the installation method comprises a pipeline trolley used for transporting the dust removal pipe and a moving portal used for lifting the dust removal pipe, wherein the pipeline trolley comprises a supporting plate and rollers, the two sides and the front end of the supporting plate are provided with binding belt fixing points, and the rear end of the supporting plate is provided with a handrail; the movable portal frame comprises four upright posts, the bottoms of the four upright posts are respectively provided with a roller, and the four upright posts are respectively arranged around the pipeline trolley; the top of the upright post is provided with a top frame, the middle of the top frame is also provided with a supporting beam, and the supporting beam is provided with a chain block and a chain block; and two ends of the supporting beam are arranged on the top frame through a sliding structure.

1) laying a pipeline trolley steel rail 3 on the roof girder 8 from outside to inside, and installing a pipeline trolley 6 on the pipeline trolley steel rail 3;
2) installing moving portal steel rails 4 on two sides of a pipeline trolley steel rail 3, and installing moving portals 5 on the moving portal steel rails 4;

7) and a chain block 10 is arranged on the movable portal 5, the dust removal pipeline 7 is lifted to the designed height by adopting the chain block, and the pipeline is fixed and assembled.
The pipeline trolley steel rail 3 and the movable portal steel rail 4 can use the same specification rail, and the pipeline is installed by adopting the trolley and the movable portal, so that the problems that a large crane cannot stand and hoist, the construction period of a tower crane is long, the cost is high, and the construction difficulty of environmental protection transformation of an old factory building is well solved.
In the installation method, the pipeline trolley 6 and the movable portal 5 can be simultaneously moved by the winch 1.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the pipe trolley 6 of the present invention includes a support plate 61 and rollers, wherein the two sides and the front end of the support plate 61 are provided with binding belt fixing points, and the rear end of the support plate 61 is provided with a handrail 62. The moving gantry 5 comprises four upright posts 53, rollers are mounted at the bottoms of the four upright posts 53, the four upright posts 53 are separated around the pipeline trolley 6, a top frame 52 is arranged at the tops of the four upright posts 53, a supporting beam 51 is further arranged in the middle of the top frame 52, a chain block and a chain block are mounted on the supporting beam 51, sliding structures can be designed at two ends of the supporting beam 51, and the sliding structures are mounted on the top frame to realize supporting position adjustment.
Further, the pipeline trolley 6 and the movable portal 5 are designed into an integrated movable structure. The two can be assembled together by coupling beams.
