本发明公开了一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,包括碎料箱、入料斗、支撑板、破碎装置和收集组件,所述入料斗设于碎料箱上,所述破碎装置设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述支撑板设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述收集组件设于碎料箱底壁上。本发明属于回收设备技术领域,具体是指一种能够对废材进行粉碎,粉碎效果好,粉碎之后进行收集,节省人工清理的时间,省时省力,提高效率的塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置。

背景技术
塑料袋是以塑料如:聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龙等等为主要原料制成的袋子,是人们日常生活中必不可少的物品,因其廉价、重量极轻、容量大、便于收纳的优点被广泛使用。塑料袋在生产过程中需要裁切出手提孔,裁切出的边角料如果直接丢弃,会造成资源浪费以及环境的污染。
发明内容
为了解决上述难题,本发明提供了一种能够对废材进行粉碎,粉碎效果好,粉碎之后进行收集,节省人工清理的时间,省时省力,提高效率的塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置。
为了实现上述功能,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,包括碎料箱、入料斗、支撑板、破碎装置和收集组件,所述入料斗设于碎料箱上,便于入料,所述破碎装置设于碎料箱内侧壁上,便于对碎料进行破碎,破碎效果更好,所述支撑板设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述收集组件设于碎料箱底壁上,便于对破碎之后的废材进行收集;所述破碎装置包括旋转电机、固定块、旋转轴、支撑框、旋转齿轮、旋转板、齿条、横向破碎刀片、竖向破碎刀片和连接杆,所述固定块设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述旋转电机设于碎料箱外侧壁上,所述旋转轴一端可转动设于固定块上,所述旋转轴另一端贯穿碎料箱侧壁设于旋转电机上,所述支撑框设于旋转轴上,所述旋转齿轮设于旋转轴上,所述竖向破碎刀片均匀设于旋转轴上,所述连接杆贯穿支撑框可转动设置,所述连接杆设有两组,所述旋转板设于连接杆上,所述齿条设于旋转板上,所述齿轮和齿条啮合设置,所述横向破碎刀片均匀设于连接杆外侧壁上,旋转齿轮带动齿条旋转,进而带动旋转板旋转,上下旋转板的旋转方向相反,带动竖向破碎刀片相反方向旋转破碎,横向破碎刀片和竖向破碎刀片对废料进行不同方向的破碎,破碎效果更好。
进一步地,所述收集组件包括收纳箱、把手、嵌槽和移动轮,所述嵌槽设于碎料箱底壁上,所述移动轮设于嵌槽上,减少摩擦力,便于移动,所述收纳箱设于移动轮上,所述收纳箱上设有把手,便于推动和拉出收纳箱。
进一步地,所述支撑板内均匀嵌设有通孔,所述通孔内侧壁上设有漏网,将没有完全破碎的废材继续破碎,直到可以从漏网处漏下。
进一步地,所述入料斗上设有盖板,保持碎料箱内的密封性,避免破碎的时候飞溅。
进一步地,所述支撑框上设有固定套块,所述固定套块贯穿连接杆设于支撑框上,增加连接杆的稳定性和支撑性。
本发明采取上述结构取得有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置通过破碎装置的设置,旋转电机带动旋转轴旋转,旋转轴带动竖向破碎刀片、旋转齿轮和支撑框旋转,旋转齿轮带动齿条旋转,进而带动旋转板旋转,上下旋转板的旋转方向相反,带动竖向破碎刀片相反方向旋转破碎,横向破碎刀片和竖向破碎刀片对废料进行不同方向的破碎,破碎效果更好,通过收集组件的设置,破碎之后的废材通过漏网落在收纳箱内,拉动把手带动移动轮在嵌槽上移动,将收纳箱内的废材移出,进行处理。

如图1-2所述,本发明一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,包括碎料箱1、入料斗2、支撑板3、破碎装置4和收集组件5,所述入料斗2设于碎料箱1上,所述破碎装置4设于碎料箱1内侧壁上,所述支撑板3设于碎料箱1内侧壁上,所述收集组件5设于碎料箱1底壁上;所述破碎装置4包括旋转电机6、固定块7、旋转轴8、支撑框9、旋转齿轮10、旋转板11、齿条12、横向破碎刀片13、竖向破碎刀片14和连接杆15,所述固定块7设于碎料箱1内侧壁上,所述旋转电机6设于碎料箱1外侧壁上,所述旋转轴8一端可转动设于固定块7上,所述旋转轴8另一端贯穿碎料箱1侧壁设于旋转电机6上,所述支撑框9设于旋转轴8上,所述旋转齿轮10设于旋转轴8上,所述竖向破碎刀片14均匀设于旋转轴8上,所述连接杆15贯穿支撑框9可转动设置,所述连接杆15设有两组,所述旋转板11设于连接杆15上,所述齿条12设于旋转板11上,所述齿轮和齿条12啮合设置,所述横向破碎刀片13均匀设于连接杆15外侧壁上。
所述收集组件5包括收纳箱16、把手17、嵌槽18和移动轮19,所述嵌槽18设于碎料箱1底壁上,所述移动轮19设于嵌槽18上,所述收纳箱16设于移动轮19上,所述收纳箱16上设有把手17。
所述支撑板3内均匀嵌设有通孔20,所述通孔20内侧壁上设有漏网21。
所述入料斗2上设有盖板23。
所述支撑框9上设有固定套块22,所述固定套块22贯穿连接杆15设于支撑框9上。
具体使用时,首先将废材从入料斗2处放入碎料箱1内,启动旋转电机6,旋转电机6带动旋转轴8旋转,旋转轴8带动竖向破碎刀片14、旋转齿轮10和支撑框9旋转,旋转齿轮10带动齿条12旋转,进而带动旋转板11旋转,上下旋转板11的旋转方向相反,带动竖向破碎刀片14相反方向旋转破碎,横向破碎刀片13和竖向破碎刀片14对废料进行不同方向的破碎,破碎之后的废材通过漏网21落在收纳箱16内,拉动把手17带动移动轮19在嵌槽18上移动,将收纳箱16内的废材移出,进行处理。

1.一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,其特征在于:包括碎料箱、入料斗、支撑板、破碎装置和收集组件,所述入料斗设于碎料箱上,所述破碎装置设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述支撑板设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述收集组件设于碎料箱底壁上;所述破碎装置包括旋转电机、固定块、旋转轴、支撑框、旋转齿轮、旋转板、齿条、横向破碎刀片、竖向破碎刀片和连接杆,所述固定块设于碎料箱内侧壁上,所述旋转电机设于碎料箱外侧壁上,所述旋转轴一端可转动设于固定块上,所述旋转轴另一端贯穿碎料箱侧壁设于旋转电机上,所述支撑框设于旋转轴上,所述旋转齿轮设于旋转轴上,所述竖向破碎刀片均匀设于旋转轴上,所述连接杆贯穿支撑框可转动设置,所述连接杆设有两组,所述旋转板设于连接杆上,所述齿条设于旋转板上,所述齿轮和齿条啮合设置,所述横向破碎刀片均匀设于连接杆外侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,其特征在于:所述收集组件包括收纳箱、把手、嵌槽和移动轮,所述嵌槽设于碎料箱底壁上,所述移动轮设于嵌槽上,所述收纳箱设于移动轮上,所述收纳箱上设有把手。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板内均匀嵌设有通孔,所述通孔内侧壁上设有漏网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,其特征在于:所述物料斗上设有盖板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料包装袋生产废材回收装置,其特征在于:所述支撑框上设有固定套块,所述固定套块贯穿连接杆设于支撑框上。
