In view of this, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a stir-frying pan, so as to solve the technical problem in the prior art that the stir-frying position is the same as the pan during the continuous stir-frying process of the stir-frying shovel, which may cause uneven stir-frying.
In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a stir-fry cooker comprising:
the cooking bench is provided with a groove on the upper surface, a rotary pot matched with the groove and a plurality of heating bodies arranged in the side wall of the groove, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a bottom groove;
the output shaft of the first motor is connected with the rotary pot through the connecting part after the rotary pot is placed in the groove;
the side plate is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the cooking bench, and the second motor is fixed on the side plate;
the rotating rod is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor at one end and is provided with a side groove penetrating through the side surface of the rotating rod;
a rotating shaft in the side groove and a middle rod with the side surface rotationally connected with the rotating shaft are arranged;
the output shaft of the second cylinder is fixedly connected with the top end of the lower rod;
the pushing part is arranged on the side plate and used for pushing the middle rod to rotate around the rotating shaft.
Further, the connection portion includes:
the bottom block is fixed at the bottom of the rotary pot, and a rectangular groove is formed in the lower end face of the bottom block;
the linkage rod and a spring with one end fixed at the top end of the linkage rod, and the bottom end of the linkage rod is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor;
the lower end face of the linkage rod is provided with a rectangular rod with a rectangular hole, the linkage rod is in sliding connection with the rectangular hole, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the top of the rectangular hole, and the rectangular rod is matched with the rectangular groove.
Further, the side surfaces of the center pole are in contact with the front and rear side walls of the side grooves.
Further, the pushing portion includes:
the rotating rod penetrates through the rotating drum, the central axis of the rotating drum penetrates through the center of the rotating shaft, and an inner ring groove is formed in the inner side wall of the rotating drum;
the output shaft of the first cylinder is fixedly connected with the rotary drum;
and the upper rod is connected with an end surface hole arranged at the top end of the middle rod in a sliding manner.
Furthermore, the inner ring groove is T-shaped or dovetail-shaped, and the rotary block is matched with the inner ring groove.
Furthermore, the rolling ball bearing comprises a plurality of rolling balls arranged on the side wall of the groove.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the stir-frying type cooking machine is used, the rotary pot is placed in the groove, the output shaft of the first motor is connected with the rotary pot through the connecting part, the position of the stir-frying shovel is adjusted through the second air cylinder, the stir-frying shovel is close to the inner side wall of the rotary pot, and then the rotary pot is heated through the heating body; after the dishes are placed in the rotating pan, the first motor is started to drive the rotating pan to rotate, meanwhile, the second motor is started to drive the rotating rod to rotate, and in the rotating process of the rotating rod, the middle rod and the lower rod drive the stir-frying shovel to rotate, so that the dishes in the rotating pan are stir-fried through the stir-frying shovel; in the stir-fry process, at first through the second cylinder, the inside wall that the turner was kept away from to the stir-fry shovel is turned over in the drive, rethread promotion portion promotes the king-rod and rotates, turn over the different positions that the stir-fry shovel will move the turner like this, the second cylinder restarts this moment, the drive turns over the inside wall that the stir-fry shovel is close to the turner, turn over the stir-fry shovel like this and will turn over the stir-fry at the different positions of turner, through this device, the stir-fry shovel that turns over at the machine of cooking turns over the stir-fry in-process at continuous, will make to turn over the stir-fry shovel and turn over the stir-fry at the different positions of turner, make to turn over the stir-fry more even.

In view of the above objects, a first aspect of the present invention provides an embodiment of a stir-fry pan, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprising:
the cooking bench comprises a cooking bench 1, a rotary pot 3 and a plurality of heating bodies 4, wherein the upper surface of the cooking bench 1 is provided with a groove 2, the rotary pot 3 is matched with the groove 2, the heating bodies 4 are arranged in the side wall of the groove 2, and the bottom of the groove 2 is provided with a bottom groove 6;
the connecting part is fixed at the bottom of the rotary pot 3, the first motor 7 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom groove 6, and after the rotary pot 3 is placed in the groove 2, an output shaft of the first motor 7 is connected with the rotary pot 3 through the connecting part;
a side plate 14 arranged on one side of the upper surface of the cooking bench 1 and a second motor 15 fixed on the side plate 14;
a rotating rod 21 with one end fixedly connected with the output shaft of the second motor 15, wherein the rotating rod 21 is provided with a side groove 22 penetrating through the side surface of the rotating rod;
a rotating shaft 23 arranged in a side groove 22 and a middle rod 18 with the side surface rotationally connected with the rotating shaft 23;
the second cylinder 20 is fixed at the bottom end of the middle rod 18, the lower rod 17 and the stir-frying shovel 19 is fixed at the bottom end of the lower rod 17, and an output shaft of the second cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with the top end of the lower rod 17;
and a pushing part provided on the side plate 14 for pushing the middle lever 18 to rotate around the rotating shaft 23.
In this embodiment, when the heating device is used, the rotary pan 3 is firstly placed in the groove 2, the output shaft of the first motor 7 is connected with the rotary pan 3 through the connecting part, then the position of the stir-frying shovel 19 is adjusted through the second air cylinder 20, the stir-frying shovel 19 is close to the inner side wall of the rotary pan 3, and then the rotary pan 3 is heated through the heating body 4; after the dishes are placed in the rotary pot 3, the first motor 7 is started to drive the rotary pot 3 to rotate, meanwhile, the second motor 15 is started to drive the rotary rod 21 to rotate, and in the rotating process of the rotary rod 21, the stir-frying shovel 19 is driven to rotate through the middle rod 18 and the lower rod 17, so that the dishes in the rotary pot 3 are stir-fried through the stir-frying shovel 19; in the stir-fry process, at first through second cylinder 20, the drive is turned over the inside wall that stir-fry shovel 19 kept away from rotary pan 3, rethread promotion portion promotes the king-rod 18 and rotates, stir-fry shovel 19 will move the different positions of rotary pan 3 like this, second cylinder 20 restarts this moment, drive and turn over stir-fry shovel 19 and be close to the inside wall of rotary pan 3, stir-fry shovel 19 will turn over the stir-fry in the different positions of rotary pan 3 like this, through this device, stir-fry 19 at the stir-fry machine stir-fry in-process of turning over in succession, will make to turn over stir-fry shovel 19 and turn over the stir-fry in the different positions of rotary pan 3, make to turn over the stir-fry more evenly.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connection part includes:
the bottom block 8 is fixed at the bottom of the rotary pot 3, and a rectangular groove 9 is formed in the lower end face of the bottom block 8;
the linkage rod 13 and one end of the spring 12 are fixed at the top end of the linkage rod 13, and the bottom end of the linkage rod 13 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor 7;
the lower end face of the linkage rod is provided with a rectangular rod 10 with a rectangular hole 11, the linkage rod 13 is in sliding connection with the rectangular hole 11, the other end of the spring 12 is fixedly connected with the top of the rectangular hole 11, and the rectangular rod 10 is matched with the rectangular groove 9.
In this embodiment, when the bottom block 8 enters the bottom groove 6, if the rectangular rod 10 does not enter the rectangular groove 9, the spring 12 is compressed at this time, and at this time, the first motor 7 is started, and the rectangular rod 10 is driven to rotate through the linkage rod 13, and in the rotating process, when the rectangular rod 10 is just opposite to the rectangular groove 9, under the elastic force action of the spring 12, the rectangular rod 10 enters the rectangular groove 9, so that the rotary pot 3 can be driven to rotate after the first motor 7 is started.
In one embodiment, the side surface of the center bar 18 contacts the front and rear side walls of the side grooves 22, so that the center bar 18 is more stable after the rotation of the rotation bar 21.
As one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3, and 4, the pushing portion includes:
the rotating rod 21 penetrates through the rotating drum 24, the central axis of the rotating drum 24 penetrates through the center of the rotating shaft 23, and an inner annular groove 25 is formed in the inner side wall of the rotating drum 24;
a first air cylinder 16 fixed on the side plate 14, wherein an output shaft of the first air cylinder 16 is fixedly connected with a rotary drum 24;
a rotating block 26 rotatably connected with the inner ring groove 25 and an upper rod 27 with one end hinged with the rotating block 26, wherein the upper rod 27 is connected with an end surface hole 28 arranged at the top end of the middle rod 18 in a sliding way.
In the present embodiment, the first cylinder 16 moves the drum 24, and during the movement of the drum 24, the middle rod 18 will be rotated, and at the same time, the second motor 15 takes things to rotate the rotating block 26 in the inner ring groove 25 through the upper rod 27.
Here, preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the inner annular groove 25 is T-shaped or dovetail-shaped, and the rotary block 26 is matched with the inner annular groove 25.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of balls 5 are included and mounted on the side wall of the groove 2, so that the rotating pan 3 can rotate more smoothly.
