Detailed Description
The present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
The application provides a sterilization method of a clothes care device, which has the advantages that a small amount of washing water remains in a communicating pipe connected with a drainage pump due to the self-structure problem of the clothes care device, and the residual water is easy to grow bacteria due to the fact that the washing water contains a large amount of washing liquid and dirt on clothes, so that bad smell can be emitted after a period of time, and the feeling of a user when using the clothes care device is seriously affected. The application installs the clothes care device on the communicating pipe connected with the drain pump to sterilize the residual water in the communicating pipe; the clothes care device in the embodiment provided by the application is a washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, monitoring whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction exists. In one embodiment, the residual water sterilization command is sent through a control panel or a key of the clothes care device or a mobile terminal, etc., the main control panel of the clothes care device receives the command, and the main control panel of the clothes care device sends a processed signal to the sterilization device to start the residual water sterilization program.
Specifically, the self-checking is performed before the clothes care device is turned off or after the clothes care device is turned on or before washing is performed, so as to detect whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored. The method comprises the steps that whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored is detected before the clothes care device is started or after the clothes care device is started or before washing is executed through a control panel, a key or a mobile terminal and the like, when the main control board of the clothes care device detects the residual water sterilization judgment instruction in the self-checking process, the instruction is sent to a sterilization device, and the sterilization device executes sterilization according to the instruction sent by the main control board.
S2, acquiring the current times of the clothes care device. In one embodiment, when the residual water sterilization judgment command is monitored in step S1, the current number of times of the laundry care device is obtained.
S3, judging whether the current times meet preset starting conditions or not; if yes, the clothes care device is configured to start a residual water sterilization program to sterilize the residual water in the drainage pump. In one embodiment, the residual water sterilization program sends an instruction through a control panel or a key of the clothes care device or a mobile terminal, etc., a main control board of the clothes care device receives the instruction, and the main control board of the clothes care device sends a processed signal to the sterilization device to start the residual water sterilization program.
Specifically, the preset starting condition at least comprises a preset sterilization frequency; when the current times reach the preset sterilization times, sterilizing the residual water in the drainage pump; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The control panel, the key or the mobile terminal sends a sterilization instruction to the clothes care device so as to set the preset sterilization times of the clothes care device, and the main control board of the clothes care device starts to count after receiving the set program. After the clothes care device monitors the residual water judging instruction, a main control board of the clothes care device starts to accumulate the washing times and acquire the current times of the clothes care device. And after the current times acquired by the clothes care device meet the preset starting condition, namely the preset sterilization times, configuring the clothes care device to start a residual water sterilization program so as to sterilize the residual water in the drainage pump. Such as: after the clothes care device monitors that the residual water sterilization judgment instruction exists, the current times acquired during each washing are accumulated, and when the current times reach the preset sterilization times, for example, three times, the residual water of the drainage pump is sterilized. The residual water sterilization program is started by acquiring the current times, namely the accumulation of the calculated times, so that the configuration sterilization program of the clothes care device is reasonable, and the sterilization program is reasonable according to the use times of the clothes care device by a user. For example, the sterilization program is configured only by a preset time, and the sterilization is still performed when the laundry care device is not started for a long time, so that the laundry care device is not reasonable.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the preset starting condition further includes a preset sterilization time;
acquiring the current time of the clothes care device;
judging whether the current time meets the preset sterilization time or not;
if the current time meets the preset sterilization time and/or the current times meet the preset sterilization times, executing sterilization; otherwise, sterilization is not performed.
Specifically, when the current times do not reach the preset times, the current time of the clothes care device reaches the set time, and whether a residual water sterilization program starting signal is received is detected. And (3) double setting is carried out on the sterilization program for starting the residual water, and the sterilization program for starting the residual water is started when the third washing after the sterilization is finished, for example, the sterilization is not needed for two times in the middle after the completion of the washing program. However, if the second residual water sterilization process is not started yet after the interval between two adjacent times is long, for example, ten days after the completion of the present laundry but the set time, for example, forty hours has been reached within the ten days, the residual water sterilization process is preferentially started. The dual setting of the sterilization process is suitable for the situation that the user's use habit is suddenly changed and the setting is not changed in time, so that the phenomenon that a great amount of bacteria are bred in the residual water pump and bad smell is emitted due to the fact that the sterilization process is not started for a long time is avoided. This dual setting is similar to the reservation setting and is initiated when the user's lifestyle suddenly changes, for example, when the user travels outside. In this embodiment, the sterilization process is configured by a preset time and a preset number of times, so that the sterilization process of the laundry care device is rationalized.
The receiving of the residual water sterilization program starting signal is set according to a control panel, a key, a mobile terminal and the like of the clothes care device, and the specific setting can be comprehensively considered according to the environmental factors such as the temperature, the humidity and the like of the clothes care device at the moment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the number and speed of bacterial growth in water are closely related to the environment in which the laundry care device is located, for example, the temperature, humidity, etc. of the environment in which the laundry care device is located, and the temperature is generally in the range of 25-40 ℃, and the fastest kind of bacterial growth in water is also more.
Specifically, the bacteria detector detects the bacteria amount in the residual water of the drain pump, and the corresponding residual water sterilization program is configured according to the detected bacteria amount to perform sterilization.
When the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector is within a first set threshold range, configuring a first sterilization program, wherein the first sterilization program executes sterilization;
when the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector is within a second set threshold range, configuring a second sterilization program, wherein the second sterilization program executes sterilization;
wherein the bacteria data of the first set threshold range is greater than the bacteria count of the second set threshold range; the sterilization intensity of the first sterilization procedure is greater than the sterilization intensity of the second sterilization procedure. In one embodiment, the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector corresponds to different sterilization procedures, the sterilization intensities of the different sterilization procedures are different, and the sterilization procedures with different sterilization intensities correspond to different sterilization costs, so that selecting an appropriate sterilization procedure can save the sterilization costs and improve the sterilization efficiency. Such as: the clothes care device is preset to be sterilized before washing after each start in hot summer, but the materials of clothes washed by the clothes care device and the degree of stains contained in the clothes are different each time, so that the quantity of bacteria contained in residual water in the drainage pump before each washing is different, even the quantity of bacteria contained in the residual water in the drainage pump is quite different, and a more suitable sterilization signal mode can be selected by utilizing the bacteria detector to detect the quantity of bacteria in the residual water of the drainage pump.
For example, in the southern plum rain season, the humidity is high, and bacteria are likely to grow. The sterilization mode cannot be completely adapted to a period of time according to the preset sterilization times or time; it should be understood that the temperature or humidity of the laundry care device in one sterilization mode may also be greatly different, i.e. the amount and kind of bacteria growing in the residual water in the drain pump may be greatly different.
Of course, the specific sterilization times or times can be set according to specific situations, but the general principle is to preset the sterilization times or times according to the large environment where the clothes care device is located, such as the clothes care device is in winter or summer; and then the sterilization intensity of the sterilization program is further adjusted according to the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector, so that the adaptive sterilization program is more accurately selected, the sterilization cost is saved, and meanwhile, a large amount of bacteria are prevented from breeding in residual water in the drainage pump.
