Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic document detection, in particular to an electronic invoice detection method, terminal equipment and a storage medium.
Background
The electronic invoice is a product of an information era, is used by merchants in a form of uniform distribution of a tax bureau like a common invoice, adopts national uniform coding for invoice numbers, adopts a uniform anti-counterfeiting technology and is distributed to the merchants, and a signature mechanism of the electronic tax bureau is attached to the electronic invoice.
From a technical point of view, electronic general invoices run the risk of modifying invoice reimbursement basic information. For example, invoice information can be modified through a photo shop which is a retouch software, and if only part of information is modified and then reimbursement is carried out through printing paper, the invoice information is difficult to directly find through visual observation.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the reimbursement approval speed and solve the problem of inconvenient approval and signature of paper reimbursement, from the environmental protection perspective, the received electronic invoice can be reimbursed only by printing out paper, a large amount of paper is wasted, the workload of manual examination and verification is large, and the environment is not facilitated. From the management perspective, the electronic invoice has the risk of repeated reimbursement, and the electronic invoice can be printed by using plain paper for unlimited times and can be repeatedly submitted for reimbursement.
Application No.: CN201810909502.4, name: the invention discloses an electronic invoice collecting system and a collecting method, and discloses the electronic invoice collecting system and the collecting method, wherein the system comprises a billing system butt joint module, a collecting module and a collecting module, wherein the billing system butt joint module is used for receiving an electronic invoice pre-collecting request sent by a billing system, feeding back a pre-collecting link to the billing system, and simultaneously recording the electronic invoice pre-collecting request information; the user management module is used for binding the billing information sent by the billing system with the user information and informing the billing system of the invoice information which is determined by the user and agreed to be collected; the storage module is used for storing the user invoice information issued by the invoicing system; and the user management module collects the billing information and then informs the user and displays the billing information. The electronic invoice collecting system and the collecting method have the advantage of facilitating the centralized management of the bill information by the user.
Application No.: CN201410609659.7, name: the electronic invoice content analyzing method and system mainly comprise a position analyzing module, a text merging module and a text association identification module based on a format file format, wherein: the position analysis module calls a format file analysis engine module to perform position analysis on the electronic invoice content to obtain a position information set with characters as a unit; the text merging module merges characters belonging to the same text field by adopting character gaps to obtain a text field set; the text association recognition module performs text field association recognition on the text field set by combining the label dictionary and the text field gap; and completing the analysis work of the whole electronic invoice, and storing the analysis data in a database. The method can effectively improve the universality and the applicability of text content extraction, and can analyze the invoice contents of different types and styles.
The two electronic invoice analysis methods have the problems that the relevance with reimbursement business is not strong, and financial accounting business cannot be well served.
