Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The invention provides a sterilization method of a clothes care device, which has the advantages that a small amount of washing water remains in a communication pipe connected with a drainage pump due to the structural problem of the clothes care device, and the washing water contains a large amount of washing liquid and dirt on clothes, so that bacteria are easy to breed in the residual water, bad smell is emitted after a period of time, and the feeling of a user when the user uses the clothes care device is seriously influenced. The invention installs the clothes nursing device on the communicating pipe connected with the draining pump to sterilize the residual water in the communicating pipe; the clothes care device provided by the embodiment of the invention is a washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S1, monitoring whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction exists. In one embodiment, the residual water sterilization instruction is sent through a control panel or a key of the laundry care device or a mobile terminal, the main control board of the laundry care device receives the instruction, and the main control board of the laundry care device sends the processed signal to the sterilization device to start the residual water sterilization program.
Specifically, self-checking is performed before the clothes care device is turned off or after the clothes care device is turned on or before laundry is executed, so as to detect whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored. The method comprises the steps that a control panel, a key or a mobile terminal and the like are used for sending a residual water sterilization judgment instruction which is detected whether to monitor before the clothes care device is started or after the clothes care device is started or before clothes washing is executed, when a main control board of the clothes care device detects the residual water sterilization judgment instruction in the self-detection process, the instruction is sent to a sterilization device, and the sterilization device executes sterilization according to the instruction sent by the main control board.
S2, acquiring the current times of the clothes care device. In one embodiment, when the residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored in step S1, the current number of times of the laundry care device is acquired.
S3, judging whether the current times meet preset starting conditions or not; if so, the clothes care device is configured to start a residual water sterilization program to sterilize the residual water in the drainage pump. In one embodiment, the residual water sterilization program sends an instruction through a control panel or a key of the laundry care device or a mobile terminal, the main control board of the laundry care device receives the instruction, and the main control board of the laundry care device sends the processed signal to the sterilization device to start the residual water sterilization program.
Specifically, the preset starting condition at least comprises a preset sterilization frequency; when the current times reach the preset sterilization times, performing sterilization on residual water in the drainage pump; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The sterilization instruction is sent to the clothes care device through a control panel, a key or a mobile terminal and the like so as to set the preset sterilization times of the clothes care device, and the main control panel of the clothes care device starts to calculate the times after receiving the set program. After the clothes care device monitors the residual water judgment instruction, the main control board of the clothes care device starts to accumulate the washing times and obtains the current times of the clothes care device. When the current times acquired by the clothes nursing device meets the preset starting condition, namely the preset sterilization times, the clothes nursing device is configured to start the residual water sterilization program to perform sterilization on the residual water in the drainage pump. Such as: after the clothes care device monitors that the residual water sterilization judgment instruction exists, the obtained current times are accumulated when washing is carried out each time, the current times are accumulated to reach the preset sterilization times, for example, when the current times are three times, the residual water of the drainage pump is sterilized. The residual water sterilization program is started by acquiring the current times, namely the accumulation of the counting times, so that the sterilization program configured by the clothes care device is rationalized, and the sterilization program is configured according to the use times of the clothes care device used by a user, so that the sterilization program is rationalized. For example, the sterilization program is configured only by the preset time, and the clothes care device still performs sterilization under the condition that the washing is not started for a long time, which is unreasonable.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the preset starting condition further includes a preset sterilization time;
acquiring the current time of the clothes care device;
judging whether the current time meets the preset sterilization time or not;
if the current time meets the preset sterilization time and/or the current times meets the preset sterilization times, performing sterilization; otherwise, sterilization is not performed.
Specifically, when the current times do not reach the preset times and the current time of the clothes care device reaches the set time, whether a residual water sterilization program starting signal is received or not is detected. The residual water sterilization starting program is dually set, priority rules are followed, for example, after the washing program is finished, sterilization is not needed twice at an interval, and the residual water sterilization program is started when the third washing after the sterilization is finished. However, if the time interval between two adjacent times is long, for example, the second residual water sterilization process is not started after ten days after the completion of the washing but a set time, for example, forty hours, has been reached within the ten days, the residual water sterilization process is preferentially started. The double setting of the sterilization program is suitable for the change that the use habit of the user is suddenly changed without timely setting so as to avoid the phenomenon that the sterilization program cannot be started for a long time to cause the residue in the drainage pump to breed a large amount of bacteria and emit bad smell at the same time. The dual settings are similar to the reservation settings and are activated when the user's lifestyle changes suddenly, for example, when the user is traveling outside. In the embodiment, the sterilization program is configured by the preset time and the preset times, so that the sterilization program of the clothes care device is rationalized.
It should be noted that the receiving of the residual water sterilization program starting signal is set according to the control panel, the keys, the mobile terminal and the like of the clothes care device, and the specific setting can be comprehensively considered according to the environmental factors such as the temperature, the humidity and the like of the clothes care device at the time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the amount and speed of bacteria growth in water are closely related to the environment of the clothes care device, for example, the temperature, humidity, etc. of the environment of the clothes care device, generally the temperature is in the range of 25-40 ℃, and the bacteria growth speed in water is higher.
Specifically, the number of bacteria in the residual water of the drain pump is detected by the bacteria detector, and the corresponding residual water sterilization program is configured according to the detected number of bacteria to perform sterilization.
When the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector is within a first set threshold range, configuring a first sterilization program, and executing sterilization by the first sterilization program;
when the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector is within a second set threshold range, configuring a second sterilization program, and executing sterilization by the second sterilization program;
wherein the bacteria data of the first set threshold range is larger than the bacteria number of the second set threshold range; the sterilization intensity of the first sterilization program is greater than the sterilization intensity of the second sterilization program. In one embodiment, the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector corresponds to different sterilization procedures, the sterilization intensity of different sterilization procedures is different, and the sterilization procedures with different sterilization intensities correspond to different sterilization costs, so that the sterilization cost can be saved by selecting a proper sterilization procedure, and the sterilization efficiency can be improved. Such as: the clothes nursing device is preset to be sterilized before washing after being started in hot summer, but the material of the clothes washed by the clothes nursing device and the degree of stains contained in the clothes are different, so that the number of bacteria contained in the residual water in the drainage pump before washing is different, even the difference is very large, and a more suitable sterilization signal mode can be selected by detecting the number of bacteria in the residual water of the drainage pump by using the bacteria detector.
For example, in a rainy season in the south, the humidity is high, and bacteria are easy to grow. The sterilization mode cannot be completely adapted to a period of time according to the preset sterilization times or time; it should be understood that there is also a large difference in the temperature or humidity at which the laundry care appliance is located in a sterilization mode, i.e. there is a large difference in the number and kind of bacteria growing in the residual water in the drain pump.
The specific number of times or time of sterilization can be set according to specific situations, but the general principle is that the number of times or time of sterilization is preset according to the environment where the clothes care device is located, such as the clothes care device is in winter or summer; and further adjusting the sterilization intensity of the sterilization program according to the number of bacteria detected by the bacteria detector so as to more accurately select the adaptive sterilization program, thereby saving the sterilization cost and simultaneously avoiding breeding a large amount of bacteria in the residual water in the drainage pump.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for execution by a processor of a method of sterilizing a laundry care device.
The present invention further provides a sterilization system of a clothes care device, as shown in fig. 5, comprising a detection module 200, an acquisition module 100, a control module 300, and a sterilization device 10; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
