Description

Sterilization method and system for clothes care device, storage medium and device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of sterilization of clothes care devices, in particular to a sterilization method of a clothes care device.
Background
Advances in laundry technology have intuitively reflected advances in human science and technology. From the beginning, people beat clothes manually at the river, remove stains with the gleditsia sinensis, increase the friction between clothes with the washboard later, use soap or washing powder, and then add laundry detergent to the electric pulsator washing machine until the most advanced drum washing machine at present. In addition to the different ways of washing, more and more functions are added in the newer and more generation of the washing machine, such as drying, self-cleaning, high-temperature sterilization and the like.
In the past, the main follow-up of clothes washing is 'washing clean', and the aim of washing clothes is achieved as long as the surface of the clothes has no obvious stains and no peculiar smell. Since the washing water flows between the tub and the inner and outer tub, dirt is formed on the outer wall of the inner tub and the inner wall of the outer tub for a long period of time, which results in a great amount of bacteria growth, which may cause great harm to the human body, and in fact, the bacterial count of the washing machine without cleaning for a long period of time is quite remarkable.
There are two general sterilization methods of the existing washing machine, one is a physical sterilization method and the other is a chemical sterilization method. The physical sterilization method comprises high-temperature sterilization, antibacterial materials and nano antibacterial; the chemical sterilization method at least comprises silver ion sterilization, electrolytic water sterilization and ozone sterilization. In addition, the ultraviolet sterilization device is generally arranged on the inner side of the seat upper cover, so that the waterproof requirement on the ultraviolet sterilization device is low, but the sterilization ultraviolet light directly irradiates the clothes to cause a certain degree of damage to the clothes; or the ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at the water inlet to sterilize the injected water, but dirt accumulated on the drum wall in the washing process is mixed into the washing water to pollute clothes.

Detailed Description
The present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
The application provides a sterilization method of a clothes care device, which is characterized in that an ultraviolet sterilization device is generally arranged at a water inlet of a washing machine to sterilize injected water, but dirt accumulated on the outer wall of an inner cylinder or the inner wall of an outer cylinder is mixed into washing water in the washing or rinsing process, so that the clothes in the inner cylinder are polluted. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at the lowest part of the outer cylinder of the washing machine, namely, after dirt on the inner wall or the outer wall of the outer cylinder of the washing machine is mixed into washing water, the ultraviolet sterilization device can sterilize the washing water; in addition, residual water in the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump after washing is finished can be sterilized by the ultraviolet sterilization device, so that peculiar smell generated by long-time bacterial breeding is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s10, acquiring a current execution program of the current clothes care device. The execution program of the laundry care device includes a washing program, a rinsing program, a dehydrating program, a drying program, and the like.
S20, judging whether a sterilization program exists in the current execution program.
And S30, when the sterilization program is judged to exist in the step S20, the clothes care device is configured to start the ultraviolet sterilization device at the water outlet of the outer cylinder so as to sterilize the washing water in the outer cylinder or the washing water and washings in the washing process. The drain opening of the tub is generally located at the lowest position thereof to drain the washing water in the tub. The draining mode of the clothes care device generally comprises upper draining and lower draining, wherein the upper draining is that the washing water in the outer barrel is drained from the upper end of the clothes care device through a draining pump; the drain pump is not needed for draining the lower water, and the washing water in the outer barrel is drained through the self gravity. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged at the water outlet of the outer cylinder, the ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged on the communicating pipe, and the communicating pipe is a multi-way connecting piece; when the execution program of the clothes care device is different, the sterilization object of the ultraviolet sterilization device is different, for example, when the execution program is washing or rinsing, the washing water in the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder needs to be sterilized, when the execution program is dewatering, the discharged water needs to be sterilized, and the sterilization time are different according to different execution programs.
It should be noted that: for example, when the current execution program of the obtained clothes care device is a washing program or a rinsing program, the ultraviolet sterilization device is used for sterilizing the washing water in the outer cylinder, and the inner cylinder is continuously rotated in the process of the washing program or the rinsing program to drive the washing water in the outer cylinder to continuously roll, so that the sterilization is further performed on the washing water and the washings in the inner cylinder in the washing process. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, when the obtained current execution program is a washing program or a rinsing program, the method includes the following steps:
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; if not, judging that the current execution program is a washing program or a rinsing program.
Acquiring the sterilization time of a current execution program; the sterilization time during which the washing process or the rinsing process has been completed is obtained.
Judging whether the sterilization time meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, stopping sterilization; otherwise, sterilization is continued. Sterilization is performed by presetting a sterilization time threshold in the present embodiment, which should be understood as: for example, in the washing procedure, the time required for the whole washing procedure is fifteen minutes, the preset sterilization time is three minutes, and when the obtained sterilization time meets the three minutes, sterilization is stopped; otherwise, sterilization is continued.
It should be noted that the draining process or the rinsing process also includes draining, the draining stage will start the draining pump, and the draining process will not perform sterilization; the reason is as follows: the washing process and the rinsing process are followed by a dewatering process, wherein the dewatering process can execute the final drainage in the whole washing process, and part of the final drainage in the dewatering process is remained in the communication with the drainage pump, so that the drainage in the washing process and the rinsing process does not need to execute sterilization; of course, if the user deems it necessary, the configuration may be performed.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the currently executed program acquired in step S10 is a dehydration program, the method specifically includes the following steps:
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; in the event of a start-up,
acquiring the current time required by the execution program;
acquiring the current time of the execution program;
judging whether the time from the end of the washing program meets a preset sterilization time threshold or not according to the current time and the required time; if yes, executing sterilization; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. In this embodiment, the total time required to acquire the washing process, i.e., the dehydrating process, is, for example, eight minutes; when the current time of the dehydration process is acquired, judging whether the current time is equal to the preset sterilization time threshold value or not, wherein the judgment is as follows: the countdown time of the dehydration procedure, for example, the dehydration procedure can be completed after three minutes, and when the three minutes meet the preset sterilization time threshold, sterilization is started to be executed; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The dewatering process is to drain water in the whole washing process, and residual water exists in the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump after the dewatering process is finished due to the structural problem of the washing machine, so bacteria growing in the residual water in the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump can be killed by executing sterilization in the final stage of the dewatering process, and the problem that the residual water grows a large amount of bacteria for a long time to generate peculiar smell is avoided.
It should be noted that: in the drying process or other processes where drainage is not involved, the present application does not perform sterilization because: the penetration of ultraviolet sterilization is weak, and the sterilization effect is not obvious. The washing procedure, the rinsing procedure and the dewatering procedure all involve water, and the water is used as a carrier to carry out comprehensive sterilization and disinfection, so that the sterilization effect is good. Such as: in the washing process or rinsing process, the washing water communicated with the drainage pump is sterilized, and the washing water is in motion, so the ultraviolet sterilization device is used for sterilizing part of the washing water, but the washing machine which is in motion always has good sterilization effect in a long-time sterilization process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp in the ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus irradiates the washing water in the tub to perform sterilization on the washing water in the tub. The ultraviolet sterilization device is arranged on the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump, and comprises at least one ultraviolet sterilization lamp, one end of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is arranged on the ultraviolet sterilization device, and the other end of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is positioned in the communicating pipe connected with the drainage pump and irradiates the washing water in the outer barrel. For example, the distance between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder is about 1.5-3cm, the distance is a penetrable distance of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, the washing water in the outer cylinder continuously moves along with the rotation of the inner cylinder, and the sterilizing effect of the clothes is improved by setting the sterilizing time of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp; in addition, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can sterilize the washing water and the washings in the washing machine which is washing or rinsing, and can sterilize the dirt on the outer wall of the inner cylinder or the inner wall of the outer cylinder mixed into the washing water, so that the dirt on the outer wall of the inner cylinder or the inner wall of the outer cylinder can be prevented from causing secondary pollution to clothes.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the washing water in the communication pipe connected to the drain pump is sterilized;
the circulating pump is used for driving the washing water to circulate in the outer cylinder and the pipeline so as to execute circulating sterilization on the washing water passing through the ultraviolet sterilization device. In this embodiment, the circulating pump is used to drive the washing water to circulate in the outer tub and the two connecting pipes, so that the washing water in the outer tub can be sterilized while the washing water not passing through the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp may not be sterilized, compared with the passive sterilizing method in the previous embodiment, i.e., the washing water in the outer tub passes through the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp; in the embodiment, the washing water is actively circulated by an active sterilization mode, namely by using a circulating pump, so that the sterilization effect is improved.
Specifically, a circulating pump is arranged on the communicating pipe, one end of the first connecting pipe and one end of the second connecting pipe are connected with the circulating pump, and the other end of the first connecting pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder; the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are respectively connected with different positions of the outer cylinder, and preferably, the longer the distance between the two positions of the outer cylinder, which are communicated with the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe, the better. The washing water in the outer barrel is circulated all the time through the first connecting pipe, the circulating pump, the second connecting pipe and the outer barrel by utilizing the circulating pump, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is arranged in the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe so as to sterilize the washing water passing through the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe.
In one embodiment, in step S30, further includes:
configuring a sterilization mode of the laundry care device based on the execution program; wherein the sterilization modes include an interval sterilization mode and a continuous sterilization mode. Such as: the interval sterilization mode is preferable for sterilization in the washing process or the rinsing process because the rotation of the inner tub is also interval; the continuous sterilization mode is preferable in the dehydration process because the drain pump continuously passes the washing water through the communication pipe during the drain process. The specific time for the interval of the interval sterilization mode can be set according to specific situations, such as the time of the interval matches the rotation mode of the inner cylinder and the like.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that is executed by a processor to perform a method of sterilizing a laundry care device.
The application also provides a sterilization system of the clothes care device, as shown in fig. 3, comprising an acquisition module 100, a judgment module 200, a sterilization module 300 and an ultraviolet sterilization device 10; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,

acquiring the sterilization time of the current execution program;
judging whether the sterilization time meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, stopping sterilization; otherwise, continuing to execute sterilization;
or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
judging whether the current drainage pump is started or not based on the current execution program; in the event of a start-up,
acquiring the current time required by the execution program;
judging whether the time from the end of the execution sequence meets a preset sterilization time threshold value or not; if yes, executing sterilization; otherwise, stopping sterilization;
the execution unit 301 is configured to sterilize the washing water in the communication pipe connected to the drain pump;

In one embodiment, the laundry care device drains water by draining water upward, connects the drain pump 40 to the outer tub 20 through the communication pipe 60, and installs the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 inside the communication pipe. Because of the structure of the clothes care device, after the water draining process is finished, residual water exists in the communicating pipe communicated with the water draining pump, the residual water contains laundry detergent and sundries for clothes washing treatment, a large amount of bacteria can be easily bred, and ultraviolet sterilization is carried out on the discharged washing water when the clothes care device carries out the final water draining process, namely the final water draining process, so that bacteria breeding and peculiar smell generation of the washing water remained in the communicating pipe communicated with the water draining pump are avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the ultraviolet sterilization device 10 further includes a reflector and 120 connector 130; the reflecting plate 120 surrounds the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 through the connecting member 130, so as to increase the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 110 to the washing water in the outer tub 20.
