Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of animal feed, and particularly relates to an unconventional compound feed for sheldrake and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of feed industry and livestock and poultry breeding industry, protein feed is becoming more and more scarce, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by breeding excrement is receiving social attention increasingly. Under the double pressure of cost and environmental protection, the preparation of low-protein daily rations by utilizing unconventional raw materials becomes a hotspot in the field of animal nutrition research. The low-protein daily ration not only can effectively reduce the feed cost, but also can greatly reduce the nitrogen content in the livestock and poultry excrement and relieve the environmental pollution caused by the rapid development of the animal husbandry. The unconventional feed such as cassava and byproducts thereof, mycoprotein, tenebrio molitor dung sand and the like is rich in protein, crude fiber, trace elements, mineral substances and the like required by the normal growth and development of poultry, but the application of the unconventional feed in the feed is limited due to the fact that the unconventional feed contains anti-nutritional factors, and the nutritional quality and the feed value of the unconventional feed can be improved after fermentation treatment. The existing research shows that the treated cassava and the side products thereof can effectively improve the growth and development of animals and have very wide application prospect. In addition, on the basis of harmless and recycling of unconventional raw materials, the unconventional raw materials after microbial fermentation are applied to livestock and poultry production, so that the environmental pollution caused by agricultural wastes can be reduced, the method is an effective way for solving the problem of food competition of people and livestock, and the method has great economic and social benefits. However, active discussion and research are still needed for the effective screening of fermentation bacteria, the survival rate of the bacteria, the combination effect of different bacteria, the optimization of the fermentation process, the stability of the product and the like.
Chinese patent (application number: 201911252298.4) discloses unconventional beef feed and a preparation method thereof, wherein the unconventional beef feed comprises 1-5 parts of fat powder, 15-25 parts of mountain flour, 3-5 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 5-8 parts of sodium chloride, 5-10 parts of baking soda, 1-3 parts of magnesium oxide, 5-10 parts of urea, 0.3-0.7 part of flavoring agent, 3-7 parts of complex enzyme preparation, 320-520 parts of corn, 10-30 parts of glutamic acid residue, 150-180 parts of DDGS, 40-90 parts of bran, 5-25 parts of cottonseed meal, 200-250 parts of corn bran and 25-80 parts of germ meal. Although a large amount of unconventional feed is used in the raw materials, the cost of the feed is greatly reduced, and the compound enzyme preparation is used, so that the absorption of the feed by beef cattle can be improved, the anti-nutritional effect brought by the raw materials of the feed is reduced, and the beef cattle can better absorb nutrient substances.
Aiming at the problem that the feed in the prior art is environment-polluted due to the fact that a large amount of corn and soybean meal are adopted, the invention provides a formula for preparing the feed by using unconventional raw materials, the traditional corn and soybean meal are replaced, the content of crude fiber and crude fat of the unconventional raw materials is improved by a microbial fermentation method, and the digestion utilization rate is increased; meanwhile, the content of crude protein is reduced to a certain extent, the discharge amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in animal excrement is reduced, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by excrement is solved.
