Abstract

本发明提供了电机用定子组件及定子。该定子组件省略了现有技术中在铁芯齿部形成的燕尾槽，而将宽度与导体槽的宽度大致相同的槽楔直接安装于导体槽中并通过槽楔压环、导体和导体槽的侧壁相互配合在周向、径向和轴向三个方向上对槽楔进行限位的同时槽楔能够防止导体从导体槽掉出。这样，与现有技术的电机用定子组件相比，该槽楔固定结构不会减小铁芯齿部的宽度，因而铁芯齿部的磁通量不容易达到过饱和，因而避免了槽楔固定结构对定子的性能产生不利影响。另外，在根据本发明的电机用定子组件中，安装该槽楔时不仅可以将槽楔沿着轴向插入安装到导体槽中，而且还可以沿着径向将槽楔插入安装到导体槽中，安装方式灵活，能够提高安装效率。
