The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and computer-readable instructions, and the internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer-readable instructions in the non-volatile storage medium to run. The processor 200 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other data processing chip in some embodiments, and provides computing and controlling capability for the electronic device, and when executing the computer program stored in the memory 100, the method for receiving and checking the electronic invoice disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented.

And a network port 500 connected to the processor 200 for performing communication connection with each external terminal device. The communication technology adopted by the communication connection can be a wired communication technology or a wireless communication technology, such as a mobile high definition link (MHL) technology, a Universal Serial Bus (USB), a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), a wireless fidelity (WiFi), a bluetooth communication technology, a low power consumption bluetooth communication technology, an ieee802.11 s-based communication technology, and the like.
While fig. 8 illustrates only an electronic device having the assembly 100 and 500, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration illustrated in fig. 8 is not intended to be limiting of electronic devices and may include fewer or more components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk. The storage medium stores thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the method for receiving and checking electronic invoices disclosed in any one of the above embodiments.
This application can acquire the invoice basic data in advance after generating electronic invoice layout file to utilize the invoice detail data in the electronic invoice database to examine the invoice basic data, and then can push the user terminal simultaneously with examining result and electronic invoice layout file, realize receiving the invoice and examine and go on in step, solved the loaded down with trivial details operation problem when receiving the invoice and examining separately go on, showing the use that has promoted the user and experiencing.

Claims (10)

1. A method for receiving and checking electronic invoices, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an electronic invoice format file generated by an electronic invoice service platform after issuing an electronic invoice;
acquiring electronic invoice basic data in the electronic invoice format file;
inquiring whether corresponding electronic invoice detail data exist in a preset electronic invoice database according to the electronic invoice basic data;
if yes, obtaining the electronic invoice detail data, and generating an electronic invoice checking result based on a comparison result of the electronic invoice detail data and the electronic invoice basic data;
and pushing the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result to a user terminal corresponding to a ticket receiver.
2. The method for receiving and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the basic data of the electronic invoice in the electronic invoice format file comprises:
identifying a type of the electronic invoice layout file;
if the type of the electronic invoice format file is in a PDF format, extracting electronic invoice basic data in the electronic invoice format file through an OCR recognition technology;
and if the type of the electronic invoice format file is in an OFD format, decompressing the electronic invoice format file, and extracting the electronic invoice basic data in the electronic invoice format file from the XML file obtained after decompression.
3. The method for receiving and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the basic data of the electronic invoice in the electronic invoice format file comprises:
acquiring invoicing data for issuing electronic invoices;
and extracting the basic data of the electronic invoice from the invoicing data.
4. The method for receiving and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the basic data of the electronic invoice comprises any one or a combination of any several items of an invoice code, an invoice number, an invoice time, a check code and an invoice amount;
the electronic invoice detail data comprises any one or combination of any several of an invoice code, an invoice number, invoicing time, a taxpayer identification number, a commodity name, a commodity unit price, commodity data, a commodity specification model, an invoice amount and a tax amount.
5. The method for receiving and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the generating an electronic invoice checking result based on the comparison result of the electronic invoice detail data and the electronic invoice basic data comprises:
if the electronic invoice basic data and the electronic invoice detail data are successfully matched, generating a first electronic invoice checking result which is consistent in checking;
if partial matching of the electronic invoice basic data and the electronic invoice detail data is successful, generating a second electronic invoice checking result which is inconsistent in checking;
and if the electronic invoice basic data and the electronic invoice detail data are failed to be matched, generating a third electronic invoice checking result which does not exist in the invoice.
6. The method for receiving and checking electronic invoices according to claim 1, wherein the pushing the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result to the corresponding user terminal of the receiver comprises:
pushing the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result to a user terminal corresponding to a ticket receiver in an accessory form so as to check the electronic invoice and the checking result by downloading the accessory;
or, the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result are pushed to a user terminal corresponding to a ticket receiver in a picture mode, so that the electronic invoice and the checking result can be directly displayed and checked through the picture;
or the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result are pushed to a user terminal corresponding to a ticket receiver in a thumbnail form, so that the electronic invoice and the checking result can be checked by clicking or long-pressing the thumbnail.
7. The method for receiving electronic invoice receipt and verification as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the receiving electronic invoice format file generated by the electronic invoice service platform after issuing the electronic invoice comprises:
receiving an email which is automatically forwarded and comprises an electronic invoice format file after a receiver mailbox receives the electronic invoice format file pushed by a third-party electronic invoice service platform;
and automatically extracting the electronic invoice format file and the sender mailbox address in the mail.
8. An apparatus for receiving and checking electronic invoice, comprising:
the invoice receiving unit is used for receiving an electronic invoice format file generated by the electronic invoice service platform after issuing an electronic invoice;
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring electronic invoice basic data in the electronic invoice format file;
the data query unit is used for querying whether corresponding electronic invoice detail data exist in a preset electronic invoice database according to the electronic invoice basic data;
the result generation unit is used for acquiring the electronic invoice detail data if the corresponding electronic invoice detail data exists, and generating an electronic invoice checking result based on a comparison result of the electronic invoice detail data and the electronic invoice basic data;
and the result pushing unit is used for pushing the electronic invoice layout file and the electronic invoice checking result to a user terminal corresponding to a ticket receiver.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method of electronic invoice receipt or verification as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of electronic invoice presentment or verification as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
