Abstract

一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、10‑15份阻燃母粒、0.3‑0.8份乙烯基硅油、0.1‑0.5份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。本发明能通过美国CFR1633测试的产品特点:阻燃,抗熔融,少量烟气,不释放毒气,具有自灭效果,碳化后能保持原状,吸湿,透气,手感柔软,弹性持久,30秒内自动熄灭,主要适用于出口欧洲市场,高档沙发采用较多。

一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌材料,具体为一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
阻燃无纺布按工艺可分为阻燃针棉和阻燃热风棉。阻燃针棉是经针刺机穿刺后纤维纠结而成;阻燃热风棉主要是经铺网后热风过炉形成。两种产品都有自己的特点,共性是阻燃防火、轻便、保暖、耐用、环保。阻燃剂分为很多种,有卤系阻燃剂、有机磷系及磷-卤系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂以及无机阻燃剂。目前使用最多的是卤系阻燃剂中的溴系阻燃剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、10-15份阻燃母粒、0.3-0.8份乙烯基硅油、0.1-0.5份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。
作为优选,所述阻燃母粒包括以下组分:
A.将100份聚烯烃弹性体、10-15份双苯基链节高温硫化苯基硅橡胶、6-7份四丁基氢氧化磷、2-3份芳香油、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维12-15份、十溴二苯乙烷5-8份、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合,导入预备溶液,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30-40分钟,得到混合物;
B.将混合物送入干燥箱内80—90℃下烘燥约1—1.5小时,将混合物加入双杆螺旋挤出机中,控制挤出机温度为220-230℃,熔融挤出,得到阻燃母粒。
发明效果:
1.质轻、柔软:以聚丙烯树脂为主要生产原料具蓬松性,由细纤维组成(2-3D)轻点状热熔粘结成型。成品柔软度适中,具舒适感,手感好。
2.拨水、透气:聚丙烯切片不吸水,含水率零,成品拨水性佳,由100%纤维组成具多孔性,透气性佳,易保持布面干爽、易洗涤。
3.本发明能通过美国CFR1633测试的产品特点:阻燃,抗熔融,少量烟气,不释放毒气,具有自灭效果,碳化后能保持原状,吸湿,透气,手感柔软,弹性持久,30秒内自动熄灭,主要适用于高档商品。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1:
1.一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、10份阻燃母粒、0.3份乙烯基硅油、0.1份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。所述阻燃母粒包括以下组分:
A.将100份聚烯烃弹性体、10-15份双苯基链节高温硫化苯基硅橡胶、6-7份四丁基氢氧化磷、2-3份芳香油、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维12-15份、十溴二苯乙烷5-8份、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合,导入预备溶液,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30-40分钟,得到混合物;
B.将混合物送入干燥箱内80—90℃下烘燥约1—1.5小时,将混合物加入双杆螺旋挤出机中,控制挤出机温度为220-230℃,熔融挤出,得到阻燃母粒。
实施例2:
一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、12份阻燃母粒、0.5份乙烯基硅油、0.2份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。所述阻燃母粒包括以下组分:
A.将100份聚烯烃弹性体、10-15份双苯基链节高温硫化苯基硅橡胶、6-7份四丁基氢氧化磷、2-3份芳香油、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维12-15份、十溴二苯乙烷5-8份、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合,导入预备溶液,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30-40分钟,得到混合物;
B.将混合物送入干燥箱内80—90℃下烘燥约1—1.5小时,将混合物加入双杆螺旋挤出机中,控制挤出机温度为220-230℃,熔融挤出,得到阻燃母粒。
实施例3:
一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、15份阻燃母粒、0.8份乙烯基硅油、0.5份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。所述阻燃母粒包括以下组分:
A.将100份聚烯烃弹性体、10-15份双苯基链节高温硫化苯基硅橡胶、6-7份四丁基氢氧化磷、2-3份芳香油、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维12-15份、十溴二苯乙烷5-8份、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合,导入预备溶液,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30-40分钟,得到混合物;
B.将混合物送入干燥箱内80—90℃下烘燥约1—1.5小时,将混合物加入双杆螺旋挤出机中,控制挤出机温度为220-230℃,熔融挤出,得到阻燃母粒。

通过上表可以看出:本发明经测试,无纺布的阻燃性能已达到B1级,可满足常规非织造材料的阻燃级别要求。

1.一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于采用200份PP颗粒、10-15份阻燃母粒、0.3-0.8份乙烯基硅油、0.1-0.5份色母粒混合后送入螺杆挤出机,经过熔融挤出、纤维形成、纤维冷却、成网、加固而得本发明新型阻燃无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型阻燃无纺布的制备方法,其特征是所述阻燃母粒包括以下组分:
A.将100份聚烯烃弹性体、10-15份双苯基链节高温硫化苯基硅橡胶、6-7份四丁基氢氧化磷、2-3份芳香油、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维12-15份、十溴二苯乙烷5-8份、硅烷偶联剂1-2份、三聚氰胺0.5-1份混合,导入预备溶液,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30-40分钟,得到混合物;
B.将混合物送入干燥箱内80—90℃下烘燥约1—1.5小时,将混合物加入双杆螺旋挤出机中,控制挤出机温度为220-230℃,熔融挤出,得到阻燃母粒。
