Detailed Description
The present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
The application provides a sterilization method of a clothes care device, which has the advantages that a small amount of washing water remains in a communicating pipe connected with a drainage pump due to the self-structure problem of the clothes care device, and the residual water is easy to grow bacteria due to the fact that the washing water contains a large amount of washing liquid and dirt on clothes, so that bad smell can be emitted after a period of time, and the feeling of a user when using the clothes care device is seriously affected. The application installs the clothes care device on the communicating pipe connected with the drain pump to sterilize the residual water in the communicating pipe; the clothes care device in the embodiment provided by the application is a washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, monitoring whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction exists. In one embodiment, the residual water sterilization command is sent through a control panel or a key of the clothes care device or a mobile terminal, etc., the main control panel of the clothes care device receives the command, and the main control panel of the clothes care device sends a processed signal to the sterilization device to start the residual water sterilization program.
Specifically, the self-checking is performed before the clothes care device is turned off or after the clothes care device is turned on or before washing is performed, so as to detect whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored. The method comprises the steps that whether a residual water sterilization judgment instruction is monitored is detected before the clothes care device is started or after the clothes care device is started or before washing is executed through a control panel, a key or a mobile terminal and the like, when the main control board of the clothes care device detects the residual water sterilization judgment instruction in the self-checking process, the instruction is sent to a sterilization device, and the sterilization device executes sterilization according to the instruction sent by the main control board.
S2, acquiring the current time of the clothes care device. In one embodiment, when the residual water sterilization judgment command is monitored in step S1, the current time of the laundry care device is acquired.
S3, judging whether the current time meets a preset starting condition or not; if yes, the clothes care device is configured to start a residual water sterilization program to sterilize the residual water in the drainage pump. In one embodiment, when the current time of the laundry care device acquired in step S2 satisfies a preset start condition, the laundry care device is configured to start a residual water sterilization process to perform sterilization of residual water in the drain pump.
Specifically, the preset conditions include at least one preset sterilization time; when the current time reaches the preset sterilization time, sterilization is executed; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The control panel, the key or the mobile terminal sends a sterilization instruction to the clothes care device so as to set the preset sterilization time of the clothes care device, and the main control board of the clothes care device starts timing after receiving the set program. For example, sterilization is started after ten hours of the set time, and when the current time of the clothes care device reaches the preset sterilization time, the main control board sends a sterilization instruction to the sterilization device to execute sterilization; when the acquired current time of the laundry care device does not meet the set preset sterilization time, sterilization is not performed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes the step of, before step S3:
the first step, the current times of the clothes care device are obtained. In one embodiment, when the residual water sterilization judgment command is monitored in step S1, the current number of times of the laundry care device is obtained. It should be noted that, the current number of times of the laundry care device corresponds to the current time acquired in step S1, and it should be understood that a certain time in the current number of times of the laundry care device acquired is the current time acquired.
And secondly, judging whether the current times meet preset sterilization times or not. In one embodiment, a sterilization instruction is sent to the clothes care device through a control panel, a key or a mobile terminal to set the preset sterilization times of the clothes care device, and the main control panel of the clothes care device starts counting the washing times of the clothes care device after receiving a set program; when the acquired times of the current clothes care device meet the preset sterilization times, entering the next step; otherwise, continuing to judge whether the preset sterilization times are met.
Thirdly, executing sterilization if the current times reach preset sterilization times and/or the current time reaches the preset sterilization time; otherwise, sterilization is not performed. In one embodiment, the current number of times of the clothes care device in the second step satisfies the preset sterilization number of times and the current time of the clothes care device in the step S3 satisfies the preset sterilization time, and if one of the two conditions is satisfied, sterilization is performed, otherwise, sterilization is not performed. The sterilization process for starting the residual water is set in double, that is, any one of the sterilization conditions is preferably satisfied to perform sterilization. For example, sterilization is not needed for two times in the middle after the washing process is finished, and the residual water sterilization process is started when the third washing process after the sterilization is finished. However, if the second residual water sterilization process is not started yet after the interval between two adjacent times is long, for example, ten days after the completion of the present laundry but the preset sterilization time, for example, forty hours has been reached within the ten days, the residual water sterilization process is started. The dual setting of the sterilization process is suitable for the situation that the user's use habit is suddenly changed and the setting is not changed in time, so that the phenomenon that a great amount of bacteria are bred in the residual water pump and bad smell is emitted due to the fact that the sterilization process is not started for a long time is avoided. This dual setting is similar to the reservation setting and is initiated when the user's lifestyle suddenly changes, for example, when the user travels outside.
The receiving of the residual water sterilization program starting signal is set according to a control panel, a key, a mobile terminal and the like of the clothes care device, and the specific setting can be comprehensively considered according to the environmental factors such as the temperature, the humidity and the like of the clothes care device at the moment.
In one embodiment, a detected temperature of a temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature in which the laundry care device is located is obtained;
and selecting and starting an ultraviolet sterilization program with a corresponding wavelength according to the detected temperature to sterilize the residual water in the drainage pump. The quantity and the speed of bacteria breeding in water are closely related to the environmental temperature of the clothes care device, the general temperature is in the range of 25-40 ℃, the fastest variety of bacteria breeding in water is also more, and therefore, the influence of season change on the speed and the quantity of bacteria breeding in residual water in the drainage pump is larger. The odor is easy to smell in hot summer, and the odor is less smelled in cold winter.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the detected temperature of the temperature sensor is obtained, and the residual water sterilization program sets a preset sterilization time or preset sterilization times according to the detected temperature; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the ambient temperature of the clothes care device. The temperature sensor is arranged on the box body of the clothes care device and used for detecting the temperature of the environment where the clothes care device is located so as to configure the preset sterilization time or preset sterilization times of the residual water sterilization program of the clothes care device, and residual water in the drainage pump is reasonably arranged to be sterilized, so that excessive sterilization or insufficient sterilization times are avoided.
The ultraviolet sterilization process of the corresponding wavelength is selectively started according to the detected temperature to sterilize the residual water in the drain pump. The corresponding sterilization procedures are selected according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, the detected different temperatures correspond to the pollution degree of residual water of the drainage pump, namely the bacterial breeding quantity, and the different pollution degrees correspond to the ultraviolet sterilization procedures with different wavelengths so as to execute sterilization. In this embodiment, the residual water sterilization process uses ultraviolet sterilization, and ultraviolet rays with different wavelengths correspond to sterilization processes with different intensities.
Specifically, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is within a first temperature threshold range, selecting a corresponding ultraviolet sterilization program with a first wavelength to perform sterilization; the first threshold range is in the case of a higher temperature, for example: the temperature sensor detects that the laundry care device is located at an ambient temperature greater than 25 ℃, a temperature range in which a large amount of bacteria is easily grown, and sterilization is performed according to an ultraviolet sterilization program corresponding to a signal pattern of the temperature configuration, and the ultraviolet sterilization program preferably performs sterilization using ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 250nm to 275 nm.
When the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is within the second temperature threshold range, a corresponding ultraviolet sterilization program of a second wavelength is selected to perform sterilization. When the detected temperature information falls into a second threshold range, a sterilization instruction is sent to the sterilization device body, so that the sterilization device body sterilizes residual water in the drainage pump within a set time after the drainage pump stops working. The second threshold range is in the case of a lower temperature, such as: the temperature sensor detects that the environment temperature of the clothes care device is below 10 ℃, bacteria are not easy to grow in the temperature range, sterilization is performed according to an ultraviolet sterilization program corresponding to a signal mode of the temperature configuration, and the ultraviolet sterilization cost is preferably used for performing sterilization by utilizing ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 225-240 nm.
Of course, the specific sterilization times or time can be set according to specific conditions, but the total principle is to adjust the sterilization times according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor so as to avoid the residual water in the drainage pump from breeding a large amount of bacteria.
In one embodiment, the comparison of the data in the first storage unit and the second storage unit is performed before the laundry care device is turned off, and when the data amount stored in the first storage unit and the data amount stored in the second storage unit are the same, the turning off is performed; when the data volume stored in the first storage unit is smaller than the data volume stored in the second storage unit, copying the data in the second storage unit and replacing the data volume stored in the first storage unit; the first storage unit is a cache data unit, and the second storage unit is a local storage unit. The first storage unit and the second storage unit are used for storing data related to the laundry care device, such as: the number of laundry times of the laundry care device is recorded. The buffer data unit is arranged in the clothes care device, and the buffer data unit can be used as a replacement storage unit when the local storage unit is damaged, so that the double-guarantee effect is achieved.
