Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of synthetic fibers, and particularly relates to a superfine fiber fabric capable of rapidly discharging sweat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying clothing refers to functional clothing which can quickly absorb sweat after a great deal of sweat is generated by the intense exercise of a human body, and can be conducted to the outer surface of a fabric to quickly volatilize, so that the human body can keep dry and comfortable. The evaluation indexes of the clothes mainly comprise three functions of hygroscopicity, perspiration and quick drying. The moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric is mainly prepared by functional fibers or functional finishing of the fabric. The former has a durable moisture absorption and quick drying effect, and the latter may be weakened with the increase of the washing times. The rise in hygroscopic and sweat-releasing products dates back to the 70 s of the last century. In general, the human body is not obviously aware of the discharge of a large amount of sweat when engaged in strenuous exercise. In fact, even in a general environmental state, the human body needs to continuously release heat and water vapor generated by metabolism of the human body, so as to maintain the constant body temperature. Therefore, how to transfer the heat and the water vapor on the body surface to the outside by means of the textile clothing in close contact with the skin and through a series of processes of moisture absorption, conduction and evaporation not only forms the core of the moisture absorption and sweat release functions of the textile clothing, but also is the basis of the development of the moisture absorption and sweat release function detection method of all textile products at present.
The current moisture absorption and sweat release fabrics generally have the common problem of uncomfortable wearing feeling, and intensive researches are needed to solve the problem.

The preparation method is economical and energy-saving, the flow is simple, and the produced fabric is good in water absorption performance, soft and comfortable.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the rapid perspiration superfine fiber fabric is characterized by comprising an inner sweat-absorbing fabric and an outer quick-drying fabric, wherein the inner sweat-absorbing fabric is formed by compounding twisted superfine denier fiber nylon yarns and polyester yarns, the outer quick-drying fabric is made of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics, the superfine denier fiber nylon yarns adopt 110D/122F, and the polyester yarns adopt 75D/50F.
Further, the twist of the ultra-fine denier fiber nylon yarn is 420-480, and the twist of the polyester yarn is 300-320.
Further, the twisting direction of the superfine denier fiber nylon yarn and the polyester yarn is opposite.
The method for preparing the superfine fiber fabric capable of rapidly discharging sweat comprises the following steps of:
s1, twisting: twisting the superfine denier fiber nylon yarn and the polyester yarn respectively;
s2, weaving: weaving the twisted superfine denier fiber nylon yarn and polyester yarn into a single-layer fabric by adopting a weaving machine;
s3, fabric treatment: immersing the fabric obtained in the step S2 in clear water, adding 0.6g/L of hydrophilic softening auxiliary agent, heating to 40-50 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-20min;
s4, drying and shaping: drying and shaping the fabric at 145-160 ℃, and sewing with hydrophilic non-woven fabrics;
s5, crimping and collecting: and (3) crimping and collecting the cloth obtained in the step (S4) through a mechanical crimping device.
Further, the hydrophilic softening aid is a hydrophilic organic silicon finishing agent with the model of ZJ-G10.
Further, the clear water PH in the step S3 is 4-5.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the process route of the invention adopts the composite fiber fast spinning technology, simplifies the process flow, greatly reduces the production cost, improves the production energy, and adopts the two-step weaving process to produce the fabric with better hand feeling and physical property, so that the produced product can be better popularized and applied in textile cleaning products and clothing industries.
2. According to the invention, the superfine denier fiber nylon yarn and the polyester yarn are twisted and then woven, and the twisting directions are opposite, so that the woven cloth is fastened, the wicking effect of the superfine denier fiber nylon yarn is enhanced, the outside moisture is adsorbed rapidly, the dryness is kept, and the hydrophilic soft auxiliary agent is added in the fabric treatment process, so that the moisture absorption effect of the fabric is improved greatly, and meanwhile, the softness and comfort of the fabric are improved.
