Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, and aims to solve the problems that bacteria in a washing machine cannot be flexibly and conveniently detected and a washing drum cannot be comprehensively and fully sterilized in the prior art. To this end, the present invention provides a health monitoring module which can be fixedly connected with a washing machine body in a detachable manner, and which includes a bacteria detection module capable of detecting bacteria of an object to be detected in a detached state and/or a fixed state of the health monitoring module. Based on the problems that bacteria cannot be flexibly and conveniently detected and the washing drum and the washed objects cannot be comprehensively and fully sterilized in the prior art, the invention provides a health monitoring module for a washing machine and the washing machine.

Further, as for a specific implementation manner, a solution suction device is disposed in the bacteria detection module 11, in a set detection stage, the control module 12 of the health monitoring module 1 controls the solution suction device to suck a certain amount of liquid, then the bacteria detection module 11 is started to detect bacteria in the liquid, after the detection is completed, data is transmitted to the storage module 13 to store the data, and the sucked liquid is discharged out of the detection cavity. In order to ensure the accuracy of the detected number, the bacteria detection module 11 is configured to detect a plurality of pieces of data of the number of bacteria at the same stage, and determine whether an average value of the plurality of pieces of data is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value; when the average value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the bacteria number in the washing drum of the washing machine is beyond a safe range, and sterilization treatment is needed, at the moment, the control module 12 controls the alarm module 14 to alarm and prompt a user that the bacteria number in the washing drum exceeds the preset threshold value, the user can select to start sterilization operation when receiving the prompt that the bacteria exceed the standard, and when the user does not select within a specified time, the control module 12 directly controls the sterilization module 15 to start, so that the cleaned object or the washing machine is sterilized, and the bacteria are prevented from affecting the human health; if the detected bacteria number does not exceed the preset threshold, the bacteria number in the washing drum is in the safe range, the sterilization treatment is not needed, and at the moment, the user is not prompted, and the sterilization module 15 is not started.
Preferably, the bacteria detecting module 11 is configured to detect data of at least 5 bacteria counts at the same stage, and compare the average value of the data of 5 bacteria counts with a preset threshold value, so as to reduce the influence of detection errors on the data and ensure the accuracy of the detected counts.
In actual use, after the user sets the "bacteria count detection function", the health monitoring module 1 is placed in the washing drum: the bacteria detection module 11 of the health monitoring module 1 is capable of detecting bacteria during a laundry washing process. To improve the accuracy of the detection result, it is preferable to perform the detection during the rinsing, and more preferably, the detection during the rinsing cycle before the last soft rinsing, because most of the bacteria in the washing water are discharged out of the washing machine during the draining and dehydrating operations after the washing, and the number of bacteria in the rinsing water most represents the actual number of bacteria finally remaining in the laundry. When the bacterial number in the washing drum of the washing machine is detected, for the drum washing machine, the control module 12 of the health monitoring module 1 or the control unit of the washing machine controls the washing machine to stop running, so that the bacteria detection module 11 is ensured to be positioned at the bottom of the drum, and the accuracy of detection data is ensured; for the pulsator washing machine, as the washing drum of the pulsator washing machine is vertically arranged, the water level in the washing drum is high, as long as the bacteria detection module 11 is ensured to be positioned in the washing water, the washing machine does not need to be stopped to operate in order to position the bacteria detection module 11 at the bottom of the washing drum, and the rinsing water is sucked according to the detection method and then correspondingly detected.
When a user sets a special program, for example a washing drum self-cleaning program, this program only contains a single washing operation and therefore is detected directly in the washing phase. Of course, other types of sterilization modules or devices may be selected as desired by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

7. The health monitoring module of claim 2, wherein the control module controls the bacteria detection module to detect bacteria counts within a wash tub of the washing machine during a rinse phase when the washing machine initiates a wash program.
8. The health monitoring module of claim 2, wherein the control module controls the bacteria detection module to detect the number of bacteria in a wash tub of the washing machine during a wash phase when the washing machine initiates a self-cleaning procedure.
9. A washing machine, characterized by comprising a health monitoring module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
