本发明公开了一种含阳离子聚合物的洗衣皂是由以下重量百分比的各原料组分制备得到:85~98%的皂粒,0.2~3.0%的阳离子聚合物,0.5~4.0%的去离子水,0.5~8.0%的助剂;所述皂粒是由牛羊油、猪油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油中的一种或二种以上得来的脂肪酸经中和皂化制得的适用于皂类生产的脂肪酸盐;所述阳离子聚合物包含下述结构的重复单元:其中R和R’为碳原子数1~3的烷基,X‑为CH3SO4 ‑、CH3CH2SO4 ‑或者卤素离子,重复单元分子量占阳离子聚合物总分子量的百分比大于70;阳离子聚合物的重均分子量为2000~400000。本发明能够解决洗衣皂易造成衣物掉色的问题。

本发明涉及日用化工领域,具体涉及一种含阳离子聚合物的洗衣皂及其生产方法。
背景技术
洗衣皂一般用于衣物的手洗,在手洗过程中,容易造成衣物掉色,尤其是比较容易掉色的直接染料。中国专利CN102933700B公开了一种含阳离子聚合物的清洁皂及其制备方法,相比普通清洁皂在耐涂性能、抗糊化方面具有显著的改进效果,同时赋予清洁皂在洗涤衣物过程中防止衣物掉色后染料串染其它衣物的效果,然而其在护色方面的效果仅局限于防止衣物掉色后染料串染其它衣物,没有解决衣物本身掉色的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术问题,本发明提供一种含阳离子聚合物的洗衣皂,重点在于解决洗衣皂易造成衣物掉色的问题。
本发明提供的洗衣皂含有阳离子聚合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物包含有下述化学式的重复单元:
其中:R和R’分别为碳原子数1~3的烷基,X为或者卤素离子,重复单元的分子量占阳离子聚合物总分子量的百分比大于70,优选大于80。所述阳离子聚合物的重均分子量为2000~400000,优选值5000~200000。
本发明提供的洗衣皂各原料组分为:85%~98%的皂粒、0.2%~3.0%的阳离子聚合物、0.5%~4.0%的去离子水和0.5%~8.0%的助剂,以上都以重量百分比计。所述皂粒是由牛羊油、猪油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油中的一种或二种以上得来的脂肪酸经中和皂化制得的适用于皂类生产的脂肪酸盐。所述助剂可以是色素、金属离子螯合剂、香料、增白剂、抗氧化剂及填充剂中的一种或多种,以及本领域中已知的其它可用做助剂的化合物。所述色素包括所有酸性大红G、碱性品红、酸性金黄G、酸性嫩黄G、碱性淡黄、印花涂料色浆绿8601、涂料白8401、直接耐晒蓝B2RL或靛青。所述的金属离子螯合剂包括二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸(DTPMP)、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、已二胺四亚甲基膦酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、乙二胺二琥珀酸、2-羟基丙二胺二琥珀酸或它们的任何盐。
所述抗氧化剂包括BHT、BHA、TBHQ等,酸度调节剂可选有机酸、无机酸以及强酸弱碱盐等,优选自柠檬酸、琥珀酸、苯甲酸、没食子酸、硼酸。
本发明所提供的洗衣皂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照85%~98%皂粒、0.2%~3.0%阳离子聚合物、0.5%~4.0%去离子水和0.5%~8.0%助剂的比例配料;
(2)加入皂粒到搅拌锅内,搅拌均匀;
(3)将阳离子聚合物和适当比例去离子水混合后加入,搅拌均匀;
(4)加入金属离子螯合剂、色素、增白剂、填充剂等助剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)最后加入香料和抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀后静置;
(6)上一步得到的搅拌产物依次通过精制机、三辊研磨机,最后真空出条滚印成型。
为更好的理解本发明内容,下面详述组成本发明的关键部分。除非另外指明,本文所用的所有百分比、比率和比例均按所述组合物的重量百分比计。除非另外明确指出,所有的平均值均按所述组合物或其组分的重量计。
在日化领域,阳离子聚合物具有广泛的应用,如杀菌作用、助沉积作用、赋予织物蓬松抗静电作用、对头发调理作用等。在织物洗涤领域,织物的颜色护理性能是除了洗涤效果外,消费者越来越关注的方面,具体来说,深色衣物的掉色问题,以及深色衣物转移到水中的染料又容易串染到浅色衣物上。作为本领域的技术人员,借鉴印染行业采用阳离子聚合物作为固色剂的技术方法是不难想到的解决方案,然而,常规洗涤剂一般含有大量的阴离子表面活性剂,阳离子性质的固色剂和洗涤剂配方难以兼容,且阴离子表面活性剂会大大降低阳离子聚合物的作用效果。即使通过阳离子聚合物原料本身的改性优化,如降低阳离子电荷密度、增加聚合物中亲水基团的比例,以增加与洗涤剂配方的相容性,但是同时也会大大降低作为固色剂本身的固色效果,这一矛盾看起来难以解决。具体到洗衣皂这类洗涤产品,洗衣皂是以脂肪酸盐为主要成分,常规的理解,在这种体系中,阳离子聚合物更加难以发挥作用,然而,本发明人意外发现,采用如前面所述结构的阳离子聚合物,在洗衣皂中仍然可以发挥出固色效果,具体来说,能够显著降低阴性直接染料的掉色程度,从而达到护色效果。
阳离子聚合物
本发明中所采用阳离子聚合物为一种季铵盐型阳离子聚合物,具体来说,所述阳离子聚合物包含下式(1)重复单元,R和R’为碳原子数为1~3的烷基,X为CH3SO4 -、CH3CH2SO4 -或者卤素离子,基于电荷密度考虑,式(1)重复单元分子量占聚合物总分子量百分比大于70,优选式(1)重复单元分子量占聚合物总分子量百分比大于80。
基于分子量考虑,所述阳离子聚合物的重均分子量为2000~400000,优选分子量5000~200000。
所述的阳离子聚合物常规的为聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵,为环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺共聚物,进一步的可含有其他烷基胺聚合单体,如乙胺、二乙胺、乙二胺等,进一步的所述阳离子聚合物包括聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵和其它聚合物结构段的嵌段共聚物。
对于季铵盐型阳离子聚合物,阳离子电荷密度可通过凯氏定氮法测得的氮含量值计算出来,但影响因素较多,可能跟实际情况有较大的偏差。对于水溶性的季铵盐型阳离子聚合物,可用阳离子度来表示电荷密度,测试方法为将聚合物配制成水溶液,采用K2CrO4指示剂,用硝酸银标准溶液滴定至砖红色时为终点,阳离子度DC%=[M×N×(V-V0)]/(1000×W×聚合物原料固含量)*100%;V-样品消耗硝酸银标准溶液的体积(mL);W-样品质量(g);V0-空白消耗硝酸银标准溶液体积(mL);M-式(1)重复单元的分子量;N-硝酸银标准溶液的浓度(mol/L)。本发明采用阳离子度表征聚合物阳离子电荷密度,优选阳离子度大于70,进一步优选阳离子度大于80。
无需进一步详细说明,相信本领域技术人员使用以上所述即可最大限度地使用本发明。下面的实施例目的在于进一步介绍和展示在本发明范围内的具体实施方案。因此,实施例应理解为仅用于更详细地展示本发明,而不以任何方式限制本发明的内容。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中,除非另外指明,所有的含量均是重量百分含量,有关所列成分的含量是经过换算的活性物质的含量。
在所有实施例中,阳离子聚合物购自德美精细化工集团股份有限公司,详细见表1。

一.实施例和对比例
按照下表2组成制备皂的组合物,制备步骤如下:
(1)加入皂粒到搅拌锅内,搅拌均匀;
(2)将阳离子聚合物和去离子水按1∶1混合后加入,搅拌均匀;
(3)加入金属离子螯合剂、色素,搅拌均匀;
(4)最后加入香料和抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀后静置;
(5)上一步得到的搅拌产物依次通过精制机、三辊研磨机,最后真空出条滚印成型,切割成皂块。

二.试验例1-固色效果测试:
测试方法:采用EMPA e130标准红色布,剪成20×20cm尺寸,用自来水浸湿后,用皂均匀涂抹布的两面,将布对折后搓洗20下,然后反过来对折再搓洗20下,各用1L清水漂洗两次,漂洗后湿布放置5分钟后,用1L清水漂洗,用色差仪测试水溶液相比清水的色差,色差值越小表明布的掉色程度越小。

从表3的结验结果可以看出,实施例1、2、3,随着皂中添加的DM-2521含量越高,漂洗溶液的掉色程度越小,色差(ΔE)值均低于未添加DM-2521的普通皂,对比例2中皂添加了DM-2518原料则没有固色效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种含阳离子聚合物的洗衣皂,其特征在于,是由以下重量百分比的各原料组分制备得到:85~98%的皂粒,0.2~3.0%的阳离子聚合物,0.5~4.0%的去离子水,0.5~8.0%的助剂;所述阳离子聚合物包含下述结构的重复单元:
其中R和R’为碳原子数1~3的烷基,X-为CH3SO4 -、CH3CH2SO4 -或者卤素离子,重复单元分子量占阳离子聚合物总分子量的百分比大于70;阳离子聚合物的重均分子量为2000~400000;
所述皂粒是由牛羊油、猪油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油中的一种或二种以上得来的脂肪酸经中和皂化制得的适用于皂类生产的脂肪酸盐;
所述助剂为色素、金属离子螯合剂、香料、增白剂、抗氧化剂及填充剂中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣皂,其特征在于,所述重复单元的分子量占阳离子聚合物总分子量的百分比大于80,所述阳离子聚合物的重均分子量为5000~200000。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣皂,其特征在于,所述阳离子聚合物为聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗衣皂,其特征在于,所述色素为所有酸性大红G、碱性品红、酸性金黄G、酸性嫩黄G、碱性淡黄、印花涂料色浆绿8601、涂料白8401、直接耐晒蓝B2RL或靛青。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗衣皂,其特征在于,所述金属离子螯合剂为二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、乙二胺二琥珀酸、2-羟基丙二胺二琥珀酸或它们的盐。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的含阳离子聚合物的洗衣皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述的原料组分比例配料;
(2)加入皂粒到搅拌锅内,搅拌均匀;
(3)将阳离子聚合物和去离子水混合后加入,搅拌均匀;
(4)加入金属离子螯合剂、色素、增白剂、填充剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)最后加入香料和抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀后静置;
(6)上一步得到的搅拌产物依次通过精制机、三辊研磨机,最后真空出条滚印成型。
