本发明公开了钢结构厂房技术领域的一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,包括屋面结构、钢桁架和墙立柱,所述钢结构厂房采用了直立式锁缝屋面系统,由屋面结构与屋面梁通过Z型檀条连接构成,所述屋面结构包括钢承板,所述钢承板安装在屋面檩条上,所述钢承板上铺设有岩棉板保温层,所述岩棉板保温层上铺有防水卷材,所述岩棉板保温层和防水卷材通过铆钉连接在钢承板上,所述墙立柱内侧设有保温系统,通过设置岩棉板保温层、防水卷材和保温系统,多种材料相互结合作用进一步提高钢结构厂房的防水保温性能,提高其使用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装修技术领域,具体为一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房。
背景技术
钢结构厂房主要是指主要的承重构件是由钢材组成的,包括钢柱子、钢梁、钢结构基础、钢屋架(当然厂房的跨度比较大,基本现在都是钢结构屋架了)和钢屋盖,由于我国的钢产量增大,很多都开始采用钢结构厂房了,具体还可以分轻型和重型钢结构厂房。,用钢材建造的工业与民用建筑设施被称为钢结构,现有的钢结构厂房保温效果不佳,有的具有保温功能但是忽略了防水,导致保温系统受潮影响钢结构厂房内的温度,尤其在寒冷天气,影响工作人员工作,为了使钢结构厂房防水保温效果得到提高,为此,我们提供一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,包括屋面结构、钢桁架和墙立柱,所述钢结构厂房采用了直立式锁缝屋面系统,由屋面结构与屋面梁通过Z型檀条连接构成,所述屋面结构包括钢承板,所述钢承板安装在屋面檩条上,所述钢承板上铺设有岩棉板保温层,所述岩棉板保温层上铺有防水卷材,所述岩棉板保温层和防水卷材通过铆钉连接在钢承板上,所述屋面结构由钢桁架和墙立柱支撑,所述墙立柱内侧设有保温系统。
进一步地,所述钢承板与岩棉板保温层之间设置有隔汽层。
进一步地,所述防水卷材由多块连接构成,且防水卷材之间通过卷材紧固件热熔焊接在一起。
进一步地,所述保温系统从左向右依次设有外层钢板、防水涂层、隔热板层、石墨聚苯板层、聚酯泡沫层和内层钢板。
进一步地,所述外层钢板和内层钢板均为厚度为0.6MM的镀铝锌钢板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过使用防水卷材满铺屋面,卷材间搭接处理采用热熔焊接,使卷材成为整体,使风载影响最小化,形成有效防水效果。
2、本发明采用了直立式锁缝屋面系统,防止热胀冷缩系数对厂房结构产生影响,保证屋面系统防漏性能,且屋面板、外墙板、墙立柱、桁架等构件均可在工厂预拼装成功后再运输,操作方便,提高钢结构厂房的生产效率。
3、通过屋面结构和墙立柱内的保温系统能够提高钢结构厂房的防水保湿性能,给工作人员工作带来便利,提高其使用效率。

请参阅图,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,包括屋面结构1、钢桁架2和墙立柱3,钢结构厂房采用了直立式锁缝屋面系统,防止热胀冷缩系数对厂房结构产生影响,保证屋面系统防漏性能,由屋面结构1与屋面梁通过Z型檀条连接构成,稳定厂房结构,屋面结构1包括钢承板12,钢承板12安装在屋面檩条11上,钢承板12上铺设有岩棉板保温层14,具有良好的保温性能,岩棉板保温层14上铺有防水卷材15,可以防止岩棉板保温层14受潮,影响其保温性能,岩棉板保温层14和防水卷材15通过铆钉16连接在钢承板12上,起到固定作用,屋面结构1由钢桁架2和墙立柱3支撑,墙立柱3内侧设有保温系统4。
请参阅图2,钢承板12与岩棉板保温层14之间设置有隔汽层13,进一步增强防水性能,防水卷材15由多块连接构成,且防水卷材15之间通过卷材紧固件17热熔焊接在一起,起到固定作用。
请参阅图3,保温系统4从左向右依次设有外层钢板41、防水涂层42、隔热板层43、石墨聚苯板层44、聚酯泡沫层45和内层钢板46,外层钢板41和内层钢板46均为厚度为0.6MM的镀铝锌钢板,防水涂层12具有良好的防水性能,隔热板层43可以起到隔热作用,在夏天的时候防止厂房内温度过高,石墨聚苯板层44具有良好的保温性能,聚酯泡沫层45由聚酯泡沫组成,聚酯泡沫具有良好的减震、吸震、隔音和保温的效果,提高钢结构厂房的使用性能,内外层均是钢板,提高厂房结构的稳定性和坚固性,提高钢结构厂房的使用寿命和使用率。
工作原理:钢承板12安装在屋面檀条11上,在钢承板12上铺设岩棉板保温层14,在岩棉板保温层14上铺设防水卷材15,把岩棉保温层14和防水卷材15通过铆钉16连接在钢承板12上,把屋面结构1和屋面梁通过Z型檀条连接,再与墙立柱3连接。

1.一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,包括屋面结构(1)、钢桁架(2)和墙立柱(3),其特征在于:所述钢结构厂房采用了直立式锁缝屋面系统,由屋面结构(1)与屋面梁通过Z型檀条连接构成,所述屋面结构(1)包括钢承板(12),所述钢承板(12)安装在屋面檩条(11)上,所述钢承板(12)上铺设有岩棉板保温层(14),所述岩棉板保温层(14)上铺有防水卷材(15),所述岩棉板保温层(14)和防水卷材(15)通过铆钉(16)连接在钢承板(12)上,所述墙立柱(3)内侧设有保温系统(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,其特征在于:所述钢承板(12)与岩棉板保温层(14)之间设置有隔汽层(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,其特征在于:所述防水卷材(15)由多块连接构成,且防水卷材(15)之间通过卷材紧固件(17)热熔焊接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的钢结构厂房,其特征在于:所述保温系统(4)从左向右依次设有外层钢板(41)、防水涂层(42)、隔热板层(43)、石墨聚苯板层(44)、聚酯泡沫层(45)和内层钢板(46)。
